I alighted from my car and went to take dan from the front passenger seat. I picked him up from school as pledged. I strolled into my living room with Dan in my arm.

On getting inside I was so stunned to see Emma or whatever her name is.

I hate this lady with passion. I don't hate people but when I hate, I hate from the depth of my heart.

Like seriously I dispersed her sight. If not for this foolish woman. What could an idiot like her be doing with her filthy legs in my house?

I can imagine that. She's not even beautiful thank goodness for her complexion. Even the South African girl among us in school back then was way better than her.

I wonder why Leo was attracted to such a fool. If I am bereft of girls I would still not date this disgusting being.

She inflicted that stupid Evan. I can't even accept her If she applies for a cleaner.

I was so lost in my thought. I will have asked her to leave my house, but what could I have done when she was invited there by her fool mate.

"Dad, drop me"Dan jolt me out of my thought.

"Auntie" My little boy ran towards her. Emma opened her arm on seeing him.

My goodness, how could he be so intimate with this devil woman? I just wish they don't inflict this devil act on him. But to my greatest surprise, he change his direction and run to Clara who was standing at a corner.

"When you know you are a coronavirus patient why don't you go and get yourself treated and stop behaving like an illiterate," I said and walked past them heading towards the staircase.

"Dad, what's she doing here. I hate her"Dan shouted.

"Only Evan can tell" I paused and stare at her.

"She is the only one who keeps animals as friends," I said with a smirk.

They both fumes. Who cares. "She's not choosy at all. I would rather keep the dog as a pet instead of a peacock. She has long necks. I hate her."He said irritatedly.

I couldn't believe I had already started laughing. Clara also joins in the laughter. She didn't even attempt to leave.

I look at the table. What the heck! how dare they touch the expensive beers that I purposely bought only for important people? Well, let her enjoy.

"Emma, I must say you enjoyed this beer. Am very sure your yearly salary can't buy this. Well, feel at home. But don't be too relaxed because this is not a home for intruders like you "I gave her a deadly glare and go towards the staircase.

I stood halfway and look at them. Clara was busy laughing silently.

"Come to my room," Evan said and they both stood up. I nodded my head in pity.

I can't allow her to frustrate me. We gat to frustrate each other. Clara gives me a thumb up.

Naughty girl, the relation with her is more than a maid. I would rather make someone like her a wife than that disgusting fool.

That makes me remember my anonymous lady. There's something special I haven't understood. It's been a very long I have been receiving her letters but each time I wanted to reply something happens.

"Dason, Please I want to have some sleep don't wake me up. I will do the house chores later" I yawn out of my sleep.

I opened my eyes and I realized Dason wasn't there. Flashes of what happened yesterday came knocking in my head.

I slept beside the bed.

"Good morning Jasmine. Get up from that place and get ready. Your husband-to-be has called me, he said his driver and guards are on their way. And also the house would be demolished today. I am so lucky to have you, my girl. I will be waiting for you"My greedy Uncle said standing by the door.

I didn't budge, as I gaze at him with so much hatred. "Make sure you are done soon" He turned and left.

I shouldn't have stood up but can't sit here all my life I won't be able to see my brother. I gather some courage and went to take my bath.

Khalid walked into his office and went straight to his inner room in his office.

His office was a big one. That he has a room where he can relax or even eat and dine with anyone he likes.

"A lot of work is on my table. Leo already completed his part"Khalid murmured. His face shows he wasn't happy and was well disturbed.

He got a call that very morning that they needed him to come for a shot. Which he rejects telling them why would they just be informing him.

He makes them understand he's an impromptu man and has a lot of work to deal with.

But they pleaded with him to do it for them, as the person who was expected to do it has an issue and was just informing them.

They need someone and couldn't think of anyone older than him. They promised to double his money. But he makes them understand he's not a man who is entitled to only money.

He told them he would be coming and told them they would only pay the amount they wanted to offer the person who was supposed to do it.

This is the thought going on in his head. He looks stressed out. He picked up his table phone and dial the secretary's number.

"Don't allow anyone in till further notice. You can only allow Manager Leo in. I have a lot of work on my table and I won't like it if was disturbed"Khalid Instructed. He further added.

"Anyone who wants to see me should be directed to Leo. Please I beg of you".

"Okay sir, I will do just that"The secretary replies from the other end. I head to my table and found a letter.

A document was on it, I think It was used to hold it to prevent to blown by the breeze.

"Must this be my monthly letter" He couldn't wait to read what was inside?

He eagerly unwrapped it, and slip through the heading. "Loving you is no less"He read the title.
