Chapter 5 LOVE GLIMPSE

Kobi's face could hardly be painted with the extreme sadness he felt. His foot was heavy on the step.

"Son, what happened to you? Does it seem that heaven and earth are covered on your face? I'm not fun to see you like that. Your eyes are swollen. Did you cry? What really happened son?" he did not escape the mother who was caught sitting in the living room when he opened the door. The mother's face shows great concern for her son.

"M---Mother...!" Kobi's voice rattles signs to cry. Moments later he volunteered to hug his mother and tears began to flow.

"Shall I guess son?" her mother said that enough to predict how he really felt. Until now he still seems to hear Vita's voice.

But Vita just can't understand that because he's still looking for things he can't afford to give.

"Kobi... " He is currently lifting hallow blocks and stacking when Alvin called him. His sweat was dripping steadily. It's not really a joke to raise hallow blocks, especially in the sun. The body needs extreme energy. But Kobi is used to that work so even though he is very tired, just laughs at being positive about everything.

"Brother" he answered indolently without looking back while shaking his arm full of dust. His voice is just sluggish but doesn't lose the positive Kobi in life all the time. He can't be weak and must always be strong. He can't be lazy and must always be diligent. He can't be pessimistic but always optimistic. The problem cannot be solved just get in the way. He thought for a moment while digging in the pocket of his pants that were faded and stained with paint. Kobi is still very sweaty, he can be seen as very tired at work but he is not lazy to work. "Kobi...Kobi...Kobi Castro"Alvin turned to look at them almost at the same time in the distance because there was a woman calling his name. He could not yet see the woman's face because it was too far away. But the woman's stance seemed familiar to him. And by calling it by his full name he seems to be having an idea.

The sun is up so the light almost hits the woman's face so he doesn't recognize much. As the woman approached she gradually inferred the look.

A meaningful smile flashed on his face after the woman finally approached their place.

"Janna, what are you doing here?" was a surprising question but it was obvious that Kobi was happy and surprised based on his actions in front of Janna.

"Yes! It's me of course!" Janna's sense of humor attacking at the moment. It was so easy to make him laugh. It even winked at Kobi and bit his lower lip with obvious teasing.

"Wow! demanding! Even calling him is a big deal." Kobi laughed as he touched Janna's hair and even messed up the girl's hair

"S---Sweet of my love." Secretly whispered of the mind. Hope he always shows like this because it feels good when he touches her hair even if it's messed.

With his eyes still narrowed he looked thrilled but the laughter was pure. That kind acts of gesture between Kobi and Janna was priceless indeed. At that point, Kobi couldn't help but compare Vita's character to Janna. Vita, who is his girlfriend, throws his hand away when he hugs her. But Janna, who is a close friend, is just messing with his hair. The compliment he receives as a man makes his heart fat and flattered, while his girlfriend receives only resentment and doesn't know how to appreciate simple things. which he does.

"Hoooh! Amazing and fantastic" Kobi replied excitedly.

"That's overacting Mr. Kobi Castro you're still complaining. I brought you food packs for lunch and snacks so you don't have to buy. I cooked mixed bilu-bilo and eggplant omelet, I know it's your favorite. Actually, I would have texted you last night just to go through the market. That's why I thought I'd just bring it to the site so you won't be bothered. It's embarrassing because Mr. Castro right?" Just pissed but just very cool Janna's voice, the fondness in his eyes, and gestures are obvious, the natural gestures of a person who discriminates against a person dominate.

Kobi felt that one hundred percent of the weight of the heart earlier after leaving the house was now suddenly reduced by fifty percent. That's how much his best friend Janna has done for him.

"Janna, I'm speechless. I really appreciate what you do for me." suddenly their eyes met. Kobi stared at Janna.

"Kobi, don't look at me like that" Janna whispered in her mind because she felt like she was in Cloud-9.

"Gosshhh! This guy is really handsome, a killer smile just staring at the dish a yummy one. "she wanted to pinch herself with the mischief she imagined.

"Why are we like this, Kobi?"

"Janna wake up, erase ok!"

"Your imagination did it again!" she smiled.

Alvin looked around at the two as if they had forgotten that he was around when he smiled and looked at Kobi.

"Hoooh---I feel something fishy both." Alvin's smile was meaningful.

Janna seemed embarrassed to go for a moment, after a few seconds she looked up again.

"I'm not his girlfriend. Vita is his girlfriend. I'm his close friend only." she replied bashfully with a smile.

Kobi seemed hypnotized at the moment. He couldn't speak as long as he just stared at Janna's face. Why did he feel that way when Janna said they were just friends? Why can't they go beyond the state of friendship?

"Kobi what is happening to you? he said to himself

"What's wrong with what Janna said, you both are friends, right?"

"Kobi stop it!" he rebuked mentally

"Sorry! I thought it was you. It looks like there is." Alvin's tone of voice was joking.

"But it looks the other way around as I haven't even seen your girlfriend here, your friend really remembers to bring you food to work that's amazing. Anyway, sorry brother." Alvin's words sounded embarrassing, still scratching his head. The eyes of the two creatures who had their own world of those moments seemed to talk.

The eyes were right. Looking at each other. Staring. Whispering. Kobi and Janna's eyes seemed to have a mind of their own because of what Alvin said. It seems that someone wants to release a hidden emotion in every touch of their eyes. That feeling of wanting to just let go of the real message for each other.

"It's not... just a joke... I'm just really joking. But brother just good luck to you. I don't know what good luck is for but that's what I want to say right now "Alvin suddenly recovered with a smile and looked around at the two.

"That's why you're also joking "finally Kobi said that the detachment in their scene was obvious. Because the truth is he was too carried away by the blinding scenes between him and Janna. Of course! Kobi isn't alone because Janna is definitely even better. In fact, earlier he was getting cold because of the intense feelings that enveloped his whole being but he just tried to hide the feelings and cover up the piss and delight.

"Kobi if you won't mind I'll go ahead as I will also go to the market. I have to come back from duty and go home early for two days and schedule our exam." Janna said goodbye as if the sweetness of the smile had turned into Ax's habit.

"Huh? Are you leaving too?"

"Yes!" Janna answered avoiding looking at Kobi after just smiling as she looked around

"Okay, just take care! Thank you so much again. I'll just return the tupper ware I put in." Kobi shook his arm and smiled like he was crazy.

"Oh no! I've just been tripped up by Mr. Kobi Castro." he also shook Kobi's arm and laughed out loud! turn around to walk away.

"Thank you so much Janna." Kobi laughed out loud. It seemed like only a moment and the estrangement from each other disappeared as well.

"Most welcome just you." teased Janna's face as she turned to Kobi and laughed. She was only a few steps away.

"Thank you sexy" Kobi teased her again before she could get away if she wasn't mimicking she saw that Kobi was still teasing her.

"I have long known for that Mr. Castro." Janna shouted back with pure laughter.

It's just that Kobi and Janna are friends. She is so excited! not how much more if they become more than friends.

"Hey! Oh! Janna, let go of the hallucination and fantasy," he whispered to himself laughing.

Gradually he lost sight of the girl Janna because it was gone. Kobi was momentarily stunned by the absence as if he felt sad after Janna disappeared from sight.

"Can I have more?" Alvin's voice was teasing again as he swallowed the bilu-bilo. He invited Alvin when the lunch break came so they both saved because they didn't have to buy more from the food vendors on the site.

Kobi just laughed while eating rice. But it's really true what Alvin says that Janna's cooking of eggplant omelet is really delicious and it can't be hidden that it was cooked with love. Kobi let out a secret smile. Actually, the man that Janna marry is very lucky as she is a very responsible woman.
