Chapter 3 Three

Then she lowered it till it was close to her mouth and then a black swirl came out in the air and then Tena forced the mouth of the princess open and then the black swirl moved restlessly over princess Leia's head before it finally entered her mouth.

Leia was calm for a while and then Tena climbed down from the bed.

"There was no need for the chains. She didn't even..." Harlow was cut short by Leia's body jerking violently.

"What's...." the king was about to ask a question

"Her soul is fighting the succubus. As expected"

Leia jerked violently against the chains. Her head turned to each side.

"She's hurting" Harlow cried and tried to cross over to help her daughter but her husband stopped her.

"Oswald we have to help her" she cried

"She will be fine," he said. King Oswald did not want anything to interrupt the process.

After a long while, Leia's body stilled and then Tena leaned over her and she opened her eyes. They were the lightest blue eyes.

"Release her" Tena ordered and then Ross went to unchain Leia. After he unchained her, she sat up in bed and looked around.

Harlow was tensed. She was scared her daughter might not recognize her as her mama.

"Mama. Mama" Leia called.

Queen Harlow sighed in relief before running over to her daughter.

"Did it work?" Oswald asked

"She is okay now. Isn't she?"

"Oh. My baby" Harlow hugged Leia and she returned the hug.

When Harlow pulled away, Leia looked around the room. She was a bit confused. She wondered why Ross and the woman were in her room.

"What is going on?" Leia asked

Queen Harlow and the king wondered if she didn't know she was sick.

"Nothing.. my dear" Harlow replied

"Then who is this woman? Why is she here in my room? Why are mama's eyes swollen?" Leia asked

"Too many questions my child. Something just got into your mother's eyes, that's why they are red and the woman...."

"It's time for me to leave" Tena interrupted

"Thank you," King Oswald said

Tena had just saved his daughter and even given him a greater gift. A demon under his control.

And with one last look at everyone, Tena was led out of that room by Ross. She was going to disappear and never be seen again by anyone and in a few years, the king will realize the consequences of his decisions, and then it would be too late to make a change.

The demon currently residing in the girl was in a weakened state. Everyone thought the spirit of the girl was killed. The body of the process now harboured two souls. As she fed the demon, it'll only become stronger and begin to suppress the human soul of the princess.

Four years later (Leia is eighteen years old)

Leia slumped tiredly against the wall. Her personal maid and friend tried to help her up.

"What's wrong with you?" Wren cried

"I... I... nee...need to get to the bed" Leia stuttered in a weak voice. Leia felt really weak.

Wren was worried, she helped the princess to the bed and covered her up. Then she ran out of the room to inform Queen Harlow. It was not difficult to find her, she was with the king and on hearing their daughter was ill, they both panicked.

The witch had promised that nothing would make Leia sick again.

The king and queen rushed to see Leia and when they got there she was looking really pale and sick.

"What is wrong with you my princess?" Queen Harlow asked

"I don't know mama. I feel so tired" she said

"Get Ross" king Oswald commanded the already frightened maid.

Wren ran out of the room in search of the huge man. Ross followed wren back to the princess's room when he heard how urgent it was.

"Ross we need to find that witch. Leia is sick" Oswald commanded

"How is that possible?" Ross asked

"No time to ask questions. Go and find her"

"But it's been three years my king"

"It does not matter Ross. Do everything you can to find her"

"I will my king"

Ross nodded before rushing out of the room to find Tena.

Queen Harlow sobbed beside her daughter's bed for the rest of the days as they waited for Ross to return with the witch.

It took three days before Ross returned back to the castle. But he came back without Tena. Instead, he came with an old man.

"This is not the witch," Oswald said immediately he saw the man.

"I'm not Tena. I am Kanoa and I can be of help" the old man said. They took the old man to the princess's room where she lay. And Kanoa assessed Leia.

"There is darkness within her. What did Tena do to help you"

"She... healed Leia once of an ailment" The king responded

"How did she do it?" Kanoa asked curiously

"She put the soul of a succubus into her," Harlow told the old man and his eyes widened.

"A succubus?"

"Yes.. and she told us our daughter was never going to fall sick again"

"Has she been fed?" The old man said

"Fed?" Harlow asked looking confused. The king as well.

"She ate this morning" Wren responded

"I'm not speaking about the normal food we humans eat. Succubus needs to feed to stay alive."

"What kind of feeding do you speak if then?" The king asked

"Sex," the old man said and Harlow gasped.

"My daughter is too young for such carnality" Harlow shouted

"That's the only way she can survive. Her demon will only remain immortal if she continues to feed"

"Immortal?" Oswald asked confused

"The succubus is an immortal demon but can die if it doesn't feed"

"Tena didn't mention anything about this. What can we do now?" The king asked

"There is nothing you can do but to feed the demon" Kanoa shrugged

King Oswald grabbed his clothes tightly.

"You said you could do what Tena does. Don't....."

"There is a way" Kanoa said immediately.

The king was looking very furious and he had become so scared for his life. He had no choice but to lie. When Ross had approached him, he had thought it was a minor sickness he could handle. He never for once imagined he would be dealing with a succubus.

The king released him and stepped back a little.

"What is the way?"

Humans had a natural greed in them and he had seen a flash of something flicker in the eyes of the King at the mention of immortality.

"The demon can be removed from her body," the old man said

"How?"

Kanoa thought quickly. "The blood of a vampire. Pure at heart. It is needed for a ritual to take the soul away from your daughter."

"Let's do it," Queen Harlow said quickly and king Oswald concurred but he had other ideas in his mind.

"While we try to find the blood of a vampire pure at heart, how do we feed her now?"

"Since she is under age, she can feed from other people having sex. The sexual energy would be okay for now but as she grows, she would need to get the energy directly from the source but you must note that continuous sex with a single person will kill them" and the king nodded.

"How does that work?" Harlow asked.

"She needs to be present in the room when others have sex" Kanoa explained.

The queen looked uncomfortable with the idea but it was far better than making her daughter have sex at this age.

"Let us speak outside for a while," the king said to the old man. Ross followed them outside but stood a bit far from them as they spoke.

"What happens to the demon after it is removed from her?" King Oswald asked

"It can be killed if you want"

"No. I want it transferred to me"

"Transferred to you? You want to be immortal?"

"Yes. That is what I want" king Oswald confirmed.

"I forgot to tell you. The succubus soul has taken over your daughter and if the demon is taken away from her, she is likely to die, except you can get a soul to replace hers"

"I'll do what needs to be done" the king waved him off.

"Thank you for your help. I'll make sure you are rewarded greatly"

"Thank you, my king," Kanoa said bowing before king Oswald.

King Oswald stopped Ross when Kanoa was a feet away.

"Nothing discussed here must be let out of this place. You know what to do"

Ross nodded at the king. The old man had to die. Everyone had seen him come in here and the king didn't want the advisors or villagers to know why the old man was at the palace in the first place.

The king returned to the princess's room. Queen Harlow and her maid were still there waiting. The king looked at Wren for a while. Wren was three years older than the princess and since she was already aware of the situation, she would help in Leia's feeding.

Ross returned a few moments later and nodded at the king. The king smiled knowing what that meant.

"What happens here must never be revealed to another. This is a secret" his hard gaze landed on Wren.

"You and Ross will help the princess feed. You should be honored" the king said to her.

Wren had no choice, the family had been good to her and it was only right for her to help in any way she could.

The king and queen were present for Leia's first feeding and the ones that followed after until Leia was old enough to feed.

When Leia had become mature enough she was sent to a house far away with her maid Wren. King Oswald ignored the warning of Kanoa and made his daughter sleep with a male until he was drained completely and died.
