Chapter 5 A Sleepless Night

" Are you alright?" Hannah asked, surprise at the way Tony was acting. He was jolted out of his thoughts, but he felt embarrassed.

" I'm sorry. I was just....." He drawled and rubbed the back of his neck. " It seems like you wanna take a shower."

" Yeah." Said Hannah. " But....."

" I went to buy a soap, there was none." Tony I interrupted. " Here." He handed the soap to Hannah.

" Thanks." Said Hannah taking the soap from him. She turned to head to the bathroom, but something told her to look back.

When she did, she found out that Tony's eyes were on her. He quickly averted his eyes and stared at the wall.

" Why are you acting wired?" Said Hannah.

" Huh!" Tony turned to her.

" Never mind." Hannah said and entered the bathroom.

Tony sat on one of the chairs and pick a newspaper which was on the table and began to read.

But his mind wasn't there at all. He stood up and walk to the kitchen. There he brought out a cold water from the fridge and poured it into a glass.

He picked the glass and the bottle water and head out. The moment he stepped into the room, his eyes met Hannah. She's just coming out from the bathroom.

" You're none already?" He asked.

" Yeah." Replied Hannah. " I need to change up." She added.

" Let me excuse you then." Tony said and went back to the kitchen, while Hannah chuckled.

" Is it really necessary?" Said Hannah. " Whatever." She murmured as she began to put on her dress.

Tony was having a battle in his heart as he stayed in the kitchen. Something kept telling him to spy at her a little.

But another said that it's wrong.

" What if she catches you?"

" It's just a little look. Just to see how she looks like."

" Is it really necessary.? If you succeed in making her your girlfriend, you'll see everything. Do you know how she will feel if she catches you now."

" He can say something, to cover up. She won't feel bad."

" Don't do it Tony, it's wrong. You will only create problem for yourself."

" What kind of problem?"

" What if you feels ho*ny, you'll end up doing something stupid."

" You know how to control yourself. Even if you feel like....."

" Why are you drinking the water like that? It will choke you." Said Hannah walking into the kitchen.

Tony chuckled and turned to her, but his eyes landed on her nip**s, which were pointing at him from the transparent dress she's wearing.

His eyes bulged out when he looked down. She was almost n**d before him.

He couldn't control his action as he stared at her awe. In order to cover it up, he said. " You look beautiful."

" Really!" Said Hannah. " Coming from a friend. Thanks.

I came to let you know that I'm done. I don't want you to lock yourself here because of me. Good night" she said and walked away.

" Damn Hannah!" Muttered Tony. " You're killing me slowly." He added and walked out.

He entered the bathroom as well to take a shower. When he came out, Hannah was already sleeping.

He put on his pyjamas and was about to lie down on the mat he sprayed on the floor, when Hannah moved her legs and the blanket left some part of her body, leaving her exposed.

Tony swallowed hard as he walked towards her in order to cover her up again.

He glanced at her mother and the woman was sleeping peacefully. He bits his lower lip, trying to prevent himself from taking off the blanket entirely from her body and have a proper look at her.

His heart was filled with imaginations and he felt like doing something that night. But he had to control himself.

After covering her with the blanket, he went to his mat and lay down. But he couldn't sleep. He was highly disturbed.

Raymond was in the sitting room when the door opened and his brother Desmond walked in.

Looking at his face, Raymond knew that something was wrong. " Is everything okay Des?" Asked Raymond.

" Nope." Desmond replied. " I don't....." He drawled and sat down on the chair. Wiping his face with his hand, and sighing in relief.

" What's wrong? What did the police say?" Raymond asked.

" She's been released. But when I got to her house, I didn't her. Including her Mom, I didn't see anyone.

I waited for them till now, I decided to come home since it's getting late.

I wish she had phone." Said Desmond.

" You said you love her, why don't you get her a cellphone?" Asked Raymond.

" I will." Replied Desmond.

" I will is always the answer." Raymond Said.

" I don't know how she will react if I give her the cellphone. You know I've not ask her out yet." Desmond said.

" It doesn't matter. Start from there. She should be able to see your present everywhere. That will make her think about you always." Said Desmond.

" Hannah is not like other girls, you know that." Desmond said.

" One thing is that you never listen." Said Raymond. " Why don't you give it a try?" He added.

" Okay. Okay. I've heard you." Said Desmond. " But where is she? I'm not even sure if everything is alright. I wish I was there." He added.

" Hmmm." Raymond groaned.
