After school today I went home with Suzanne and we had a nice time together

"Suzanne baby do you remember my birthday is a day after tomorrow "I asked and she gasped in shock I know she won't remember such a foolish and forgetful girl"I thought inwardly

I was not surprised jake asked me whether I remember his birthday And truth to be told I remember but I have to pretend I did not remember so I won't spoil the surprise "Am sorry baby,

"Am sorry,I don't think I will be coming to your birthday tomorrow because I have a lot of things to do A company called me to be their brand ambassador and I have to be there tomorrow to sign the deal"I said

"Congrats baby,Am really proud of you "he said and hugged me tightly I have to leave now,I will see you soon I said and exited his house By now it's night and none of my friends or fans would be able to see me if am entering my small apartment.

I just have to go on with the lie till am able to get a bigger apartment I arrived in front of my small apartment and was about to take the key to unlock the door when I see the door not locked I guess mum is home already "I thought and pushed the door that made a loud noise to the back so as to gain my entrance

Mum "I called but she did not answer I went to her side and hugged her from behind

Mum I know you are angry about the type of life am living,but mum I have no choice if I don't pretend to come from a rich home all the sponsors won't want to help me

"When is the right time,is it until your friend find out you come from a poor family,is it until they find out your father divorced me,is it until they find out am a nurse in a local hospital"she yelled and I staggered back

"Have been trying hard to keep my cool since you became who you are not but I guess I mean nothing to you "I bet you won't be able to introduce your poor mother to your friend"she said

"What did I even expect,"I know I am not up to your standard"she said See the way you are dressing,I bet no one will be able to believe you are my daughter"she said and tears start streaming from her eyes She walked out and jammed the door to her room

I fell on my knees and cried my eyes out and eventually fall asleep on the count Later in the night I felt a cloth covering me,I opened my eyes and see my mum using the duvet to cover me up

"Mum are you still angry at me "I asked and she nodded "Am not angry at you dear,Am just sad you are becoming who you are not and it can ruin your entire life if you don't stop soon "she said and patted my back and peck me on my forehead

I looked around and see my pink room,I smiled knowing my mum carry me to my room Am not surprised though this is not the first time something like this is happening

My stomach growled and I remember I did not eat when I came back I went to the kitchen and I see a covered pasta in the oven I open the oven and brought it out,

I guess mum just finish warming it"I said And sit on the mini dining table on the kitchen,I sit on it and munch my food hungrily

I finished eating and washed the dishes,

I arranged it and went back to my room I enter my room and remove the cloth am wearing I entered the bathroom with my phone and start making vlog on how I use my facial soap I rinsed the soap off and turn the camera off I finished taking my bath and step out of the bathroom with a pink towel wrapped around my body I open my wardrobe,bring my pink pyjamas,

I wear my pyjamas and proceed to the bed

I laid on the bed and the something cross my mind

I have to prepare a surprise for jake"I thought and took my phone I called a surprise company and when the find out am the famous TikToker they start planning for its even though it's late in the night I can't wait to surprise jake tomorrow"I thought and smiled

I laid back on my pink bed,I used the duvets to cover myself and drifted to my dreamland

The next morning I groaned when I heard a knock on my door

Am coming mum "I said since am sure she is the only knocking since I have no one else living with me I rise from the bed and went to the door

I open the door and met my mum already dressed for work

"Do you know what the time says"she asked and I looked at the wall I gasped when I see its almost eight

"Am off to work"mum said and dashed out

"Suzanne,I kept you food inside the microwave "she rushed in and told me

"Ok mum,I love you "I said

I have a surprise am planning for jake,I have to be fast before one of his crazy fans surprise him before me "I thought and rushed into the wash room

I take a quick bath and come out of the wash room I put on my cloth and put on a light make up I combed my hair and wear my matching heels

I picked my bag and was about going out of my room when my phone ring loud

Thank God this person called me I will have forget my phone at home today "I said aloud I picked the call and hear my best friend Alden speak up

"Did you forget today is your boyfriend birthday"she asked immediately I picked the call

"No,I already make some surprise for him"I replied

"Where are you am almost at your place"she said and I gasped

"What if the person that owns the place come out and ask who she is looking for,

I have to get there before 5 minutes "I thought I will come out now,I want to use a little make over"I said

"Make it snappy please Quin is here with me"she said and I rolled my eyes I dashed out of my house not without using my nose mask I can't afford any fans seeing me in this neighborhood I run and manage to get there in the next 5 minutes

I breath out,remove my mask and rest for two minutes before walking to them

"Have never seen you pass the front door and you never invited us inside nor introduce your family member to us

"Alden said immediately I entered the car "Am sorry dear,I will try and introduce you to my parent next time "I lied and she rolled your eyes

I didn't bother greeting Quin because we are both enemy and I guess why Alden walk with a b!tch like her "I thought and sigh
