Chapter 2 Arrogant As Hell

" Jesus!! This is hot cake Tara,,really hot cake " Kristen shouted

" Cake?? Is it chocolate cake?? Please give me " Tara said walking out of the room,she's ready for her office already

Kristen hissed

" Who's talking about cake? Am talking about money Tara,,money " Kristen said still focused on her phone.

" Okay,where is the money?"

" Check this out " she handed over her phone to Tara and she gasped

" Nicholas Bill's daughter want a nanny?? " Tara asked

" Check the payment Tara " Kristen said and Tara shouted

" What the heck,is this even real? $50,000 for a nanny?that's crazy!!" Tara said

" I don't care,,am going for the interview. Getting dressed now " Kristen stood up

" Do you even know his mansion,where are you going?? " Tara asked

" Am sure most of the Cab drivers are gonna know where he lives,,I must get this job Tara,can't miss it "

" What about your qualifications?? You're gonna throw it away like that? For a nanny job?? " Tara asked

" Those companies have been rejecting me,,on what?? $2000,,now tell me. What the hell is qualifications beside $50,000 ?? Come on,," Kristen groaned

" I've not even gotten the job yet,,don't worry about me. I got this " Kristen smiled and ran in

Tara rolled her eyes before going out of the house.

Kristen immediately got dressed and rushed out of the house,,lucky for her she got a taxi

" Bill's mansion " She said

" Why is everyone going there,, is he getting married or something?? " the driver asked

" Nope,," Kristen replied shortly

Kristen almost gasped when the security opened the gate for her,,the compound was almost filled up even though it's so large.

" There is no hope " She murmured with a sigh

She had to join the line, this is crazy.

More than ten people have been coming out with a sad look,,

" I can't believe it,,the kid is the one doing the interview " One of them said and Kristen chuckled even though she shouldn't

" The kid is the one doing the interview " Another one asked with a fallen face

" Gosh I wanted to meet Nicholas so badly,, am not here for the job " Another one hissed

Okay now it's obvious most of the ladies are here because of Nicholas,not the kid.

" That kid is so rude,can't Believe she said am putting on rags " A lady complained as she walked out

" What do you expect from a billionaire's only child? Of course she's gonna be rude " Another one replied

Kristen scoffed,,the kid is actually right. How can she put on such revealing cloth to an interview?

Obviously thinking Nicholas will be there, bad for her.

After few minutes, and everyone failing the interview,it was finally Kristen's turn.

" You can come in " The guard said to Kristen.

She breath out and arranged her hair properly before going in,,the moment she got in,she was surprised to see the kid sitting,,,

' this is crazy ' Kristen thought

" your hair is too long,,can you please do something about it?" Jenna said and crossed her arm

The maid behind her shook her head but Kristen only smiled and packed her hair with a pin.

" Your name " Jenna asked

" Age "

Kristen almost scoffed

" 22 "

" Finally!!! She's 22,,,and can speak good English " Jenna rolled her eyes

" So??" Kristen asked

" Let others leave,,I think I can manage her. ". Jenna smiled

' What? Manage me?' Kristen thought inwardly

This kid is really rude, but who cares?? We are talking about money

The maid went out and Jenna got down from the chair,,

" You should wait for daddy to come back so I can show him I've gotten someone " She said with a wide smile

" When will he be back??" Kristen asked

" I don't know " She snapped

" Oh " Kristen bite her lips and touched her hair

She have never tried a ponytail,, but she's doing it now. Just because this kid doesn't like long hair,, what is she saying?? The kid's hair is long!!

Kristen was almost sleeping when a soft hand tapped her,,

" daddy is back,, you need to meet him now. I will take you there " Jenna said with a smile

Kristen nodded nervously and stood up,,Jenna hold her hand.

' Trying to act nice' Kristen thought and rolled her eyes

They climbed the stairs together,,,

" Do you want me to carry you Jenna??" Kristen asked

" Am not a kid,am five " She snapped

" Just wanted to help,, that's harsh " Kristen said

" What?? Harsh??" Jenna stopped and faced her standing in akimbo

Kristen raised her brow,what is the kid up to??

" You're not Even my nanny yet " she scoffed and continue moving

Kristen shook her head,it's going to be hard more than she imagined. After walking for few minutes,They finally stopped in front of a door.

" This is daddy's room,," Jenna whispered to Kristen and she nodded

" Daddy,she's here " Jenna said knocking the door.

Almost immediately the door opened,,Kristen shouldn't be shocked but she was. The young man in front of her look even more handsome in real life than on TV.

" You're the nanny??" Nicholas asked

" She's not a nanny yet daddy,,,you haven't even approved it " Jenna said

Nicholas smiled and touched her hair,

" Okay,you can go now. I will get back to you " He said and kissed her cheeks

Jenna walked away

Nicholas locked the door and crossed his arms.

" so,,,what's your name??" He asked

Kristen sighed,, another round of interview

" Kristen " She replied

" Married or not "

" Not " She replied

" As you can see,,,she's kind of,,,,too good. Are you sure you can take care of her?? She must be satisfied with everything " Nicholas said and She nodded

" I promise to take care of her sir " She said with her cute gummy smile

" Good,,,you can start tomorrow. " He said

" Thank you si,,,,," Before she could finish her statement,he already went in.
