Chapter 5 Tell me, how much do you want

Even if Lucy was a dull girl, she could tell that the man was taking her for fun.

She squinted, neither angry nor hasty, and proudly raised her chin to look at him. A sneer flitted over his lips. Austin just signed a check and gave it to her. "Feel free to fill the number."

Lucy took the pen and pressed the check on the desk resolutely, grinning her teeth as she wrote on it.

After that, she grasped it and patted it heavily on his chest. "Consider it a gift for you. You are welcome!"

Then she straightened her back and strode out of the door.

The thin check floated down leisurely, Austin caught it. There were two words written in bold type, "Fuck Off!!!"
