Chapter 5 Song Ji Hyo - Tears

"let's go to library Ji Min.... , we have to study hard for the next exam tomorrow" Ji Hyo stand up from her seat and followed by her classmate. They didn't have any other conversation and keep silent until they reach the library. They start to read the books quietly.

The two girls spend 5 hours to read the book and gathering other sources for the test. But for the whole hours, there is no a single word that can be absorbed by Ji Hyo's mind. She is still wondering about the news of Lee Dong Wook. If she is alone, she surely wanna cry.

Ji Min can sense the difference of Ji Hyo's behaviour. She is usually really cheerful but now she just being so gloom. Ji Min really know the reason behind it but she decide to stay still. Ji Hyo doesn't like it when People pity her. She always try her best to hide her flaw. She is actually very fragile and a crying baby, but she really hate people regard her as a pitiful girl.

Ji Hyo was an orphan since her childhood. She often meet people who always pity her for that, she hate the feeling. That's why she tried her best to act as a tough girl.

"yes mother?" Ji Min received a Phone call from her mother.

"right now?" she is staring at Ji Hyo and Ji Hyo smile to her. She nod her head to let Ji Min go.

The tough girl know that her friend is worry about her. She knew that Ji Min always try her best to be there for her, but she is okay now. She doesn't want to be a burden for her friend.

"I understand" Ji Min end the Phone call. She looks at her friend appologetically.

"I'm sorry Ji Hyo, my mother tell me to go home now" she is hesitate to tell Ji Hyo.

"Aren't you going Home too? It's already dark outside" Ji Min then.

"it's okay, I still have to finish my study for a while, just go home Ji Min-ah, don't worry about me" Ji Hyo tell her friend and trying to convince her friend with a smile.

"I am really sorry" Ji Min feeling so uneasy to leave her friend alone. Expecially after what happened today. She really doesn't believe that Ji Hyo is okay.

"it's okay, just go" Ji Hyo insist her friend to go which make Ji Min really leave with a heavy Heart.

After Ji Min's departure, Ji Hyo just staring blanky at the book infront of her, she has no Will to read the book and just staring at it. After spending an hour sitting alone, Ji Hyo finally decide to stand up and leave.

It was already dark outside and the rain fall heavily. Ji Hyo look at her watch and find that it is around 7 p.m now. She doesn't mind the rain and walk slowly crashing the cold rain. She let her body getting drenched by the water. She can feel the shivering of getting wet by the cold rain but she is more focus on the warm of her tears which running down her cheeks.

Jong Kook just finished all of his task of the day and is heading Home now. Once he is outside the building, he know that it is Rain heavily. Fortunately he has an umbrella with him. He open his umbrella and walking toward the parking area. and it make him go home late. In the middle of rain he can recognize a figure of woman walk slowly while staring at the ground.

He can regocnize her right away, she is Song Ji Hyo. Jong Kook walk faster and goes forward to reach her. He gives his umbrella to the blank Ji Hyo. She is hesitates to take the umbrella with her so he takes her hand and make the girl holding on his umbrella. fastly it was Ji Hyo from her figure.

"just wear it and go home fastly" Jong Kook tell her shortly before runnin away to avoiding the rain. He is heading straightly into his car. The sad girl didn't say amything, she just continue her walk to her own car.

Once Jong Kook reach his apartemen, he goes forward to the bathroom directly in order to clear his wet body. He takes a warm comfortable bath which is perfect for the night and make a tea to warm his body. He enjoys the tea and turning on his tv screen. The first thing that he watchs is a dating news between Dong Wook and Da Hae. The news makes him immersed on the screen.

There are some pictures of Dong Wook and Da Hae appears on the screen and it was the very first time Jong Kook see the actor's face.

"he is quite good looking" Jong Kook tell his self about this. There is a clear envious from his tone. Suddenly he remember Ji Hyo who appear so gloomy at the last previous time he saw her. It makes him wonder.

"is this the reason why she looks like that?"

He turn off his tv and go outside his apartement. At first, he is hesitating for ringing her bell or not but finally he decide to do that. He was ringing her bell for multiple time but there's no answer from inside at all.

"maybe she is still driving" Jong Kook assumes. He lean on on his body to the wall, trying to get a comfortable position to waiting for her.

"won't it become so obvious that I'm waitung for her if I standing here, I better wait inside" he changes his mind and goes inside his apartemen again.

He keep monitoring the screen CCTV of his front door. Hoping that the girl will soon appear on the screen. He waits and wait until his patience is running out. He doesn't how many time he spend to wait for Ji Hyo to appear. He reach his limit. He glares at his watch and find that it was late in the night.

"what the hell is she doing right now? It's already 10 p.m" Jong Kook is really annoyed now, or father he is worry about her. He decide to go in order to looking for her.

Even at the parking area he still can't find her car. She is not arrived yet. He start to drive his car and decide to drive anywhere in searching of Song Ji Hyo. He knew it gonna be hard for him to find her if he drive around the Seoul. The city is not small and he also doesn't what is the place she may visit. He might spend the whole Time to finding her but he just doesn't care.

All that he cares is he want to see her and making sure that she is okay. The rain is already stoped when he is outside But the air feel so cold. It makes hi worry even more, what if she catch a cold? He keep diving around and can feel relieve when he finally find her.

She is drinking at the corner store. Jong Kook rushly exit his car and walk faslty toward Ji Hyo. He park his car beside Ji Hyo's car.

"Ji Hyo-ah, why are you did not going home yet?" Jong Kook ask her and sitting infront of the drunk girl.

"oh... Kim Jong Kook, Jong Kook ahjussi, why are you here?" the girl ask him in a drunk voice. Her cloth and hair is still wet because of the rain.
