Chapter 7 Seven

Possessively, my hand-coiled Rose's midsection like a venomous snake. Pulling her tightly to my body it felt like my body was mashing deeply into hers. And yes, it was.

Wriggling my expression into a dreadful one, my eyes blackened as I snorted similarly to earn full awareness from the hefty bouncers.

"So...sorry sir!"

They nervously stooped in reverence on catching a glimpse of me. Perverts!

"Have you been here before?" Rose stylishly leans as she solicited more like a whisper.

"Not really!" I whisper back to her, a short wet kiss pursued on her cheek and I jerked away.

The bouncers instantly shifted aside for us to get on, Rose ruffled her head asides as we strode ahead and materialized inside the heated fussing interior.

"Geez!"

Her eyes googled widely on beholding the miscellaneous debauch souls who roam freely like free birds, the entire spot was stuffed up to its brim.

The flavor of cigarettes crumbled with the smells of alcohol lingering in the air, the blaring of boisterous music could be heard as it electrified the scenery. Glamorous girls outfitted in salacious revealing clothes could be viewed as they danced while the mere ones chooses to perch on the guys to please them sensually.

Three alluring and tempting girls could be seen striping on the center pole to the ogles of the beholders; two were blondes swathed in red fiery lingeries while the brunette trimmed in enthralling black unmentionables. The girls donned a golden mask each to conceal obviously; their identities.

Rose numbed to the spot with her eyes stuck to the girls, she imagined them doing all this for money. It was certain, one perhaps two has a family to provide and had no preference but to embrace the sole part that fate have offered them willingly. She comprehended herself to be one of them. Geez!

That gave surge to harsh goosebumps materializing on her membrane, David who held her back to himself appear to detect the apparent streaks.

"Are you feeling cold darling? Do you wanna go home? You don't love this place?" David queries.

He swivels Rose to confront him as he wielded an unsettled expression.

"Which should I answer?" Rose gave out a weak smile in return for his grim expression.

"Anyone. I just want to make sure you are fine and not feeling uncomfortable. We could leave if you want," David whispered, he hoists his hands to cup her refined jawline in his manly palms.

"Ugh, why don't we go buckle a drink," Rose muttered instead.

Staring at his green orbs under the led flashes, she could nonetheless mark out the pronounced warmth and tenderness in his eyes.

"Drink it is then. C'mon!"

David discards his hands and grips her hand further, grabbing her gently amidst the fussing crowd to get to the west end of the cash counter where the male bartenders stood similarly to attend to their patrons any sort of their needs. The array of swiveling chairs could be detected in front of it.

"Two vodkas please!" David orders on reaching to the bartenders.

"Yes sir!" One of them, a handsome albino who had a strange Z imprint on his forehead smiled warmly as he departed to fetch their cravings.

"I WANNA ROCK THE PARTY!"

Rose suddenly yells out, her hands waving in the atmosphere as her body jiggles in dances.

Her abrupt scream generate a few glances as David snapped his head at his girlfriend, she isn't drunk yet and she's behaving this way.

What will she do if she eventually has a taste?

And certainly, she has a job to get on with the first streak tomorrow morning. "Hope I didn't make a mistake in bringing her here?" he murmured.

ROWAN POV

Presently, I'm in my living room with my two beautiful kids beside me. We were bolstering a minor talks while our gazes were fastened on the educating movie we were watching on the TV.

"Daddy, is aunty Rose coming to our house during the new week?"

Christopher suddenly asked me, and that question bucked up my ear as I snapped my head down to him in my left arm.

"Sure, she is. I employed her." I offered a simple answer and a smile emerged on his cute face.

"Yeah!!!" Christine shriek happily on the other hand, her tiny hands flapping heartily.

Rose has honestly bought the heart of my kids so effortlessly, how did she work it out?

"As far as I can remember, I have employed a lot of babysitters. Christopher and Christine grouse awfully about them but Rose was solely chosen by my smart kids, certainly she must possess a decent impact on them," I thought difficultly while I watched my kids.

"Why do you like her? I was expecting you two to kick her out likewise the previous ones," I said to them and they quit their giggling to pay their wholly attention to me.

"She's nice," Christopher said.

"She's good," Christine added.

I cork a frown. "Is that all?" I arched my brows at them.

"No dad," Christopher simply answered with his head waving slightly.

"Aunty Rose is cheer-free, approachable and intelligent. I feel mysteriously comfortable when I'm around her," Christine explains with her green eyes flickering at me father.

"Mysterious comfortable?" I asked, not buying her words.

"Yes dad, mysteriously comfortable. I don't know how to explain but I simply like her a lot and I want her to work for us," Christine told.

She snuggle deeper into my arm while I pulled Christopher tighter to my torso as I softly fondle their hairs with my fingers.

"I see, well... Why don't you two get on to your room huh? Tomorrow is Saturday, you guys wouldn't want to wake up late?" I notify them.

Christine countenance unexpectedly rewrite into a crumbling one. "No dad, we prefer to stay with you,"

"Yes dad, we don't want to sleep yet," Christopher backed his twin sister's with his protesting expression.

Glimpsing their reluctance, I had no other option than to let them be with me while my impressions drifts off to my new hireling.

Truth to be told; I have glimpsed nothing bad in her, she seemed responsible and ethical. That's the specie of soul I carve to be around my kids. Eventually, I'm convinced that they are in reasonable hands.

Soft snoring snatched me out of reflections as I stared down to Christopher and Christine sleeping lightly. I smirked on catching a glimpse of their cold expression while they slumbered. They appeared heavenly and extremely remarkable.

"I'm sorry kids, too bad you had a terrible mother who doesn't care about you both. But not to worry, you both got me. I will be here always with you two till the very end," I whispered silently, their fading snoring eliciting as a response to me.

Carefully not to wake them up, I pulled away gradually from them, holding up Christine in a bridle style as I transmit her to her room before reappearing to convey Christopher.

The two existence I solitary live for. Without them; I don't retain any purpose to breath on the surface of the earth.
