He turned his back at me but stopped halfway thru.
"And do it faster, we have a class to catch."
He left and closed the door. Even though I was having a bad headache from the hangover, I needed to get ready. The cold shower gave me a relieving feeling and the headaches ease a little.
I went out of the room after getting ready, one of the maids greeted me.
"Hi," I greeted the maid. "Where can I see Tobi?"
"He's in the dining area," the maid said.
After hearing that I quickly went downstairs and the house was massive, there were lots of doors.
When I saw him, he was eating breakfast already.
"Are you done?" he asked and I nodded. "Sit down and eat."
My mouth agape.
There were lots of foods at the table, is he like this every day? I sat down next to him and started eating.
We were both quiet while eating when a girl showed out of nowhere. She was so dressed up, you'll mistake her for a barbie.
"Good Morning," She said and sat across me.
I looked at Tobi confused.
"She's my sister," He said without even looking at me.
In less than 10 minutes, Tobi and I reached our first-class just on time for the attendance. All eyes were on us because we were together when we went to class.
I sat beside Maria.
"Hi,"
She looked at me. "Why are you with Tobi?"
I just shrugged, I won't tell her that I slept in Tobi's place.
The whole period my lids felt heavy, I was feeling sleepy during the whole class but then I needed to stay awake that's why from time to time, Maria would pinch me to have me awake.
After an hour and a half, the class ended and god I was hungry again. I drag Maria out of the classroom and went straight to the cafeteria.
"Did you not eat since yesterday?" She asked.
The moment our orders arrived, I started eating. This is one of the reasons I don't like to drink at all because I'll be hungry the very next day.
When we reached the school field, we found Rachel sitting on one of the benches. She was texting someone.
"Rachel," I called her.
She looked at us and at me and smack my head out.
"Owww," I complained. "What the fuck is your problem?"
She looked at me angrily.
"I was so worried last night, you didn't even bother to text or call if you were able to get home?" She said.
"Why, were you together last night?" Maria asked.
I nodded quietly because I didn't wanna say anything. I would just remember what happened yesterday. They were both busy talking when I saw Calvin from a distance.
He was looking at me.
I turned my gaze away from him because I knew deep inside I would find myself forgiving him again.
I stood up.
"I'll get going first," I informed the two and started walking away.
"Hey. Where are you going?" Rachel yelled but I didn't bother answering her.
I walked faster because I felt that Calvin was following me and thank god because I saw Tobi from a distance.
"Tobi," I called his name and he was with his friends.
Tobi's forehead creases. "What?"
"I've been looking for you everywhere," I said and that made his forehead creased even more/
"Really?"
I signaled him to look at my back. He then looked behind me, seeing him change his expression to a poker face meaning he saw what I wanted him to see.
He drags me into his embrace.
"We'll get going first bro, I'll just have to drop Andrea first at her place. I'll see you both tomorrow." He said to his friends then started walking away, dragging me with him.
I'm out of place to complain because Tobi is the only way I can use to escape from Calvin right at this moment.
After we passed by the school field, his hold on me loosened a bit. We went straight to the school parking lot and I was about to get inside Tobi's car when someone suddenly took my hand.
It was Calvin.
"Andrea, please. Let's talk."
I remained quiet.
"Andrea, please. Let's not put ourselves into this kind of situation." He pleaded.
I tried to dodge his hand but he was holding it way so tight. I bowed my head down because I didn't want to see his pleading face, I'll have mercy on him again and again.
"Bro, Andrea doesn't want to talk to you," Tobi interrupted.
Calvin looked at him pissed.
"Don't interfere with us, mind your own fucking business," Calvin said.
Tobi chuckled.
"Your right, it's actually not my business but I'm tired of seeing Andrea cry all the time. Let go of her hand, so that we can leave." He said, Calvin, looked at him so pissed.
I was surprised when Calvin suddenly turned to Tobi and hold the helm of his collar.
"Why are you so invested in our life?"
Tobi stared at him. "Why, are you scared that I might tell Andrea what you are hiding or she'll eventually find out?" he said and quickly shook Calvin's grip on him.
Calvin's lips parted.
"I am right, right? What do you think you can hide Andrea for the rest of her life? You don't think she'll find out. You're a great fool if you think you can hide her." Tobi said.
I looked at them confused.
What the fuck are they talking about, what about me hiding for the rest of my life. What the fuck is that?
"What the fuck are you talking about, Tobi?' I asked.
He looked at me.
"Calvin, Andrea's asking. Come on, tell her the truth."
Their stares at each other could kill.
"What! You won't tell her? You'll just remain shut? It's been years, Calvin." Tobi said, his words laced with sarcasm.
Calvin looked so troubled as if he was wondering if he would speak or not.
I faced him.
"What is Tobi talking about, What do you mean you'll hide me?" I asked,
He looked at me looking guilty.
"Andrea,"
"What? Are you just going to call my name?" I yelled. "Tell me. What the fuck is Tobi talking about?"
He didn't speak.
"Fucking tell me," I yelled.
I looked at Tobi.
"Tell me, what the fuck is that? Fucking tell me, Tobi." I said.
Tobi took a deep breath. "Andrea, Calvin's married." He said, making me more confused.
"What?"
"He made you a fucking mistress, Andrea."
