EMMANUEL POV

I opened my eyes to see things getting blurry, I heard my name being called and I looked in the direction and I saw a girl but couldn't see the face, I closed them again for some seconds and reopened them, I saw lily smiling and I also saw James who looks fine and also I saw Luke who was laughing, I sat up and I groaned, it was like all my energy was extracted from me, I saw how James smiled and I went to him.

" Am sorry dude, I won't or never do that, it was.."

"I get it, bro, I understand," he said, and the Luke who couldn't stop laughing talked.

" So you should not forget, James is the fastest speedster here so for You to catch him, he knows it's not you, don't you see the way he was begging," he said and James gave him a deadly glare as he tried to laugh less but ended up laughing loud.

" I can't remember," I said and they all looked at me.

"Yes you can't," Lily said and she sat on the bed while James also sit.

" He was saying mara pls I am begging, then bang," he said as James who speed past him and off his trouser and we laughed, he shut up and went to the bathroom, I couldn't stop laughing at their craziness and I shut up.

"Guys we are Friends so I have a Secret I wanna tell you," I said and they all listened even Luke rushed to me immediately.

" Okay this is not the real me," I said and they looked at me like I was a dead human who fell from the moon and was raised from the dead and they burst laughing their ass out.

I didn't let them finish as I removed the facial mask I put on and they all gasped, yes I once said I got a secret, my mom said if I was seen in the open those who are looking for us will get them through me so, I was giving a facial mask to put on, that why I said, people said I look cute but I don't think so because it's not my real face, this is it.

" Is this your real face?" Luke asked as spit was dripping from his mouth, I took the handkerchief from my drawer and gave it to him, he took it and started perceiving it like I was one kind of a model.

" Are u a Demigod or a Greek god or an angel or a devil?" lily asked and I opened my mouth and she came to me.

" U look handsome, even more than handsome, David is nowhere close to you," she said and I smiled.

" You got red hair, did u dye it or.." James asked who has been silent since the time I told him.

" No it's natural," I said and they gasped again.

" Wow a hazel orbs and diamond square face," lily said touching me and I put on my facial mask and it was like I closed the window, they all changed their expression.

"You should keep the face open," Luke said and I nodded negatively.

"My parents will be in danger if I do so, mom said, I said and they all made an "oh"

"I wanted to tell u about, Mrs sherry, but you were asleep, and am sure once people see your face, they will react rapidly and boys become gay, girls will rush you, even that crazy ma.." I held his mouth before he could finish it." Am still angry and waiting for payback so?" I said and they laughed.

"You are no match for her, She will kill you, in one stroke," James said and they laughed again, then we went to class.

PRINCIPAL OFFICE

SILENT BROTHERS LOUNGE

" David, the seer is here, Jake said, I looked at Mr. Andrew, who nodded, I called the seer in and he entered

"My lord, I came for something important," he said and I smiled, my name is David Petersburg, the most fearful and strongest in this citadel everyone fears me because of my power history hold that red-eye is the strongest, because of that am working towards it, am just like the red-eye So that, they so call me Lord, everyone does including the principal, that's the rate of my power. am nineteen years, I love to bully the weak, they shouldn't have the power but since they do I love bulling them, and I have a very great crush on Mara, since the first day she came, she was cold and distanced, she always mind her business but in her is a great goddess, very strong and fast with her magic, I am tired of Flary so I wanna move to Mara and date her for life.

" So what is it," I asked and he bowed again.

" The Amazon is here," he said and I sat up immediately, even my friends were surprised and happy even I too am happy, the principal sat quick hearing what the seer said.

" So??" Feeling positive but to my dismay

"I couldn't see him clearly but he is not you, he opened his real self and closed it again," he said and I slumped Into the chair and I felt angry, who could be the red-eye, I will kill him and take his power...

" So what should we do," I asked and he bowed.

" We should find him before Daniel does," he said and I looked at my friends and they know what I was talking about.

" Thanks, Adam, you can go," the principal said and he bowed and left.

" So??" Andrew asked and I sighed.

"I will find out who he is," I said and he looked unsatisfied with my answer.

" And??" I smiled and he smiled.

"Nothing just make him know," I said smiling and he frowned.

"I can read your mind, it's like an open book, that the only part you don't have, you must not do it else you die," he said and I scoffed.

"I can kill him before getting his power," I said and Andrew sat resting...

"Your Choice," he said and I stood up and left.

I went to class to receive a lecture, my mind chooses to attend Normal class and I answered, on my way, I saw Mara and her friends, she also didn't go to her special class but Normal class, I got to her to start a conversation but she snubbed me, I know she is the only one who acts differently but still I will get her.

