Chapter 5 I Am Going to Beg Him Anyway

The skyscraper of the Brown Group was located in the economic development zone of Sea City. This building had always been a landmark of Sea City.

It was now August and the weather was very hot, and by the time she walked downstairs to the Brown Group, Cana was sweating profusely.

It was not only hot and tired, maybe it was more fear of the future.

This was an extended version of the business car, and the space in the car was spacious enough. But sitting beside him, Cana still felt that the air was full of oppression.

She wanted to shrink herself into a small ball, and she wanted the car to never reach its destination.

On the way, Cana secretly glanced at the man next to her.

His clothes were not as meticulous as they were this morning, and his suit jacket was casually placed on the car seat. The cuffs of a clean white shirt were rolled up, and the wheat-colored arms were vigorous and powerful.

His fingers were clean and slender, like those of a piano player, he skillfully tapped on the laptop keyboard.

Cana's eyes gradually moved up, because the sky outside was dark, and the afterglow of the setting sun painted his side profile in a perfect arc.

Probably because the mail had been processed, the man closed his laptop, leaned on the back of the chair, and breathed a soft sigh of relief. He pinched the acupuncture point on the bridge of his nose and relaxed briefly.

Cana did not have the habit of peeping, she was also very depressed, why she stared at Aaron for so long just now.

The car still drove to the Royal Water Bay, which they left this morning. This was a famous high-end apartment in Sea City. People lived here were some business celebrities or political elites.

The greening of the community was well done and it was near the mountain and by the river, however, Cana had no time to enjoy it at the moment.

Following Aaron, they came to his house on the 20th floor.

After entering the door, Aaron turned on the light, poured a glass of white water, and sat on the sofa.
