Chapter 6 Frozen pearls :Strange you

"welcome ...my warrior"Beliss laughed as he welcome Thyme in a hug .Whole dark space ringing with his laugh .

Thyme frowned and dust away his hands ,beliss chuckled at the frown and pat Thyme's shoulder.

"I have to say Thyme ...you did the thing no one can...finally that ant is under our thumb"Beliss announced spreading his hands up in air towards the sky but in his cave.

"not our ...just mine "Thyme cut him off from his activity .Beliss scrunched his face in confusion and disliking .

He turn his attention to Thyme"what you mean about mine ..it was always us ..my boy"Beliss try to make Thyme convience in a soft monotone.

"You want throne ,you got throne .I want him ,I got him .Now its your way to do wahtever you want to do and its my way how i want to take my revenge"Thyme mutter gritting his teeth.

"This isn't how you're supposed to do things "Beliss frowned as his dreams of torturing the silver-haired turns upside down.

Thyme flipped the table.

"You get your thing now its my turn for my revenge "Thyme announced loudly his voice hit every corner of the hollow.

Beliss purse his lips together and runs his hand in his grey locks before nodding his head .

"Fine,kill him as soon you can ,so I can be the next king "Beliss presume rubbing his chin.

"You have to wait for some time ,i guess "Thyme affirmed and Beliss nod his head in understatement.

"I have wait for long ,i can more"

Thyme's pov

After having my conversation with Beliss ,till afternoon,I finally enter inside my house to meet with surprise.I assumed for a moment i entered in a wrong residence untill i saw my family's portrait hanging on the wall.

I entered to meet with a well arranged and clean home with a strange scent on vanilla encircle with mint spread in the enviornment.I felt a strange coldness taking over my body hardening my hairs to stand up with chillness. I just came from outside and it was for sure a sunny day .

I roamed my eyes to find the King i have kidnapped but i didn't find anyone in my sight ,I was going to announce he ran away to myself when he came out of bedroom in my clothes ,it looks like he just take a shower.

His shiny silver locks was over his forehead and his blue eyes was sparkling along with his fragile body completely covered with my clothes which was hanging on his body structure.

I gulp and clear my throat along with my thoughts . He look at me and gave me a smile ,decreasing the temperature more.

He controls weather or something ?

"I have clean your house ,whoever you are and i was hungry so i eat your fruits and i use your clothes too."I blink my eyes several time as his melodious tone ring in my ears.

He says his statement and moves to sit on ragged couch .I watch him in confusion as he took my old shirt which was torned a little and started stitching it.

I wonder if he was a King or maid ? Did I kidnapped a wrong person ?

"You can sit ,its your house"I look up at him and realised i am still standing near door ,i nodded my head and moves to sit on a chair as i don't like the idea to sit on the same couch as his.

He was behaving really odd as per my thinkings ,I myself ,was working oddly and behaving too .I was supposed to kill him at the moment i saw him as he was killer of my family ,but i don't like the idea of it as i remembered my devotion to my country .

No matter how bad he was to his people but still he was a king and morever Frozen shouldn't be in hands of Beliss.

I was going to free Ruby and her son Jonathan and than i would see if I was going to kill him or tourture him to death.

But for that ,I had to talk to him like a kidnapper ,like a murderer ,like a bad man .But here i was sitting like a little pup near him ,all nervous and obident.

I cleared my throat again to took his attention and look how lucky i was today.He look at me with his big blue eyes .

"yes?"His voice sounded to soft to be stopped.How was I supposed to kill him .

"Why are you doing these things?"I asked coming to the topic.

"What things?"He asked cutting the thread with his teeth and lick his pink plump lips afterward.

"cleaning the house ,working like a house-bitch "I muttered trying to sound a heartless person i was.

"We are supposed to keep the place clean where we actually live ,its not something a house-bitch do ,anyone can do this and all of them I like your home,its warm ... whoever you are"I pursed my lips together .

"Thyme its my name "I found these words slipping out of his mouth .

"You may know your king's name ,no need to tell its Pearl -the powerful king of yours"He said in a monotone words after words gliding on my mind making it blank .

