Chapter 2 Xiaolong

Not long after Qiyue came out, Xiaolong finally opened her eyes slowly and woke up from her long sleep.

Still in the form of a female dragon child and has not changed to human form.

Xiaolong looked around her, everything was ice!

Xiaolong sat down and looked under her ice bed, it was very tall. "How do I get down?" she said in her heart.

There was no one here, so Xiaolong tried to lower her short legs.

Then Xiaolong walked to the edge of her ice bed and took steps to get ready to jump. Hupp... Her leg wobbled and she fell lying down!

Xiaolong tried to stand up and walked towards the door, then she casually opened the ice door, and... nothing happened. The door didn't move and didn't move one bit!

Xiaolong's eyes widened at the door then she looked around once again, there it is.. the window... ! Cool ... the window is wide open!

Xiaolong walked towards the window.

Xiaolong despaired and sat him on the floor, how else would I find a way to open the door or climb up the window.

"How do I get to the table?" she thought as she stared at the table.

She looked once more at the food on the table, then turned and left. She walked unsteadily out of the pavilion and into the bushes, looking for something inside.

Ahaa ... this is also delicious, berry... I like this.. then she sits in the bush and eats.

Xiaolong ate without paying attention to her surroundings! She was busy with the berries in her tiny hands.

Someone looked at her from behind, because she was too happy to see her little sister who had just woken up, Yubao called out to her with a shout and there was anger in Xiaolong's eyes.

"Xiaolong....!! are you awake????"

"Master.. master Qiyue, Xiaolong is awake!!!"

"Master... quickly come here.. get out...!!" Yubao shouted.

Xiaolong was shocked and scared and trembled to see Yubao because she thought Yubao was angry she took the berry. Instantly the berries fell.

"Plugg..!!"

Qiyue ran out in a hurry and found Xiaolong's face smudged and trembling. Xiaolong thought they were angry with her for stealing the berries in the bush in front of the pavilion house, so she stood up and ran straight away without looking back.

Xiaolong ran towards the front of the ravine in front of him screaming hysterically, "Aa, I'm sorry, sorry! I didn't steal! Don't chase me!"

"Help! help ... !!!" she shouted in a frenzy as she continued to run as fast as she could.

Due to her short legs, Xiaolong ran and stumbled a few times and rolled and slid rapidly towards the ravine.

Qiyue and the others didn't expect Xiaolong to run to avoid them and without a second thought, they immediately chased after Xiaolong who had already reached the brink.

The dragon's body hit a rock and was thrown into the abyss, Qiyue with his magic restrained Xiaolong's body, who was surprised because it was sliding quickly down the abyss, immediately transformed into a human child with a very beautiful and petite face.

As soon as Qiyue lifted his dragon cub, they were stunned by Xiaolong's sudden change.

The frightened Xiaolong tried to thrash around because she didn't know her master, Qiyue, and the other sisters.

Still shaking she said, "I'm sorry, I didn't steal, I was just hungry, I took a berry."

Since Xiaolong was still a baby dragon so she said it all while sobbing. Yubao and Xiefeng couldn't help but laugh, because Xiaolong was so cute, they were amused by her. Then they approached her and scrambled to carry her.

Suddenly a loud and angry tone sounded, "Release my dragon!!" Qiyue exclaimed angrily.

Yubao and Xiefeng were shocked to see master Qiyue angry because of their actions. Usually, master Qiyue is always friendly and calm never makes a loud noise.

"Haha.. never mind Qiyue, they are too happy that her sister is awake," Lanying said.

Qiyue just sighed, then walked over to his daughter dragon. Xiaolong was scared and shuffled away sitting by the large rock beside her. She did not know her master because when she woke up from her incubation, he was not by her side.

Qiyue understood, since Xiaolong had just woken up, he was careful to approach the dragon cub. He knew Xiaolong was just not used to seeing him and his heart regretted that when Xiaolong woke up he wasn't by her side.

Then he was annoyed with himself and said to himself, "Why do I have to hurry back to the pavilion usually I am also there for a long time when I visit her."

"Just catch the little dragon girl and we'll take her home," said Jingfei.

"Hey.. hey.. can't be violent, later she'll be afraid of all of us," Lanying said as he glared at his brother Jingfei.

"Yubao, take the berries over there and bring them here," Qiyue asked.

You guys go home first, I want to be with her here for a while. Then Qiyue sat beside Xiaolong who was still curled up trembling from fear.

"Here, sir, the berries are," said Yubao.

"You go home first with your master, Lanying," Qiyue said in a very low voice.

"I want to wait here sir, I won't interfere," Yubao said sitting away from them.

Qiyue took the berry and started eating it. Hmm.. this berry is so sweet, then he handed it to Xiaolong.

"Do you want to eat this? I can share with you," Qiyue said softly.

Xiaolong remained silent and inched further and further away from her master. Qiyue then thought hard about how to persuade her daughter dragon.

He took another berry that was still intact and placed it beside Xiaolong without speaking. Qiyue could only wait in silence.

Then Qiyue took another berry and ate it, unexpectedly, there was a small hand trying to pull the berry beside her timidly. Yubao was surprised then Qiyue told her to be quiet and not make a sound. They were anxiously hopeful that Xiaolong would eat it.

And their guess was right, Xiaolong who had been curled up started to take the berry and sat down and started eating it.

One berry finished, Qiyue put another one beside Xiaolong. They patiently and quietly waited for Xiaolong to pick it up again.

Xiaolong slowly inched over to Qiyue and pulled the berry. They held back laughter at the behavior of the dragon child. Xiaolong eats with a ravenous expression, she can't eat properly and looks like a barbarian dragon. And Qiyue paid no attention to all that because the dragon cub was still small.

One more berry, Qiyue started to put it in his hands and Xiaolong glanced at Qiyue. Xiaolong took the berry from her master's hand as she continued to stare at Qiyue. She was still afraid and thought that if she took the berry, her master would immediately catch her. But not! The master just kept quiet and smiled.

Xiaolong ate too many berries, after a while she felt her stomach was full. She also felt sleepy and her eyes slowly closed she fell asleep holding the rest of the berry in her hand.

Yubao sighed, this was the first time she saw Master Qiyue being so patient with Xiaolong. Then Yubao stood up and approached Xiaolong, she wanted to carry her home but Master Qiyue forbade it.

"Just let me carry her," Qiyue said smiling.

Taking a deep breath, Qiyue carried his cub and returned to his pavilion. Stroking Xiaolong's hair, Qiyue said, "This little dragon girl of mine is so cute."
