Genesis of chaos 2

The protest have gone far, more than anyone can imagine. Many international bodies and organizations were waiting patiently to interfere and see if they could fish in troubled water.

Both righteous sects and demonic sects joined the protests, the news was spread throughout the nation through the use of advance recording crystals...

The nation's guards were helpless, they could only do the little that they could do...

Markets were closed, and the people cultivate on the road, cultivation resources were shared amongst the protesters ( one of the main reasons people joined this protests, there's free "food".)

" Our next target is the teleportation Portal, nobody must travel in or out of this nation if our demand is not met. And we're also blocking the famous bridge that leads to the leitti island of logros empire, let the rich feel the pain we're going through.

Let them know that we're not joking!!

The president must re-sign, we don't want a sickly old man leading us anymore!!

one of the prominent figures leading the protest gave out orders on the recording crystal.

Fear gripped the mind of those in power. The president was running from one place to another, gathering people who could talk to the angry youths to ease their minds.

News spread everywhere that the government are trying to kill the protesters if they ever tried to come out to protest the next day, as the government have deployed soldiers to every part of the nation to guard all important places.

People who are going out to protest were advised to move in groups and the national flag must be in their hands, fluttering in the wind while the protest is ongoing.

The plan worked indeed, for a few days, the soldiers sent out to harass the people, once seeing the bright white flag in their hands either turned back or stayed to guard them for the day...until one fateful night...

The rumors were true, the government really did as they said they would do.

The protest was ongoing at the bridge connecting leitti island to logros mainland, when hundreds of soldiers marched in.

The people were still singing the Sapa Nation's National anthem happily, some were even doing live broadcast with their recording crystals, not minding the soldiers on horse back.

" Hello Daddy!! I can't hear you well, this place is too loud. Let me find a quiet place then I'll call you back."

Daniel picked up his ringing phone and discovered that the strange number calling him was from his nagging Dad.

He tried finding a quiet place to call but he couldn't find any, so he dialed the number again on his expensive communication crystal and took out two magic buds from his space ring and plugged it in his ears. He did some strange hand signs and the magic buds was connected to the magic crystal in his hand.

He put some noise cancelling formation within a radius of ten meters around him to cancel out the background noise.

Ring!! Ring!!

The communication crystal was vibrating on his hand as he was about to cast the spell that'll connect him to his dad.

It was a video communication request from his dad, he picked it up and the old man began his umpteenth session of nagging this month.

The old man sounded distressed on the call as he threw lots of questions at Daniel. He was really agitated and was sweating all over.

" Daniel!! Where are you right now!??

Hope it's not where I told you not to go yesterday? Turn the crystal around and let me see the background, this place is eerily silent, you must have done something to mask the noise...

Just tell me that you're not at the leitti bridge and my mind will be at ease."

The old man said, with anger clearly written on his wrinkled face.

"father, you can't control my life anymore, I'm 21 Dad!! I can make decisions for myself, you can't tell me what to do!!

I'm currently at the leitti bridge, doing what you old men failed to do during your own time. I'm fighting for the progress of this nation, I'm fighting for the next generations to come, fighting for the future of my unborn children..."

The spoilt brat, Daniel was shouting at his father on the communication crystal. The old man was shivering from anger, but he controlled himself before spitting out some words before the light went out.

" Daniel, listen to me!! Even if it'll be for the last time that you'll ever do that, I don't care. Just listen to what I have to say!!"

The old man yelled on the crystal.

Daniel seeing the strange behavior of his old man and noticed the severeness of what his dad was about to say, finally calmed down.

" Try to leave that place now!! Run!! Never look back.

The soldiers deployed to the leitti bridge are not your normal soldiers, they were all at the green ranks and there are a few silver rankers among them, they were sent to kill the protesters. Watch out for eagle eyed demon!! He was among the group of silver rankers deployed for this operation.

Do not look for anybody or take anything with you, run as far as you can before the operation commence..."

Listening to his father's order, Daniel was trying to run when the lights were turned off and the darkness formation was activated.

Xiu!! xiu!! xiu!! xiu!!

Flaming arrows danced in the air immediately the lights were turned off.

Seeing the arrows coming for him, Daniel activated his movement skills "shadow steps" and he disappeared into the night. But how can he escape from the silver rankers given strict orders not to leave any survivors to tell the tale of what happened today.

He was chased by three silver ranker one was wielding a heavy ruler, the second man was wielding a sword while the third man followed them closely without coming near or going far off from them. He was wielding a Golden rune bow, ready to provide assistance when needed.

The most feared golden eyes demon was sent to assassinate a youth, what a joke.

His assailants caught up with and he was immediately surrounded by the two shameless silver rankers.

Two silver rankers surrounded a green ranker youth and another silver ranker was watching in the distance with arrow nocked into bow, ready to shoot at any given opportunity.
