Chapter 5 Getting rid of her.

Xena couldn't believe What her eyes was seeing. Angel showed her a picture of Jake kissing her. Her face was not visible so people didn't recognize her. Her face turned red in embarrassment.

"Hey, are you okay, Girl?" angel asked because her Best friend was chocking to death.

"Cough .. Cough .... Am okay! Am okay I was just shocked because..." Xena wanted to say because she was the woman being kissed but she shut her mouth up.

"Because of what?" Angel asked curious to know.

"Nothing! Nothing Angel." Xena said nervously twisting the tip of her hair.

Angel furrowed her brows because she knows that her bestie is hiding something from her.

"Okay Xena you better say it because I know you are hiding something from Me."

"Do I really have to say it?" Xena asked with a frown.

"Yes you have to! Come on spill the beans already!" Angel uttered, impatiently.

"Okay fine but promise that you won't tease me." Xena manages, looking down on the table.

"I won't baby girl." she assured with a creepy smile.

Xena closed her eyes and sighed deeply.

"I don't know how it happened or what happened but I am the girl in the picture."

Angel chuckled and was a little surprise.

"I knew it because the body of the lady in that picture looked familiar and my mind somehow drifted to you."

"Wait, How Did this even happen because if I was the one that was kissed by him, Damn I won't even let him go, I will just handcuff him and take him home." Angel added and she looked serious this days.

"Like I said , I don't know how it happened." Xena muttered.

Angel laughed out loud causing some people in the restaurant to look at Her but she ignored them.

"Look!! If you are famous you can never live a private life and to worst it all baby, Jake is one of the most famous and richest man in the country."

"Whatever, I just don't like this." Xena complained.

"So you are the mystery woman who wants to still the heart of the handsome CEO who is a crush to so many women." Angel teased, wiggling her brows.

Xena rolled her eyes."I don't even know how that happened because I felt like I was compelled or something and before I knew it I was being kissed by someone I don't even know!! A total stranger!!!!!."

Angel thought about what Xena said, she could tell that Xena was irritated by what happened.

"Well maybe he likes you because jake is not a type of man that do things without a reason and to be honest any guy that looks at you will be bewitched by your beauty."

"Whatever, please I don't want to talk about this anymore." Xena voiced out, getting annoyed.

"Okay. Fun killer." Angel said as she picked up the menu.

Xena ignored her comment and looked at the band performing on the stage. A smile unknowingly slipped out of her lips. She love singing and it makes her happy.

"They are talented." Xena voiced out looking at the Band.

"Yeah I agree but the are not that talented like you, Xena." She said praising her best friend.

Xena smiled shyly. "Oh please I wish I can sing like that."

"Okay, Have you listened to yourself sing? You sing like an angel. Your voice always make me forget my problems." Angel said with a smile.

"Thanks." Xena uttered.

"Hey, how about we take a table near the stage so that we can listen to them very well." Angel said with a smile.

Xena agreed and the both of them walked toward a table near the stage.

They ordered for their food and started feasting on it food when they received their food.

They Male singer was singing perfect by Ed Sheeran.

Xena's eyes was on him as he sang beautifully. Suddenly the male singer looked at her and smiled. He signalled her to come up the stage. Angel saw that and said something to Xena.

"Xena what are you waiting for go up there and sing."

Xena shook her head in a 'No'.

"No way!"

The male singer signalled her again.

"Yes way!! Please go up there first." Angel pleaded and Xena nodded her head in a 'Yes'. She stood up from her sit and walked up to the stage.

"Hey, you finally decided to come up." The male singer said and Xena gave him her best smile.

"Thanks to my pushy friend." Xena said half serious, half joking.

The male lead gave her the mic and smiled at her.

"How about you sing."

"Okay. I want to sing Lovely by Billie Eilish." She told the man and He whispered something to his team and they all nodded their head.

"Listen up guys we have a special Singer who Will be singing a song for us, Listen and enjoy." A member of the Band announced and the people clapped their hands curious to see the Singer.

Xena walked in the center of the stage and she felt a little shy singing in front of many people. She looked at Angel who was smiling at her and giving her a thumbs up.

She closed her eyes and opened it before the band started a beat.

She opened her mouth and sang. Everybody in the restaurant was attracted by her beauty and by the Time she started singing everyone felt chills as her voice was so sweet, Mesmerizing and melodious.

"Thank you." Was all Xena said and left the stage. She walked to her sit and Drank a bottle of water. Angel was looking at her lovely. She had tears in her eyes

"Thanks alot Angel, For a moment I felt like I was a real star." Xena said, She could still feel people's eyes on her but she ignored it and concentrated on her friend and food.

"Awe bestie you have to Chase this dream of yours." Angel said with a smile.

Meanwhile in the VIP section. Casper was listening to her sweet voice as she sang.

He was the one who instructed the male lead singer to call her up on the stage.

He was curious to hear her sing and he was sure that she would sing beautifully.

"Dangerous." He mumbled underneath his breath as Xena was done singing.

He brought out his phone and made a call.

"I want You to gather all the information about Xena Micheal on the next fifteen minutes and report back to me." he said returning to his usual cold personality.

"I think we should find the girl and then you can make an appearance with her in public and when you are questioned by the press you can just tell them that she is someone special to you and After that you can just get rid of the girl by killing her." Davis suggested.

Jake smirked and signalled for Davis to come near him. Without hesitation Davis walked up to him nervously.

"Davis you are really a wise guy. I love the idea, boy" he said patting Davis shoulder.
