Camila's P.O.V

' Excuse me?' I asked wondering what he meant by that.

He looked sideways with a scoff and brought his gaze back to me.

' I see it runs in the family ' He said again.

' What do you mean by that ?' I asked as I glared at him.

' Y'all like benefiting from people's fortune ' He blurted out.

I suddenly became numb after hearing what he just said. I just stood looking at him unable to say or do a thing.

Like did he just say that to me?

Then he walked slowly towards me, until he was an inch away from me. He looked down at me with a smirk and said.

' Your family are a whole bunch of opportunists '

Immediately I heard that, my twelve year old mind couldn't take it.

' Hey don't you dare speak about my family like that ' I said sternly pointing a finger at him.

' Like you can do anything to me ' He said in a mocking tone.

Just then my dad called me from across the garden.

' Hey Camila, It's time to go home '

He was standing with uncle Fernando...

I just glared at the arrogant son of a bitch and walked towards my dad.

The idiot winked at me with a stupid smirk on his face.

I got to where my dad was and uncle Fernando said with a smile

' I see you're already getting along with Aleandro '

I furrowed my brows...puzzled

' Who is Aleandro?' I asked still puzzled.

' You've got to be kidding ' He said with chuckle.

' That kid you were with in the garden, is my son Aleandro ' He said again.

So the idiot's name is Aleandro...

Wait, He is uncle Fernando's son?! I thought with my eyes wide open.

' That boy is your son?' I asked just to be sure I heard him right.

' Yeah, I just said that ' He said with a chuckle.

I looked back at the boy, who was now sitting on the swing and operating his phone. I brought my gaze back to uncle Fernando and I suddenly saw the resemblance between them.

My dad was just looking at me in amusement...

' So did you both have fun?' uncle Fernando asked.

' You wish...' I mumbled under my breath.

' What did you say?' He asked.

' Your son is an arrogant dude ' That was what I wanted to say but instead I said

' we had a lot of fun '

' Hmmm...I'm surprised, Aleandro has always been a rude jerk, how come you're both getting along ' He said with his eyes on his son.

Oh! So you know how arrogant your son is...I wanted to say but I slammed my mouth tight.

' Maybe it's because you and I are friends, so he had no choice to become friends with her ' my dad chipped in with a chuckle and uncle Fernando also laughed.

Yeah, yeah... You're right ' uncle Fernando agreed between laughs.

I suddenly got pissed off, if only my dad knew what the Aleandro guy said, he wouldn't be here laughing his ass out.

' Dad I think we should get going ' I said trying to control my anger.

' Oh I almost forgot ' My dad said as he stopped laughing.

' Fernando we would get going now ' He said.

' Okay, let me walk you to your car ' uncle Fernando said.

As we walked away from the garden, I suddenly looked back and caught Aleandro staring at me. Our eyes locked for a moment then I quickly took my gaze away from him.

I swear I felt butterflies in my stomach.
