When I got there I went to check in and before long I had gotten used to things and although I was still on probation I had to pay attention and work hard.

I was about to head to lunch when an ambulance arrived with an injured pregnant woman and I ran toward taking charge, she was losing a lot of blood and no doctor was available.

She was unconscious so I stopped the bleeding and checked on her baby when I realized that if I don't operate on her she was going to lose the baby and with no doctor available she might die too.

I had been paging doctors but none were available because of the accident we were short staffed.

Taking an available surgical room me and two nurses I operated on and did a c-section on her delivering two healthy boys and

helped her to her room before helping other patients along with the two nurse who now filled me every were I went and helped me in saving lives .

I had lost count on how many patients we helped but I was working with a man who was shot , I was so immersed in my work that I didn't see the group of doctors who were now gathered around me while I removed the bullet from the man after I was done I stitch him up and bandage HIM and looked at him .

How did you do that , he asked

You removed the bullet without causing me pain I.....I didn't feel nothing, for someone whose afraid of pain I'd have to have a sedative to put me to sleep but you did neither and yet somehow I didn't not fee anything.

I am a doctor it's my job to relieve pain , i was just doing my job i said and was shocked to see doctors looking at me and a round of applause rang out wow you are wonderful the nurse said to me excited , from now on I learn from you she said.
