Stacy opened the door**

Lawrence, where have you been, school closed long ago... She said

I didn't reply her , I just let her nag as always...

I ran upstairs to my mum's room, I saw her on the floor crying and feeling helpless....

I was out of the house already , I heard screams.....

I quickly went back inside, only to see my mum unconscious, in the pool of her own blood.....

I couldn't believe my eyes!!

I carried her in my arms.....

Stacy get the car key!!! I shouted

She was shocked to see mum in this bad state......

What happened to mum Lawrence!!!!

She asked almost in tears......

Quit asking me questions and get the car key.......

She quickly got the car keys.......

I put my mum inside the car and drove off.......

We got to the hospital and she was placed under ICU( intensive care unit)

I paced to and fro waiting patiently for the doctor to come out.....

I quickly called my dad!!!

He picked the call...

Lawrence why have you decided to call me ???

I ignored that silly question!!

Dad, mum is in the hospital, I said

What happened to her!!!

I Explained everything to him!!!

Oh don't worry about her, she'll be fine, the doctors would take good care of her....

What hospital is she in?? He asked!!

Holy family hospital... I replied.

My meeting's about to start, so I'll come see her later in the night...

I was shocked to what My father had said

Dad.. Please come now, mum is in a bad state......

He hung up the call.........

I wept bitterly like a small child!!!

I kept blaming my self

If only I stopped when she asked me to stop, she wouldn't be in this condition......

I cursed my self.......

I saw Stacy and Celine, running towards me.......

I was weak to speak, so I just pointed at the ICU ....

My twin sisters hugged me and cried on my shoulders........

The doctor finally came out......

Doctor is our mum going to be alright??? I asked

I thought of the worst.....

Due to the serious injury on her head .....the doctor began!!!

I heard my heart beating so fast!!!!!!

I went inside and saw my mum lying helplessly on the bed......
