The next day, I was busy with my work at my husband's fashion company where I worked as the head of procurement.

The fashion company was one of Fred's company. It was the biggest fashion empire in the whole Freetown. The fashion company have grown globally. I was the one who initiated the idea because of my love for fashion and I was a good designer. Fred loved the idea and he opened the company for me. My phone rang, it was my husband Fred I picked up the phone.

"Fred how are you doing? I asked

"Honey I am sorry I can't make it home today, my flight has been cancelled. I will be back by tomorrow morning. He said regretfully.

Well, that has been his routine since will got married. He barely stay at home, his constant absence enabled me to be in this marriage, at least I don't have to endure his presence.

Even if Fred was around, we hardly stay together, is either he is working at the office or he is busy with his laptop at home, so literally, I am always by myself doing the things I love most including fantasizing about Ethan.

Fred always brags that I am the most understanding woman he had ever seen. According to him, all his friends have everything except an understanding woman like me who does not cling to her husband all the time. He said that I was one of the reasons he has accomplished much. He may be right but the truth was, my job didn't give me all the time to feel lonely, adding to the fact that I never loved him, that made it a lot easier for me before the kids came. So when the kids came, I dedicated my time and effort on them.

I checked the time, it was almost 5 pm, I finalized the contract negotiations I was making for the purchase of new fabric we needed for the upcoming International fashion festival. I checked everything in the office making sure that I switched off all the gadgets then I took my car key and left.

I drove the twenty minutes journey in silence with the only sound coming from the song on my car cassette.

My mind drafted to the good old days when Ethan and I were very young, we use to sneak out of our grandmother's house to the little lake near her home, anytime we came visiting her. One of the things I loved most about this place is it's peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff strives to keep the place in a good place and Fred also pays them well.

I saw all this things as a waste of money and resources that's why I told Fred that we should turn the villa into a resorts Center but he refused insisting that he purely built it for us to enjoy. Anything you can ever think of is inside the villa starting from the rooms sports Center to the spa, down to a mini gym Center, salon, a cinema house, just name it.

I parked in the lobby and enter our large living room which was lavishly decorated with expensive commodity. I went upstairs to change into something comfortable, my kids where with my mom so I have all the evening to relax.

I removed my suit and put on my simple flowering gown, Fred gave me last year at our wedding anniversary. It was simple but beautiful short gown.

I went out of my room to the living room. I was on the staircase when I saw his back facing me, he was looking out side the window or so it seems.

He turned immediately he heard my foot steps. I was frozen, it was Ethan he is right here in my home.

He walked towards me looking straight to my eyes. I couldn't believe he was here with me. After all this years, he looked very handsome and mature. He gently scoop me into his arms and I gladly accepted him.

It was the same old attraction nothing have changed. I immediately forgot that I was married and in my husband's living room. He carried me upstairs to the room the maids had prepared for him.