We got to class and everyone screamed, bowing and praising us. I walked through the crowds as they all bowed except a guy, he was looking at me and his friend pinched him and he bowed, I frowned but Mara laughed shortly, that Swift my head to her and everyone saw her, she laughed because of me or what...

I sat down and the rest also did, we had a lot of classes, but presently we were free, I heard when the cold Dem was talking to Mara

"So what's wrong," she asked and I swear her voice is beautiful, it's making me go crazy, day by day.

" Everything is wrong, first you let us come here and secondly you laughed because of David and now you are looking at that weak mundane.

" First, you were from this class, secondly I didn't laugh because of that jerk, I laughed because of the guy I was looking at, he is so different, and third, yes am looking at him because he is the only guy that is not looking at me," she said in anger and I was shocked, this guy is so dead...

MARA POV

I came to class and as usual, boys always drool, they always fall for my beauty because am unique.

Am a Mara freshman, am the only daughter of my mom, dad was dead when I was born, I came from the water goddess world, my dad died through the war going on which killed almost everyone, so I was the last powerful water bender I should say but that's not all, I also have a mind control power which I can do from the far range as I did to the mundane, also not only that I can see and hear things from afar, only I have to focus and boom, I will hear and see what they are doing, am a water goddess, last and forever beside that made me beautiful, then boys don't let me rest including David and I know Dem have a crush on me but I like him like a friend, if he should understand, cos his questions this day holds jealousy. All guys have seen, that mundane is different, he is super cute with his real face, not the fake one, I have to admit though have not said it for anyone since I was born but he is cuter than everyone have known and second, he didn't even look my side, he looked at me once and that's all, he Is strange then the bell rang and our tag watch blinked, it says to go to the Magic room

EMMANUEL POV

We got to the power room, it was a beautiful sight to behold, we got there and I was Marveled with the building, am sure it will spend a lot of money and resources on it.

Then a man came, he looked huge and built, he would have worked out cos those muscles and power are Great.

" Okay student has you all know me, am Derek so am to test you guys, cos we heard the red-eye is here but we don't know who," he said and everyone began to murmur, my friends looked at me and I was wondering why.

He started calling them one after the other and he called a girl.

" Your power," he asked and she answered." I can make a trance," she did make a trance like we were on an edge of a volcano, I was almost In it that who was standing still.

"It's not dude," he said and they placed a thing on her and she left.

He called a boy who came and transformed to a rocky man, he called another one who brought about stars, he called another boy who glowed, he could blind eyes that stares at him.

He called everyone as they watched, it remains me and he told me to come forward.

"Hey kid what's your power," he asked and I looked at him wondering what he was saying.

"I asked what is your power," he asked again and I shook my head negatively.

" I don't have any," I said slowly and they laughed except my friends and the pretty girl who they call Mara.

" He pressed a button and a robot hand came from nowhere and punched me in the tummy, I groaned still feeling pain when he released a car, I bent immediately when he pressed another and another and another as he shouted which sent me flying.

" You Mundane what are u doing here" he yelled and I closed my ear, the necklace my mom gave me fell, the man stare at it and looked at me, he took it and stared at it again.

" Who gave you this," he asked and I took it from him.

" My mom," I said and he frowned

" Duplicate," he said and I frowned, the bell ringed for lunchtime and we rushed to the cafeteria, I ordered a burger and cheese cake, James took the same as mine, lily ordered ice cream and sandwiches, Luke ordered Indomie and fries with a smoothie.

We sat facing each other and we were eating, we were engrossed in what we were talking about until I heard a voice from inner me.

"Duck Emmanuel," it says, I did and I saw a fireball past through me and blasted the fearful guy.

" Ohh no it's worst, let's go" James said but he couldn't stand up, even my friends, everyone didn't move as David stood up watching me with complete hatred, he raised a table and threw it at me, I dodged it and he took a fireball, he threw it at me also, I dodge and the Mara girl smiled and that got David angry and i saw my self floating as he blasted me with something blue, I flew and landed on a guy who blasted me also with a purple stuff, I fell hard on the floor groaning, I just hope I don't faint so as not to wake looking blurry, then he took me and punched me in my tummy, it's even more painful than the robot own, he took me up and threw me away as his friend used air to control me and the other blasted me with fire, I was flying to a place to crash but flew backward when a girl blasted me with ice, I landed on Mara table as everything poured and the table broke but still the food touched no one, she looked at with pity as the idiot came but she looked at him and he left not without giving me a deadly glares, she stood up and left as my friends rushed to me.

"G..g.guy, m..my back, I c..can't feel my leg," I said and darkness took over.
