Chapter 3

LIYA POV

I lay on my bed to take a little nap but I couldn't sleep as the word keep sticking into my ears.

"When you get home, ask aunt and uncle who Marcel Gonzalo is," I said aloud still summarizing what the cutie said.

"Where could he have known our family from to the extent of him asking me that kind of questions no one has ever asked me," I asked no one in particular.

The more I thought about it was the more I was getting confused about all this whole twist.

It's high time I go ask my parents about this I thought within myself and stood up from my bed helding to mom and dad to clear those doubts off my little mind.

"Should I even knock or just go in," I asked myself.

"Why don't you push the door wide open and go inside." my subconscious said?

"How many times in this freaking world will I tell you not to call me subconscious, I have a damn name but you are just so dumb not to know it."

"Did that little tiny thing in my mind just say that rude word to me? I asked myself scoffing so hard.

"Call me thing one more time and you won't believe what I will do to you."

I ignored everything inside of me and knocked on the door.

"Who is that?" mom asked

" Mom, it's me Liya can I come in?

"Yes darling you can come in." mom said and I opened the door and went in.

"Good day Momma And papa, I greeted them and sat down on the couch closer to me.

"We haven't even told you to sit that tiny ass of yours down and here you are already relaxed on the couch," Dad said and the both of them burst into laughter.

"Mom, you don't have to laugh because you are the lady who brought me to this world I took every single thing from you including the flat ass."

"Don't tell me those teasing are for me alone." mom asked and I burst into laughter.

"I won't let you talk to my lady that way in my presence," Dad said.

"Coming from someone who couldn't fight to save his own life."

"Hush, I guess this is for me," Dad said and I smiled.

"How was school today? , hope no one dares bully my baby?" Dad asked me.

"Did you know they won't dare bully me," I said doubting my own words because I face bullying every single day of my life?

"I know my baby won't allow anyone to bully her," Dad said and I gave him a fake reassuring smile.

"Dad, I came to meet both of you to ask you some questions that have been bothering me all this while."

"Go on my baby our ears are open to listening to what you want to say." Mom said smiling at me.

Okay, mom.

"Please mom I want the both of you to be sincere with me."

"Who is MARCEL GANZALO I asked them?

Every right question there's always a right answer to it."

"Baby, we are in no position to tell you that but when the time comes you will know every single thing you have been wanting to know," Dad said and I nodded my head.

"Okay, if you insist but I want to know dad."

"Don't worry baby, you will get to know when the time comes." dad said.

"I nodded my head and gave him a peck before leaving his room."

I went straight to the kitchen to get my meal, I am very hungry and tired at the same time.

"Coming from a little ass who doesn't know how to cook but loves eating." My crazy subconscious of mine teases me.

"Wait a little sec did this little thing inside of me just say this to me," I asked no one in particular.

"Call Me little thing one more time and watch me cut those long mouths of yours."

"I burst into laughter immediately after I heard those words."

"Allison who are you laughing with mom asked me from upstairs."

Is it that loud?

"Yes dear it's very loud and your dad and I thought you were chatting with a maid but we wanted to ask so we can confirm." mom said.

"Mom, I just remembered a funny incident that happened in school today I couldn't bear the urge to laugh that was why I laughed it loud," I said blaming myself for lying.

I have never lied to my parents and this is the first time I lied to them and it makes me feel kinda sad.

"O.M.G first time my baby laughed over what happened at school mom and dad said together screaming."

"Darling do you mind telling us what happened in school today." mom said running down from the stairs with dad following her.

These couples are something else.

*Mom never minds it's not a big deal." I said still smiling.

"And seems you don't wanna let mama and papa know about it."

"Or maybe I should just guess."

"Do you have your first kiss?"

"Mom!!!! I screamed.

"Yes, baby are you shy to tell momma about it mom asked arching one of her brows and shaking my head wondering where I got this hell of a parent's from.

"Mom I don't even have a boyfriend less to talk of having my first kiss."

"Oh baby so sad of you, so that means my baby is a lonely single ass." mom said teasing me

And I just smiled and went back to the kitchen while mom and dad sat down on the couch.

I took my food from the microwave and went to meet mom and dad.

I sat down and began eating my food.

I took a spoonful and moaned.

"Hmm, this tastes good but not as good as Mom's food," I said and mom chuckled.

"Dad can I ask you for a favor."

"Yes, Allison go on am all ears."

"Dad please I need a new bicycle."

"What happened to the first one I bought for you." dad asked.

"Dad, I don't want it again so I gave it to someone." I lied again.

"If you say so Allison but I will get you a new one while coming from work tomorrow so you will need to go in your car." dad said and I nodded my head without hesitation.

"Thank you, dad you are the best papa ever I said smiling like a lost puppy.

"You are welcome my little princess." dad said and I smiled.

"Am jealous, if your papa is the best how about me baby?" Mom said.

"And someone is jealous here, don't worry momma you are the best of the best," I said and she smiled.

"Oh baby am blushing, can't heart you less," she said smiling

I continued eating my meal when we heard a knock on the door.

I was about to go check who it was when mom told me not to bother myself.

"You don't have to bother yourself darling I will just go check it out myself." mom said and I nodded my head.

I was still eating my food when I heard mom say something that made me stop eating.

"Are you Allison's boyfriend, wow never believed my daughter had a boyfriend?

immediately I heard those words I ran out to check who the person was and found out it was the cutie who helped me with a ride.

Mom, not again I said slapping my head.
