Chapter 2 Bomb blast

He took the landline and called the M.D. but the call went dead. He broke the landline in anger, throwing it on the ground. Time is ticking faster but Roy isn't there.

"Shit. This asshole of a manager. Damn. He just showed his nature to me and I swear to god if I find him again, I'm going to kill him" Aarav said to himself trying to control the monster in him.

Now only twenty minutes left for the blast. And according to Roy, the bomb is in the parking lot hidingly. And the timer was already set and the blast may happen any moment. He didn't know why he played dumb this time. He could have dropped a message to his friends before coming here.

Many lives. Many families. Many hopes. The Mafia's king is helpless.

If the blast happens, he can't forgive himself forever. He wants his star now. Someone to get him out of darkness which he is living from forever.

MAFIA'S STAR IS NEEDED.

All he felt at that moment is the same feeling he felt when someone had taken his loved ones away from him forever. He felt his past coming back. He felt it's happening again in front of his eyes. His breaths started getting slower and shorter.

He started feeling suffocated in that cabin and wanted to get out of the cabin as soon as possible. Taking a deep breath, he stood up from his place and fisted his hands tightly and went to the door all ready to break it how much it may cost him.

But again it's a question of many lives. All he could do now is just pray for the guard and break the door. Only twenty minutes left. He closed his eyes and banged the door loudly. He did it a few times. Now only fifteen minutes left.

His knuckles started bleeding as he didn't wear any gloves and the door was solid one.

The door slowly started cracking due to the pushes and bangs of the muscular man. A few more bangs and the door will burst out. He was about to punch one more time, The door opened itself revealing a cute girl in her mid twenties.

She was wearing a mask and a pure black dress looking so hot but only her eyes could be seen. The innocence in her eyes can even melt stones.

Her thick black long hair falling on her back making her look more beautiful were disturbing the view to him. The one who was suffocated seconds before was lost in her. His breaths became normal looking at her.

She lifted her eyes up to him and held his hand in hers and dragged her along with him. The sudden pull brought him out of his trance and he looked around to find half of the mall already empty and some teens were talking to people and making them get out of the mall. He got confused.

She left his hand and said "See, go away from here fastly. A bomb is going to blast in minutes and you will be dead if you don't run" she said and showed him her hand to go but he said "no I'm not going anywhere I came here to save people" to which she chuckled.

"See, this ain't any game to play. It's really serious and it's better if you leave" she said calmly but he just pulled his gun from his back pocket and showed it to her.

" Even I'm no less! baby girl, I won't die without a fight" Aarav said and thought of going to the top floor to see whether everyone are out from this premises. He was about to step forward when something struck in his mind.

"Wait! How do you know that there is going to be a bomb blast?" He asked, purely confused and shocked. It was meant to be confidential. She chuckled before saying "just the way you know'' and took a step forward to go away from there.

She walked a few steps when a hand clasped around her wrist and pulled her back making her purely startled and her back hit his torso.

He wrapped his hands around her waist making her breath hitch.

"Tell me who told you that a bomb is planted here?" He asked in his husky voice, making her go crazy.

But her first priority is to make the people safe. Coming out of the trance, she immediately removed his hands from her and looked directly into his eyes before speaking "that doesn't matter. Now the most important thing is to make the people safe and find those who fixed the bomb. I'm going to check the CCTV footage or something that may be helpful to find them."

"What's your name?" He asked curiously.

"Devil" she said and winked at him before leaving.

All he saw about her is her eyes, hair and a rose tattoo on her wrist.

"I have to know everything about her" he murmured to himself when Roy came to him and said "sir, we sent everyone out of this place. No people around until two kilometers other than this mall" making Aarav nod his head.

"I want the details of that girl" Aarav said pointing at the same girl and Roy nodded and handed him the nylon wires.

"Okay, now get the others down and now I'm going to announce the bomb matter in the announcement room to the whole mall and get the cars ready outside. Whoever will come out, send them away from here and call a few choppers too" said Aarav.

"And yes don't follow her nearly and make sure she won't get suspicious. She has eagle eyes" Aarav warned to which Roy nodded.

"Okay sir. Anything else?" To which Aarav nodded in no and Roy nodded before calling others on walkie-talkie and informed them about it. Roy walked away after giving a spare gun to Aarav who took it secretly.

Aarav saw the teens are doing everything correctly but the weird thing was how many people know this and why aren't the bomb planters making any attack when suddenly all the people are leaving this place.

Aarav went to the announcement room to find it empty. Weird. Sighing, he went to the mike and switched it on after locking the door behind him.

"Alert everybody. There is a bomb planted in this mall and no one knows where it is. So I would request everyone either to go to the terrace or the entrance and you would safely reach your places. Thank you" Aarav immediately switched the mike off.

Taking a gun from his pocket, he slowly opened the door cautious if anyone would come to kill him. He went out but found none. He was really confused thinking why aren't any bomb planters getting alert or attacking someone when their plan is leaked out.

He was about to move forward when he felt someone's presence behind him. "Hands up" A strong cold male voice was heard. Aarav smirked to himself and slowly turned around but even before he turns the voice spoke again.

"Don't turn and drop your gun down" to which Aarav slowly lifted his hands and slowly bent to keep the gun down and the midway itself, then turned around and shot the man on his knees.

The man screamed loudly in pain when Aarav shot him again on his other knee making him fall on the ground and the gun slipped out of his hands.

Aarav smiled evilly and said "What did you think? You will kill me and I will let you do that?"

The man was wincing in pain and soon, listening to the scream, all his team came there and Aarav was shocked to see more than forty men were there.

No it isn't hard for him to tackle these gorillas but thinking where these many men were hiding. He knows Roy and the team would be making the people safe so he has to fight this alone.

As he had already kept the nylon wires in the announcement room, all he had to do was to make these men weak and get them inside. But suddenly something struck in his mind again.

Why are these men here when they planted the bomb here only? Even these will die if they are here.

And it's just three minutes left for the bomb blast means even Aarav is going to die too?

Is the bomb actually planted in the mall or is this just for some diversion?

"Is the bomb planted here?" Aarav voiced out his thoughts to which they started laughing evilly. Sinister laugh. But the man Aarav saw first who has a remote with a turban is nowhere to be seen.

Is the girl who brought him out in this plan too?

If she is innocent is she safe?

If this is a drama where is the actual bomb fixed?