Another wave of chillness ran through my body making me stumble on chair .I shivered a little and look at him silently starring at him.

"Why is it so cold ?"I asked rubbing my hands together.

"because you have me in your home "His strangly cold voice makes me shudder .

"How you freeze everything ?"I wasn't going ask this but it slipped out of my mouth.

"Do you wanna see it?"He looked at me and nodding afterwards all by himself ,which make me nod too in reflex.

He grinned a little and ran his fingers on the surface of old wooded table and look at me with a smirk "freeze"this word came out of his mouth and felt like a mantra as a slice of cold ice started engulfing table in a fast speed with blinking of eyes table turned into a statue of ice.

I agape a little at the magic i just saw ,he looked up at me as more colness took over my body .I felt my fingertips numb with cold.I shivered with the numbness and uncomfortable feeling whch was taking over me .

"Are you cold ?"he asked and i experience worry laced in his voice .

I nodded a little he put his hand on table again in a hurry "Defreeze"He pronounced and table turn back to the normal and chillness in room also lassened a little.

I take a deep breathe as i felt air knocked out of my lungs .Ok ! He can turn those things to normal which he freezed ...noted.

"can you defreeze that kid ?"I asked in a hurry .

He walked to me and lean down a little to get close near my face ,i felt his cold breathes on my face .I looked toward his face ,my eyebrows turned into a frown as he looked at me with smile.

"Anything for you "I heard his words and my orbs spread in my eyes ,what he just say ?

He smiles and stands up taking my hand ,I felt like just a peice of ice had touched me ,i shiver and with a flinch took my hand back from his .

I stand up with a jolt and put my hands in pockets of my overcoat .

"let's defreeze that kid for you"He smirk and it surprised me to hell.

I nodded my head and started moving towards the door followed by him.

I was in my thick overcoat and he was just in a thin shirt of mine ,Still i was cold but he was walking like the ice didn't actually effected him.

He covers his face with a fabric to prevent from people seeing him or his face as we walked to the statue if jonathan.I saw people passing by that statue and making points on it .

"He gonna melt if the sun is as bright the other day"I heard aunt Franchea said in a sad voice while giving flowers to her costumer .

I looked at the King who seemed unbothered with her words and walked to the jonathan's statue before looking back at me.

"Do you really want that ,my love?"He asked in his melodolious voice and i frown at his words 'my love'?

"yes and don't call me my love"I muttered with a frown i saw as his fabric moves a little ,i guess he smirk again.I rolled my eyes ignoring him .

"fine"I heard him say and happiness overwhelmed in my heart ,his mother would be the happiest in the world.

He traced his fingers on head of the kid ,running it to the knife in his hand and look at me with accusing eyes.

I kept my face blank and he shake his head while i heard faint chuckling coming out from his mouth .

"defreeze"He pronounced in a monotone and i saw with a smile as the ice melts down to the kids body .

"here you go"He muttered in a strange tone .

I was just being happy for the kid going back to normal when i heard gasps from people walking around or working on their shops.Jonathan's body got free from ice but he was shivering and his body was also numb because of standing in same position for a day.

I moves fast to hold him in my hands and put my overcoat on his body .

"Thyme how did you do that?"I heard one of my friend gasp .

"jon are you ok?"I asked as the boy open his eyes slightly ,still shivering badly .

"please ,bring a blanket and some boiled water for him"Aunt Franchea said as she took jon from my arm ,i stand up and look to find Pearl .

"Thyme !!"I turned to look at the source of voice and find him with a blanket for me .

He wrapped it around my body tip-toeing ,I clutched it over myself and was about to say him a thankyou when again a man disturb me.

"who is he?"A man who was running fruit shop in the market asked signaling toward Pearl.

"Tell him !!"I let out a suprising groan when he ordered me in a deep voice.

"He is Pearl -our cold-hearted king"I muttered in a low voice and again gasps heard around.

Pearl took off the fabric from his face and i guess for the first time people has seen him in front of their eyes .

In a fraction of second all people present their kneel down to their knees in front of their king of course.

I stand there figuring out what was in me to sopil my own plans and what is my next plan and most important what's happening around?
