Yes we can, Luis Replied, today we are doing "Dumbbell Crunch" you will Lie on your back, holding a dumbbell or weight plate across your chest in both hands. Raise your torso, then lower it, maintaining tension in your uppers abs throughout, you will repeat it in 10 seconds and rest in 10 seconds,

And we will also be doing "Tuck and Crunch" Lie down with your hands by your head and your legs raised with your knees bent at a 90° angle. Simultaneously raise your torso and draw your knees towards your chest. Keep your fingers by your temples throughout and initiate each rep smoothly without jerking your torso up.

Don't let your feet touch the floor between reps. Repeat is 15 Seconds and rest in 10 seconds.

This sounds good, leonard replied, provided it will make me achieve my aim of looking good, having the six packs which will automatically transform to me being the Lady's Man,

They did the work out and training, Luis always giving the instructions, Leonard always Yielding to the instructions, they did the Dumbbell Crunch and Tuck&Crunch for the whole day till it was 4pm, they took some breaks at intervals just to rest and start again,

It's 4pm, I gat to be going, Leonard said as he was arranging his gym bag and wiping his face with an hand towel from his bag,

Luis Replied, Yes you got to be going, so that you won't be late for the date with the lucky lady, i long to see the lucky lady someday,

Okay Luis, Bye for now, Leonard said as he headed for his car, he open the car and drop the bag inside the boot, he start the ignition and warm the car bit by bit before accelerating the gear so as to drive out and move on,

He moved out of the car andd headed for his house so as to dress up for the date meeting with Roseline, he put on his audio player as usual and played the music he love most by rihanna, "Shine Bright like a Diamond"

He drove in inside his estate, open the boot of his car and bring out the bag, he headed for the bathroom to have his bath, as he was having his bath, the thought of Roseline crossed his mind and he sang the roseline song again,

Oh it's 6pm already, leonard exclaimed as he rushed out of his room to his car, he open the car and start the ignition, he warm the car a bit before accelerating the gear and drive out of his estate, while driving he was filled with so much joy and he was singing the new song he composed for Roseline
