Chapter 2 The Med

"Come back here young lady" She said before I could even take two steps away.

"Mum I am late I need to hurry up" I said trying to ingnore her.

"You need to take your Med before going" she remind me making me to squeeze my face in a frown I hate taking that Med and I don't know why mom always force me to take it everyday even if I pretend to forget taking she is always here to remind me.

"Mom I am late already do I have to take it?" I asked with a frown walking back to her.

"Yes you have to take it for your health" she mumble as she walk inside the kitchen and she came back with a green substance which was inside a glass cup.

"Mum you know I hate it why do you always force me to take this shit" I mumbled squeezing my face in disgust.

"It for your own good this is the only way to keep you healthy" I have been living all my life taking this med since I was a little girl. She started feeding me with it as I close my eyes in disgust I hate this med so much I don't really know what it is made of but I know it is made by my mom she is a scientist.

"Mum I am okay" I withdraw my mouth from the cup as my mouth curved into a frown.

"No you have to finish this" she said and forced it back into my mouth. When it comes to me taking the med my mom always make sure she force me into taking it all and she always won.

"Good girl" she threw me a sweet smile after I was done drinking all the content.

"Mum I hate this shit and it very sour with a bad smell" I complained bitterly.

"Yes I know you hate it but don't worry I have find a better way to make it easy for you so won't stop taking it" she use her thumb to play with my cheeks as she find her way back towards what she was doing.

"But mom to be serious when will I have to stop taking this? Or will I live the rest of my life based on drugs?"

I saw my mom pause for awhile as silent descend on the both of us "No my princess you won't have to take it forever once you are better then you can stop taking it" she walk towards the sink washing the dirty dish on it. Okay this is the time she always act busy whenever I am complaing about the stupid drugs she always force me to take every morning.

"But mom I am okay now I am feeling better" I turn around trying to make her understand my point.

"Aria please can we not argue about this now? it too early" my mom cut me off.

"Fine, I am off to school" I yelled rushing out of the house I am already late I don't have enough time to lay my complain down maybe next time.

"Aria won't you eat before going....."

I have already rush out of the kitchen before she realized that I am no longer inside with her.

Immediately I ran out of the house my driver is already outside waiting for me. My parents her rich giving me the best life I deserve my dad who is a doctor is not always around he usually comes back home during weekends so I spend most of my time with my mum who was a scientist although she is not always around too but she spend much time with me than my dad.

After driving for few minutes I saw Alicia at the road side waiting for me my driver stop while she hop inside the car she always wait for me at this junction so we can go to school together.

"Why are you late today? I think you need flogging from Mr Frank" she said seating on the seat next to me.

"For the first time Alice I was having a good dream not those scaring one's so I don't want to wake up" I said smiling at myself as I remember the dream my heart beat racing heavily like it happened in reality. Well, how I wish it real.

"Really?" Alice turn facing me. "For the first time, Aria, for the first time you are having a nice dream" she said in disbelief because most of the dreams I told her about is either I am being chased or I was being tied up.

"I wish I can be having such sweet dream everyday" I smiled to myself.

"Then you will be coming to school late everyday because you wouldn't want to wake up" she tease giving me a deadly stare. "So what is the dream all about?"

"I am not telling you" I mumble because I know she will laughed at me it all about love and Alice never believe there is true love because of the heart break she have passed through from the guy she truly loved well that is a story for another day.

"Why won't you tell me? We never keep things away from each other" She asked giving me a frowning face.

"It nothing serious but I am just happy that there is someone out there that loved me and he is waiting for me" I said looking through the window a smile on my face as the morning breeze touch my skin.

"So you still believe in love Aria, after everything that happened to me few months ago you haven't learnt from my own mistake?" she speak to me as if she was talking to her daughter.

"It because you haven't met the right person" I whisper turning to her direction.

"Okay now tell me the full details, and I hate the way you are blushing like it real" she hissed.

I am not ready to tell her this I know Alice too well she will laugh at me. How will I tell her that I am inlove with a male voice from my dream someone I haven't met before or even seen his face I know it sounds weird and it hard for me I can't hide things from her we have been friends for the past five years

"Okay fine I will tell you" I mumble giving up Finally I can't let her kill me with her eyes. "In my dream I saw a very....."

"Miss Aria we are here" I heard the voice of the driver interupting me. We were both busy talking that we didn't realize we are already inside the school compound. Alice was looking very angry for the interruption while I was very happy about it within me, at least he have saved me from Alice mockery for now because I know Alice too well she will still remind me about this topic she won't let it slide.

We both came down from the car and I could see that disappointing look on her face she hate hearing half story.

"Hey, Alice over there" I yelled pointing at the Math teacher Mr Frank who was heading to our class then I remembered his number one rule he must not enter the class room before any student else you will receive punishment. Without warning I and Alice quickly pick to our hells and ran inside our class room before him.

After a long period with the Math teacher I checked my timetable and realized I was having different lecture with Alice so we went our separate ways.

Few minutes later the lecture was over I came out of the class and was waiting for Alice so we can go to the school canteen together since it time for break. I Haven't waited for long when I saw her coming out of her class she was looking around in search of me because she knew I will definitely be outside somewhere waiting for her.

"Hey, Alice" I called waving my hand at her running towards her direction when sundelly I found myself hitting someone, no he just hit me so hard making all my books to came falling on the floor I raise my head up and I realized it was Andy the school most handsome guy which every girl has a crush on.

"Hey, watch it dude" he yelled giving me a deadly glare.

Oh God this is not how I planned my day today

"No you should watch it" I fired back if he really thinks he is almighty and can treat everyone like a trash then he should count me out of that list because I won't let him talk back at me rudely. I am not one of those girls that followed him about like flies.
