Rita's POV

Emerald I called tapping her

Uhmm,she mumbled but didn't wakeup

Isssh what sort of girl is this,why does she love sleep so much I said as I looked at her

Ouch,she winced and opened her eyes as I slapped her Hand

Why did u slap me she asked while rubbing her hand

Because u weren't waking up,cmon let's go and bath,we don't have much time left I said as she sluggishly dragged herself to the bathroom

I'm done dressing up and right now I'm waiting for em in her room to finish so we can go for service

Yes service,today's Sunday so protestants do go for service while Catholics do go for mass

Gosh emerald,aren't u done? I asked

I'm seriously not ready to encounter miss faith this morning I added

Don't worry we'll leave before she arrives here,we won't be among the defaulters she said laughing while I just shook my head I'm really not in the mood to laugh cause miss faith isn't someone to joke with

We walked outa the hostel,just when we crossed the gate we saw miss faith walking to the hostel in a hurry

When we got to her we greeted her and she responded tho she didn't look at us and I was thankful for that

Emerald POV

After service one of my friends whose name is Dora styled my hair including Rita's

Right now I'm in the class for night preps trying to study but this stupid head won't let me

It's aching me so bad

I dropped the book and decided to rest a little before continuing

Few minutes later someone touched my neck I raised my head and saw Ryan

Hey,what's wrong he asked with a worried expression

I'm fine I replied

You are fine?he scoff,u are literally burning up and u say you are fine he asked

I'm just having slight headache,it will pass I told him

Cmon em,this ain't slight,your body temperature is increasing he said still touching my forehead

Maybe its just the hair style but I'll be fine after resting I told him

Are u sure?he asked still not sounding convinced

I'm sure I replied and forced a smile

Alright,cmon he said trying to place my head on his thigh but I refused

Cmon Ryan u know I don't like it,I'll just keep it on the desk I told him

Ryan POV

Gosh em is so stubborn,I wonder when she will start sharing her problems with me

I've noticed she prefer keeping what's bothering her to herself reason being that she doesn't want to bother anyone with it

Aww,what a sweet and strong girl but I really wish that can change

I was still caressing her hair when tony entered the class and walled straight to emeralds desk

Hey dude Watsup he asked me

Cool I replied,what about u I asked him

He looked at emerald and asked what's wrong with her

She isn't feeling well I told him

Don't u think u should take her to the clinic? He asked

She prefers sleeping and that's what she's doing right now and hopefully she will be fine when she wakes up I told him

What's up with him anyway I said wondering why he suddenly started taking to em

Last night when I was walking to my room I overheard them saying something about plan but I didnt stop to listen to whatever they were saying since it's not my business

I stayed with emerald till it was time for her to go back to the hostel

Em?cmon it's time to go to the hostel I told her and then helped her up since she isn't stable yet

I wonder where Rita is and I didn't even see Cara in class I said while looking around for any of them as we found our way outside the class

Rita...I called as I spotted her at the and of the hallway

I tried signaling her to come but she don't seem to understand so I had to make em lean on the wall so I can go call Rita since I can't take her to the girls hostel myself

I went ahead and called her and by the time I can back I saw tony helping em towards us which I didn't like at all

Oh my...Rita said immediately she saw emerald,I'll make sure I loose her hair when we get to the hostel

Rita POV

I took emerald to the hostel,helped her with her bath and then put her to sleep
