Chapter 3 I'll Take You Away

"Get away!" Cissy tried her best to sober herself. She knew she was in a bad situation and she would suffer losses if she kept staying here. So, she got up and intended to leave.

"Of course, you can leave as long as you drink up this bottle. And I won't stop you," the man said and swung the bottle before Cissy. After he whistled to others around, they echoed his suggestion.

"OK!" Cissy fetched the bottle in the man's hand. Her eyes were sleepy from drink. Men around her were breathless.

If she was sober, Cissy could strike them down. However, she was so drunk now.

Men around her were all staring at her eagerly.

When she was about to drink it up, a long big hand grasped her and stopped her from the next movement.

Those men were so scared when they saw him. "Travon Melman?" One of them swallowed saliva and shouted uncertainly.

Fire flashed in this man's gloomy eyes. He expressionlessly scanned the men around. They trembled with fear when their eyes met his.

Cissy didn't think of getting rid of his hand but just looked at the hand that was holding her with her sleepy eyes, like a baby doll. Because of this, Travon's coldness reduced.

"You can't drink it!" Travon said to Cissy gently. He was no longer as unapproachable as he had been just now.

"But I can't leave if I don't drink." Cissy looked at this man before her faintly. Her face was scrunched up in distress.

"I will take you away." This man's voice was rich and deep with a bit of raucity, sounding safe and solid.

It may be that the man's voice was so gentle that Cissy didn't resist at all but was pulled out of the bar by him.

Cissy staggered and almost fell several times. The man was holding her carefully all along.

"Boss, how to do with those guys?" respectfully asked Bill Chaine in black.

"Make them guzzle and tie them up." Travon kept walking and his eyes never left Cissy.

The man in black had worked for Travon for a long time. He knew Travon wanted to force them to drink the drugged wine, and then tie their hands up so that they could not address their physical needs.

Only his boss could think of such a perverse way to torture them.

Cissy was very alert usually. However, this time, because of alcohol, she believed a man she didn't know and left with him.

Once they went out of the bar, Cissy moved quickly forward. Travon followed her up but was thrown up all over.

The man in black was round-eyed, waiting for his boss to get furious. Travon was a bit mysophobic. It would piss him off when someone got a little too close, not to mention throwing up all over him.

Though the jaw of the man in black had dropped when he saw his boss saved the woman and held her hand, he was sure that he would fly into a rage.

The atmosphere did change, but the man just pinched his nose and took off his suit reluctantly. He had repressed the anger with a frown.

"Water!" Bill in black who was waiting for the fury had his jaw drop again. Wasn't he mysophobic, he wondered?
