Chapter 5 Embarrassing

Aliya woke up from the annoying ringing of the cell phone. she look for it while her eyes were still shut because she was sleepy and her head hurts due to a hangover. Her hands found it and turned it off so she can continue her sleep.

After few minutes,She opened her eyes and saw darkness, where am I? she looked around and found It's is her current room it's a three-star room with a black and white theme. she looked at herself in the mirror and was shocked to see her face covered with smudged makeup, Her hair was a complete me.

How did she do this to herself? she surely partied hard last night. What is the time now?? 8.30 am she getting late for the office??? now she remember what happened in the club?? she kissed Arav in front of the office colleagues. I am too embarrassed how am I going to face him today????? she thinks

"Good morning Aliya" Jada greeted.

"good morning Jada"Aliya replied,

"Are you feeling better now?"

That question caught me off guard but she thanked God that she was able to give the right answer

"Yeah, I am feeling better"

Mr Arav said you should come to his office as soon as you are around

"Okay, I am going"

he went to her office to drop her bag before knocking on his door, she feel very embarrassing.

"Yeah, come in," Arav said with a cold voice it's scared me to root.

"Good morning, Sir" Aliya greeted him.

"How was your night?" He asked and smirked.

"Sorry, Sir" she apologises.

"It's Okay, Aliya"

"Now you can go back to your office"

"But Jada told me you wanted to see me"

"And I have seen you "He teased me.

" son of the bitch" she murmured "Ok Sir"

"Oh, wait Aliya. I want the manuscript design as soon as possible"

"Okay sir" she replied and turned to return to her cabin.

"And nice shirt" he added

"Thanks" I replied

Aliya met up with Olivia during lunch and ordered only coke because she ate her breakfast very late.

"I heard you kissed big boss" Olivia gossiped

Aliya spilt her coke

"I was drunk and unconsciously kissed him," Aliya said in a guilty tone.

"wow! the rate at which information moves in this company is faster than a jet"

"It's True and everyone looks at her with a strange look".

how is your hangover??

"Better" she took some hangover drugs and came to the office as soon as she was strong enough"

"You want some?" she asked passing me her fries

"No thanks"Aliya replied

Aliya was walking to her office to work on her new design

President Arav came opposite to me.

"Aliya, can you get me a coffee? I have a headache, please!" he asked turning the pages of his file as he kept reading and walking.

"okay", she said

she walked out of the door she bumped into someone and hah, her ankle twisted slightly, but before she can fall, someone caught me. she held on to their shoulders and found a handsome man looking down at her with concern.

"I am sorry", she said trying to stand up straight, but her ankle pained and she let out a small sound from her mouth in pain.

"No. It's not your fault. It's mine. I am sorry, I didn't see you there. I was looking at the file. Are you okay?", he asked with concern.

"No. My ankle in pain", Aliya said while holding on to his arms. He helped me stand straight.

"Can you Walk?" he asked.

"yes. I can", I told him, and he gave me, "Are you sure??, he gave me a look.

she nodded her head in response. He slowly left my hand, letting me stand straight. but soon leave me she was falling. he caught me again.

"I don't think you can. Let me help you", he said and suddenly lifted her in his arms in bridal style. she squealed at his sudden action.

"It's okay. put me down I can walk", she said, But he held me.

"No, You can't. You are not even able to stand straight. How can you walk? I will drop off your cabin", He said while walking.

"um...Thank you", she smiled at him. I don't have an option. I can't stand it straight. It's hurting so much. Aliya said

"You are welcome, but where do you work?", he asked. I just stared at him.

"I m a new car designer on the 40th floor", she told him as he carried me down the corridor.

"oh, so you are the top designer in the world Aliya Angel?", he asked

"Yes, you don't know me?" she asked him.

"I am sorry. I am....new here", He said embarrassed as a slight blush covered his face. Aliya smiled widely at him.

" so, you are?", she asked him as he carried me inside the lift. she pushed the button to her cabin and the doors closed.

"I am Mike", he told me his name." My name is Aliya Angel. It's nice to meet you, Mike".

"Same here", he smiled back widely. The lift doors opened and he walked out with me in his arms.

"I am a software developer and project head here", he said with pride.

"That great and once again, "Thank you so much for carrying me here", she thanked him. We stopped in front of my cabin and I pushed on it as he carrying me,

" you are welcome Aliya and also I can't just leave a very beautiful girl like you there", he said and she blushed at his words.

"I will take that as a compliment", she said looking at him with a smile on her face.

"you are welcome once again", he said and the door is opened by President. He looked at her and smiled and then back to the person who is carrying me. His face turned serious as he saw the blush on her face which started fading away and Mike holding her. He raised his eyebrow at me. "President-". she started, but Mike cut me off.

" Good morning sir", he greeted Arav politely.

Arav just ignored him and took me from mike arms to his Arms

He carried her to the sofa and placed her gently on it. she looked up at him and before she can say anything. HE went back to Mike's face, I can see only Arav's back. she heard him say to Mike.

"You better run now from here and one more thing. you are fired", he said and shut the door on his face. My mouth is open agape. Did he just fire Mike? He didn't do anything! He walked back near her.

"President Arav, He just helped me, because I can't stand up! My ankle is sprained, so he carried me here!", she tried to explain to him, but He stopped her and sat down in front of me

"I don't care. which leg?", he asked coldly. although it scared her, she collect all her courage to spoke back to him.

*it's none of your business Arav, Give Mike's job to him." she feels guilty for him. losing her temper.

"You are not wearing those stupid high heels anymore", he declared.

" but Arav"

"Enough Aliya. I don't want to see you getting hurt. by the time, We are going to my home your leg is sprained you can't live alone". he said

"why I have to ???"Aliya fight back

" Mike's jobs are in your hands Aliya if you behave well after you healed, I will return his job", he said

"I accept it with one condition, no sexual activity," Aliya said.

"Okay", he said with a smirk

you will give him his job back", she ordered, he huffed.

"Okay. but stay away from him. I don't know him. but I don't want you anywhere near him", he said she

"Why are I smelling jealous President and Arav??? she asked.
