Chapter 6 Honourship

Mahlon hugged Anastasia tightly in his arms as if his life depended on it. she felt comfortable in his arms, she felt home. Mahlon smirked when he felt Anastasia return his hug.

Mahlon let go of Anastasia and looked at her beautiful Pink lips everything about her was what he wanted. he had the urge to pin her down in the room but he kept wondering if Anastasia would approve of him. he wanted to know if she feels the same about him.

When his grandfather told him about marrying the daughter of the former president he became cold. he didn't understand why his grandfather choose the daughter of the former president. what was his grandfather hiding, he didn't think much about it and asked his assistant to look into it that's when he discovered it was the Lady he once had intercourse within his car.

Mahlon kept looking at Anastasia wondering why someone wanted to harm her, did she offend anyone or it was the president who has many enemies. Mahlon has heard of the former president's past deeds but he didn't pay much attention to them. He was interrupted when Anastasia asked to excuse herself. Mahlon sent a female bodyguard to escort Anastasia since she wasn't familiar with the place, she didn't refuse his offer.

She only pardoned herself to run away from Mahlon's gaze. what is he thinking about, she wondered.

She flushed some water on her face and made her way to the private room with the female bodyguard by her side.

She was almost at the door when she saw a man, he looked familiar. his smile was what made her notice him, he looked like he was in his late 50's she stared at him trying to recognize his face. at that moment a beautiful elegant Lady appeared by his side, Eden Blue the Queen of the city had a cheerful smile on her face as they made their way to Anastasia.

Dad," meet Anastasia Angel the daughter of Francis Angel the former president"

Aiden Blue sr nodded his head and responded"nice seeing you miss Angel."

"Your father is one of the best presidents we have had in the country and he is still admired by many." He said and Aiden blue's voice became dangerous when he mentioned Francis Angel.

he was glad no one noticed, he later excused himself.

"What are you doing here," Eden asked looking round to see her friends.

" How is that your business." She responded.

"Just wondering who has the guts to take someone who went missing for a year without anyone having a clue, if that's not enough she was rescued by unknown men" she spoke with a smirk on her face.

Anna groaned,

"you asshole." She said with a furious face.

Mahlon decided to show up at that time to prevent the ladies from tearing each other.

"Where have you been," Mahlon asked Anastasia.

She had her head down, she was embarrassed.

they just quarreled by the door.

she knew Mahlon had just come out to rescue her from what was becoming a bad day.

Eden ran into Mahlon's arms, "Mahlon I don't know what have done to her, she even called me names and started insulting me. you can ask the bodyguard she was present when all this was happening."

Mahlon held Eden in his arms but his eyes were on Anastasia who looked like she was surprised how Eden changed and acted wronged.

Liz has warned her countless times to stay away from her, "what Liz has been being saying is true she is a snake a very dangerous snake for that matter, " she murmured to herself.

she knew explaining might complicate things. she went into the private room got her handbag and left without saying a word to Mahlon or trying to explain herself.

Eden was pleased with Anastasia's reaction and decided to hold Mahlon tight.

Mahlon was not impressed with Edens's behavior at that moment but pushing her away was not part of his agenda.

Anastasia walked as fast as she could, she kept looking back hoping Mahlon followed her, but it wasn't like that he chose Eden she has always been by his side. and who was she, just a daughter of the most hated president ever? she can't be compared to Eden, Eden is beautiful, her Billboards are everywhere. as she was lost in her nostalgia a black Bentley was following her behind.

Suddenly a man hugged her from behind the smell of mint was evidence enough to know who it was. they stayed like that without talking to each other.

"My penthouse is a few minutes from here" Mahlon broke the silence

Anastasia just nodded her head in approval.

They made their way to the black Bentley.

Anastasia was surprised to find her friend Bruno was the one driving. she sent her friends a message.

"Might get laid tonight"

Her phone was full of messages from her two friends asking who it was but she gave them no reply.

Bruno pulled up at the penthouse and informed his boss.

"We have arrived Mr. Brown," he said.

Mahlon got out and opened the door for Anastasia.

Immediately they entered Mahlon got a bottle of wine opened it, offered her a glass. they set quietly without talking.

"I have something to tell you," Mahlon said

"Am listening" she replied.

The wine was starting to get to her, she looked at Mahlon and smiled. her smile was intoxicating to Mahlon.

"I have liked you since the first day I rescued you the in-that city," he said with a straight face.

Anastasia couldn't believe what she was hearing.was it the wine getting to her and messing up her head, is it truly Mahlon who saved her that day.

Mahlon got closer to her, he kissed her to see if she will approve of the kiss to his surprise she kissed him back.Mahlon lifted her from the chair and took her to his bedroom, he took off her shirt kissed her neck, Anastasia moaned her body had failed her at that time. Before she knew she was naked, Mahlon was looking straight into her eyes, he missed her, he missed her body. this is the first woman he slept with and she is the third woman he is doing it with. he went for her boobs kissed them, he could tell she was ready by the way she was moaning. , he couldn't believe she was there with him in his bed.
