Gia Nina

I cried as they ganged up on me and beat the heck out of me for seducing mile's mom as I tried to escape but they didn't let go.

"Dad, I promise I didn't do anything".I yelled as my father hit me with the belt on my bare back.

Paul and Henry holding my arms as he continued to whip me as I screamed in pain before I was thrown on the floor.

"Just do what I say you useless girl, you sweet talked his mother into this marriage and now you're going to get it for making my daughter cry".

"But I'm your daughter!".I said as I receive another slap on my face as I fell on the floor losing my balance as I looked at him.

"You're not my daughter, you're the bastard that your whore of a mother brought here for me!".He yelled whipping me with the belt again.

"Ouch! Argh! Please father!".I yelled rubbing my back like a mad man to get Rid of the burning sensation.

He pulled my hair as tears flowed from eyes as he threw me on the wall like it was my stomach that came in contact with my stomach first.

He was not done yet as he took a razor blade and put marks on my body as blood stained my clothes.

He finally left as I curled myself into a ball rocking myself slowly lying to myself that everything will be okay but it's not as tears flowed from my eyes even more.

"That's what you get for stealing my sister's boyfriend". Henry said slapping me on the face.

"Yeah, you stupid whore!".Paul said kicking me again as they left me.

I walked into my room and treated my wounds as I removed my shirt to see the old marks on my body from their abuse as I choked on my tears.

It was time to go to school yet again as I put my hair down to cover the marks on the back of my neck that my shirt couldn't cover as i sat on my chair reading a book from the library.

"Well, Well, Well, it's not my supposed to be soon fiancee".Miles mocked sitting on my chair again.

I looked a him then looked back at the floor because If I talk they're just going to hit me again and I just had it yesterday.

"Oh, cat gotta your tongue princess?".He asked putting his arm on my chin.

I looked again as he grabbed my arm as I winced in pain loudly as he lets go of the arm then bangs it on the table.

"See you tomorrow for our engagement princess".

My eyes widened, today is Friday and I'm supposed to be engaged to him tomorrow as I bent my head on the table and cried like i didn't deserve all this.

"Hey Nina, why are you crying?".Lucas asked sitting close to me.

"I'm supposed to be engaged to Miles tomorrow".

He laughed"Nice joke Nina, but seriously " He looked at me as his eyes widened"You're serious?".

"My father signed a contract with his parents and we're supposed to engaged and married in Ss3".

"Wait, this a dream because when did they start doing arranged marriage with teens in Nigeria?".

"I asked my father If this was a stupid story but he didn't reply me instead I was beaten the shit out of yesterday".

He pulled me into a hug as I cried on his shoulder not giving a damn about anything like who in the world did I offend.

"Sorry Nina, look at the bright side you'll be free from your family".He shrugged looking at me.

I pulled away from the hug as I looked at him angrily, "But I'll be stuck with that asshole!".

"Good afternoon everyone".Mr kolade said dropping his notes as I bend my head on the table.

"GiaNina, we have become mates that everyone is standing to greet and you're sitting eh!".He questions as I bend on the table again.

"Shanking!".My classmates mumbled as they snickered at his reaction.

"Come here! Go and bring cane for me Miles".He ordered as miles glances at me.

He brings the cane as I walked infront of the class as he stretched the cane like Nigerians like caramo as I rolled my eyes.

"Choose you hand, butt or back?".He ordered as I stretched my hand out.

"I'll give you ten strokes and if you miss one _".

"Look can we just get this over with?".I asked glancing at him as everyone gasped.

"I can see someone people have changed.you from the respectful girl you were before".He said again.

"I beg just beat me make I go because you just they talk".

He aimed on my hand as I straightened my hand as he beats me, like did he expect me to beg him or to flinch then something must be wrong with his brain.

"Are you done sir? Or you want to beat me more?".I asked putting my hands on my hip.

"Go to your sit before I beat you to the extent that you'll jump like a kangaroo".

I looked at him like honestly that was not funny at all as I walked to my sit putting my book on the table.

"Madam, come to the front so I can hit you when you misbehave".He said again as I glanced at Lucas.

He nods for me to go as I walked to the seat and began to write when someone threw something on me.

"It's like something is doing that person's destiny that threw something on me".I said glancing at the back.

"Haba, nothing is doing my destiny o". Elizabeth said hissing.

I hissed eyeing her back"That even if you've one".

"Jesus!".The class roared in laughter looking at Elizabeth as I continued to write.

"Madam, I'm at your presence and you're still talking, okay what's food chain?".

"Come out here, because I had pity on you before. I'll be giving you twenty".

After all the talk I didn't still cry as he looked at me in disbelief as I walked back to my sit hissing like the cane I go through doesn't compare to his so called punishment.
