Chapter 4 MYSTERIOUS MEN

Laura walked gracefully to a beautiful building seen in the front ,as she came out of her car.

"Ma'am" a guard stop her and she removed her sunglasses by raising her hand up .

after been search by a female guards she was led in and her bag was handed to her.

"You can sit here ma'am, he will join you soon" A maid said as she bowed and left the living room.

Laura sat down with her leg crossed, looking around.

" Sorry to keep you waiting" A man with deep voice came from behind and she smiled back after turning her head.

" Good morning Mr Collins" Laura greeted as she stood up shaking the hand of the short beard man.

" You know you are always beautiful,and I still wonder how you use rob the tomb" The man licking his lip still not releasing her hand.

" Mr Collins shall we talk about the business please" She ask smiling showing her killer smile.

" oh yes sure, sure, have your seat" he said and he also sat down.

" Tell me you brought my jade" Mr Collins said smiling .

" well it not yours yet ,it is mine ,so my money and your jade" She smiled again.

" Sure ,I will do that , your details" the Man ask and she gave it to him.

After some minutes of confirming the payment she bring a small box and then opened it for him to see, then she stand up.

" It nice having business with you ,hope you count on us for more " She said putting on her sunglass back, then move out of the living room then the compound.

As soon as she left ,Mr Collins took his phone and dialed a number,he used the other hand to closed the box, taking it in his room.

" Good day Master" He greeted.

" What is it" The voice of the other side of the phone sound impatient.

" We have got the ancient jade" Mr Collins said nearly fidgeting.

" Good ,bring it over in the day" He said and end the call.

In a dark room, stood a man his back was facing the door.

" Master, Mr Collins has sent the jade ,here it is" A man said as he bowed down then walk out.

The man return back to his seat and opened the small box the jade in it shined nearly blinding its eyes revealing his awful face .

His face was half burnt.

"ahhaahhhhhhahhhhaahhh" He laughed out.

" Soon I will file the world, Soon my face will be restored,Elisa are you seeing me, my hands are getting on the power you hide from me just you wait till you see how powerful I will be" He smirk remembering some things.

He stood up and took the Jade then move to a shelves place with books, he pushed one of the books back and the shelf was split into two.

He walk through the door and then the door closed back returning back to shelves.

He walk further and then he came across a small door ,he opened it and it reveal a ancient diamond ring floating in the middle of an alter.

" Yes soon the power hidden will be mine he said and drop the Emerald Jade in the alter and it also float beside the diamond ring.

He walked out of the room and return to his office then took his phone calling someone

He smirked hard has he rested on his chair with slight happiness written on his cold face .

" I keep dreaming of it and I don't understand great witch" Laura said ruffling her hair.

" Stay calm" The witch said .

" I can't ,I cant sleep peacefully" she almost yelled at her

The witch glared at her and she shut her mouth up.

" Sorry" She muttered.

" it alright" The witch replied mixing some portions together.

" please just give me some answers " She begged in faustration.

" I told you once that there is a hidden power in you but you never accept that ,and also you once has live this earth once " She said still mixing her portions.

" Oh God ,in this era who would believe that " Laura hissed.

" I think Ralph is right about you, you can't help me I should stop coming here" She said in anger taking her bag ready to move out.

" That guy of yours ,be wary of him, that all good bye darling ,your dream would soon be revealed to you,then you will come back to me take care of your self, my mission with you is not yet ended ,till then you will meet me here" The witch said and turn her head towards her and smile.

" Gosh, I think I really regret myself for coming here " She muttered dragging herself out of her cottage.

she threw her bag beside the seat and start hitting her head lowly on the steering.

Her long smooth black hair fall as she hit her head trying to clear all her mind.

" What is that thing that kill my parent" She ask herself as she remembered something she can't put her hands on .

" Oh my God am going crazy" She yelled to her self ruffling her hair.

she breathed in and out before she start the car going to her home.

The witch smiled and then frowned immediately she noticed a presence in her room.

" What is it you want" She ask still not turning around as she continue with what she is doing.

" I thought I warn you once to banned her from coming here" The voice behind her boom that make the cat sitting in one corner of the room ran in fear.

" Stop yelling in my cottage" she said unmoved by the voice, she stopped mixing and turn to face the mask guy in comfortable on her chair.

Since you have invited yourself,make your self comfortable" she said non challantly as she stood up

" I think you want to go me to go hard on you" The voice came again halting the witch from going further.
