Chapter 3 Three

Aurora knew the owner of the hoarse voice, immediately fear and anxiety ensued over her, she raises in a twinkle, and started fidgeting about how to greet the king.

She peeked in the direction without a blink, waiting for the king, she loved to see his face, likewise, she was afraid of what he would do to her.

She lowered her gaze immediately after she caught the sight of the king and his right man Jaguar approaching the door of the prison where she was caged, her heart began to race out of fear.

The foul smell of the dungeon disgusted Alpha king, he hated coming to the dungeon, but he wanted to see the face of Aurora, every fiber of him hated her and wished her pain.

He would rather not give Aurora the impression that he saved her, he wanted her to know what he had in stock for her.

The cold gaze of Alpha Malik stared all over her body, as he stood at the entrance of the prison-He saw the bruises on her body and face, it gave him pleasure knowing she's been tortured.

He looked at her with pure hatred on his face and drifted back from the entrance.

The rattle of keychains and locks was heard as Jaguar opened the prison door and dragged Aurora out harshly. She winced in pain as he nudged her to the ground.

Aurora wished to look at the man who makes her heart thump nervously, yet she couldn't, she is no more the innocent girl in the sight of Alpha Malik, her head can go for it.

Alpha Malik's eyes didn't crawl out of her body, he hated the fact that he once liked her face, and he hated the fact he was deluded by her innocent face.

He's tempted to choke her to death, but he controlled himself, he wanted a slow death for her.

"Stand," the Alpha stated in his hoarse voice

Aurora stood up, with pain in her leg, she gulped nervously as she shared gazed into the Alpha's cold eyes.

"Who sent you to kill my father?" He said calmly, beneath the calmness of the voice, Aurora could decipher the irate of the echoes.

Aurora wished to reply, but he didn't believe her, she told him the day his father dead, that she was not the killer, yet he asked her who the killer was since she was with the king.

She couldn't bring herself to betray her father, instead, she kept mute ever since then.

Her silence angered the Alpha, he felt like choking the life out of Aurora, but he suppressed it.

The next sound heard, as the Alpha crouched in her front, was the hard strike on the face of Aurora, and she winced.

"I thought you were warned never to keep mute whenever I asked a question", Alpha Malik grunted.

Regardless, Aurora didn't speak, her father trained her to be an impenetrable brick wall, and she couldn't allow her tormentor to see her fear. Though she's afraid of torture, yet she must endure it, for her father's and the community's sake.

Angrily, Alpha Malik grabbed her hair, and yanked it hard, forcing her head down in pain.

He looked at her face, seeing expressionless, he yanked it the more.

"Did you understand me"? Alpha Malik said in a low growl, and he yanked her hair harder.

"I'm sorry" escaped the mouth of Aurora, as the Alpha Malik dragged her hair harshly. She couldn't endure the pain anymore.

She felt sorry for herself, she had never passed through this kind of pain, and she wished he will release her hair.

"No one dares to disobey me, except you want a quick death" Alpha snapped.

He let go of her hair roughly and looked around the dungeon.

"You must be enjoying your stay here," he said with a smug look.

"There is no enjoyment, what it holds is pain'' she said angrily before she realized she had committed an offense.

In her twenty years as a princess, one key thing she had learned about the Royal-they hate a maid or slaves speaking when they were not asked to talk.

"Speak again when you are not asked and lose your head for it," he said furiously.

In a blink, his hand is on her neck, choking her.

Jaguar looked scared, seeing the looked on the face of Alpha Malik, he seemed different from the Malik he has been serving since.

Though he has the coldest eyes, the day his father died, his cold eyes were mixed with hatred and anger which made many to be more scared of him.

The choking persisted, wishing he will release her neck, she looked into his deep eyes, where you could get lost if you stared long, his eyes have that faraway look that cannot be described in words.

Aurora looked at the hatred and pain in his eyes, and she looked away, realizing he was more in pain than her.

Alpha Malik finally released her, and he walked out of the prison, Then Jaguar pushed Aurora back inside the prison and locked the chain.

"Aurora, you disgusted me, with your pretty and innocent smile, you are nothing but a murderer, nevertheless I will have a taste of you before Alpha kills you," Jaguar said and rushed out of the dungeon to meet with the king.

He met the Alpha at the entrance of the dungeon, he bowed slightly to him.

"Go to the kitchen, and tell them to send food over to Aurora" it surprised Jaguar to hear it from Alpha.

"Earlier he wanted to choke her to death, now he wants to feed her, no one can know Alpha thought," Jaguar thought.

He looked at Alpha's face stylishly before he walked away to the kitchen.

Aurora weighed light in his hand earlier, he wanted to feed her, and she wanted her to have energy for the pain and torture coming for her.

He walked to the balcony that leads to his chamber, maids knelt immediately they sighted him coming until he reached his chamber entrance.

"I want to avoid seeing anyone in my chamber tonight," he said curtly and walled in, without giving his guard(Evans) a chance to reply.

Xena walked gracefully to the door of the Alpha Malik, she is the only concubine Alpha Malik allowed to pleasure him.

She walked to the door, with sadness written on her face, she heard the king adjourn Aurora's death, jealousy, and enviousness filled her heart; she knew how close they were when Aurora was still the Alpha's maid, she had always wished Aurora vanishing from Alpha Malik life.

Aurora Committing the horrible offense was a favor in disguise for her, she had tried pressuring the Alpha to kill Aurora the second day she committed the offense.

She was stopped by Evans not to go in.

"The Alpha is resting, and he ordered that no one should enter his room tonight unless he calls for it" Evans dispatched to Xena.

Instead of her to turned back, she pushed him away and scurried into the Alpha chamber angrily.

She was welcomed by the sight of the Alpha's broad chest-He just unbuttoned the shirt he wore.

The anger in her was replaced with lust immediately, she bit her lips lustfully, looking at the broad chest of Alpha Malik, his handsomeness can make women pee on their pants, he looked gorgeous, with perfect height, perfect shape, and perfect look, he has everything that makes women drooled on men-Many women in the community believed he is a god.

Xena is constantly grateful to God, that the men were his, though he might be harsh, seeing him whenever she wishes is something to feel feels happy about.

"I guess you are told that I don't want visitors anymore tonight" Alpha Malik stated in a low growl, making Xena jolt out of her ecstasy, she swallowed hard, thinking of what to say so as not to offend Alpha Malik.
