Chapter 4 Three

Destiny's p.o.v

" What!!", I asked, feeling shocked.

" Shhh... ", She said, making me shut.

" I will explain everything but not here. Let's go to my hostel", She said in a low voice.

I nodded my head.

We took the cab and reached her hostel. After having dinner, we sat on her bed.

" Speak!!", I said.

" Okay", she said.

She took a deep breath.

" I wanted to tell you about this for a long time but I was afraid of losing you. I don't want to scare you but now the time has come. Yes, it's true. I am a werewolf", She said.

" Werewolf as in like a man who can transform into a wolf whenever they want or only on a full moon like in the Harry Potter books", I asked with curiosity.

" We can transform whenever we want. Now don't talk in between. I will answer your questions in the end", she said.

" Fine", I said.

" So the Moon goddess, who is worshipped by us, is our creator. She gave us a wolf during our birth. We can transform into our wolves when we turn 13. After that, we can change into our wolf form whenever we want. Everyone finds their mate after they turn 17. The werewolf community is divided into packs. Each pack has one leader named Alpha. They come under the Werewolf community's largest pack named Royal Moon pack, led by the Royal family aka my family. There are many Alpha but only One King, Alpha King, strongest among all the alphas. Each Alpha is answerable to Alpha King. In packs, people are divided according to their titles/Ranks. The highest Rank is Alpha King and Royal Luna. Second is Royal beta, second in command of Alpha King and so on... There are pack warriors also who protect the pack from danger.", She said in one go.

" Wow....", I said.

" This is everything you need to know about the werewolf community,'' she said.

" I have some doubts", I asked.

" Shoot!!", She said.

" Other supernatural races except werewolves exist as well? Like Vampires, Witches, Demon??", Destiny asked.

" Yes, the moon goddess had created other supernaturals as well. But we are neither enemies nor friends with them. They live in their own boundaries and we live in ours", Hope replied.

" What are mates?"I asked, feeling confused.

" Mates are our other half. When the moon goddess created us, She gave us our mate. Mate is like a soul mate. We can find our mate after we turn 17. We identify them through their smell. Then the male bites his female's neck to mark her as his. It is like marriage in our culture.", Hope explained.

" You said you belong to a Royal family. What about that?", I asked.

" Yes, it's true. Our family is the Royal family of werewolves. First, my dad was Alpha King. When my brother became 18 then the title was given to him.", She explained.

" Ohhh.... And what about you??", I asked.

" Me??", She asked.

" Yes, what are you doing here in between humans away from your family and what about your mate?", I asked.

" I haven't found my mate yet and about being here I want to have a new experience away from my pack where everyone wants to be friends with me due to my family status or to come close to my brother. I want to live for myself for some time. It took so much effort and blackmailing to make my parents and brother accept my decision", she said dramatically.

I giggled slightly.

" But you know what, I don't regret coming here. After all, I get to meet you and become your best friend. It was the best decision of my life. You are my only true friend", she said emotionally.

" I also have only you as my friend and family", I said, hugging her.

" Will you come with me to my pack??", She asked.

" Will they accept me as a human in their pack?", I asked.

" Yes, they will. Don't worry I will talk with my dad. He will accept you in the pack. No one will go against him. I am damn sure, you will love my parents. And they will love you as their daughter", She said smiling.

I nodded my head while smiling seeing her excitement.

After some time we sleep since we have an early flight.

In the morning, both of us get ready and move towards the airport.

We reach the airport in around 20 minutes.

" I have talked with dad about you. He is very excited to meet you", she said.

" When did you talk? I didn't see you making a phone call", I asked feeling confused.

" Werewolves can talk with each other using pack links. It is like we are talking in our minds. Same like when we talk with our wolf.", She explained.

" Talk with a wolf?? I thought you and wolf both are the same", I asked.

" Yes, we are the same but we can talk with each other. It is like talking with yourself except you can answer your own questions", She explained.

" Ohh....you talk with your dad using pack link?", I asked.

She nodded her head.

We boarded our flight. I was thinking about how my life has suddenly changed. I don't know how I will adjust in the Royal Moon Pack but I know till Hope is with me, I will manage.

After two hours, we finally reached there.

" Come on, Destiny. Let's go outside. Someone from the pack should have come to pick us", Hope said, dragging me outside.

" Hey, Ethan", Hope said while running towards a man and hugging him.

" How are you, man?" she asked him.

" I am good. What about you?", He asked

" I am good as well. Met her, she is Destiny my best friend and Destiny he is Ethan Hall pack's third in command aka Gamma.", she said introducing me.

" Hello, Destiny. Hope's dad had told me about you", he said smiling

" Hello", I replied smiling.

I entered the car along with Hope and Ethan , ready to start my new journey in the new World.
