Chapter 5 Somia's uncle

Phone conversation. A middle age man was sitting on a chair in the living room of very big, extremely beautiful and well decorated mansion. The house was so big that there were many worker in there. Also there was another normal built house at the back of the compound of the same mansion.

The man on phone call was Somia's uncle and he was on official call with one of his clients. Somia's uncle had a big company built by himself and was among the top ten companies in Nigeria as the current count said it. So it was both his own and Somia's father's company that he was controlling and others properties belong to Somia's father.

It was the money that he was getting from Somia's father's company, industries and other properties that he used to boost his own company activities and connections. After taking the procession of all the properties and sent Somia's mother and her children out of their house, he told them that he did wanted to see them around him. Stay very far from him.

His wife was standing on the staircase looking at him receiving a call, rest her hand on the handle of the staircase and listening to the conversation of her husband on the phone. As she saw him hanging up from the call, she quickly coming down and walking very fast.

"Eh! Woman, what is happening? Where is my food?. Sitting here since and waiting for you!" Said with loud voice as he saw her coming down.

"Am very sorry!! The food will soon be ready!" Said with lower voice.

"It has not even ready, when you are inside since how will you know if it has been ready or what they are doing in there, left my own food with those maids!" Saying with loud voice and talking like he was talking to one of his workers.

"I just left few minutes now. Am sorry! It will soon be ready!" Said with lower voice and going to the kitchen to see where the cooking got to.

"Just going upstairs and coming down since!, Don't know what she is doing!" Said with anger and took the remote control on the table.

It was the same way Somia's father used to do with Somia's mother that him too was doing. It was what they love that they used to buy or do for there wives, none of them had said.

That was how Somia's grandfather too used to be behaving to their mother whom was the Uncle and Somia's father's mother, so it be like inheritance to them.

Sound of the door opened and closed, the security entered and walked closed to him. He knelt down on the floor and facing him.

"Sir! There are some people outside, Said that they are from your own company and wanted to see you!"

"Let them in, I have been expecting them since!" Said, watching the movie. The guy said okay and left the living room. His workers from his own personal company entered one after the others. They were three young men and two ladies.

He low the volume of the television as he saw them entering, sat down very well. The workers greeting him and sitting down. His wife saw them as she was coming out of the kitchen and went back inside.

"My husband! Have some visitors, one of you should go and entertain them!" Talking to the ladies in the kitchen and one of them left.

"Be very fast with the cooking, don't want him to ask for his food again!" Saying as she was sitting on the chair at a corner in the kitchen and monitoring them.

"Yes ma!, it's almost ready Ma!" A young lady said.

A young man wearing blue jacket and black trousers dropped some documents on the table at the from Somia's uncle and sat down back. The lady got down to the living room, putting juice on the table at the front of the workers and left quickly.

The uncle dropped the paper on the table back after finished going through it and faced them.

"What the hell is this?, why is all the amount low like that and you have gut to bring this to me!"

"We are sorry Sir, we are be working seriously on it to make the amount high back and serious works as been going on it!" The man that dropped the documents said.

"It's branch that didn't met up with the target giving to them!" The director of his company said with lower voice and looking at him going through another paper.

"We are all sorry Sir, we will really work on it!" A lady said.

"You better do and I give you two weeks to meet up with the target!" Said with anger and dropped the documents that they brought on the table.

"I gave OP&P company a target of fifty billion and they make one hundred billion, and you are here saying rubbish. Don't even meet up to fifty billion not talk of more than that!" OP&P company was the one own by Somia's father.

"We are sorry Sir!" All of them said in chorused.

"Sorry for yourselves. As I said I give you two weeks to meet up with the target. If not I will replace you, especially you Director and you know what that mean!" All of them looked at each other.

His wife got down to the living room, walked closed to his back and put her mouth in his ear and told him that the food was ready. Since that it was him complaining that was hungry.

"Are you blind! Can't you see that am with my workers. Come on go back to that kitchen!" All the workers looked at each other and one of the lady breath in.

"Am sorry my husband!" Said with lower voice and going back to the kitchen.

"Director! Any news about trillion contact, what are you hearing on it?"

"We are still following it and communicate to our people there. The contact as not get to the table of the federal government at all for approval but with what we heard it's in this year that it will be approved or next year, can't long than that. Sir"

"Okay! Still keep communicating with them. Once it has been approved. Start all the processing and make sure that we get it even Am the one that will get, nobody!"

"Yes Sir! I heard you!" The director said.

"My other company too are following it, the one that they approve the contract for between the two is fine. It's MMO company that it will be send to after the approved from the federal government right!"

"Yes! Sir. And they are the one that will choose the suitable company to give it to!" Other lady said. It was Ashar's company that any contract coming from the federal company would got to and gave it to another company to carry it out.

"No problem! The trillions contract is mine and belong to my company. So! What about the other contract that we are fighting for?"

"Our opponent is very powerful and he doesn't agree to step down for us" third man said.

"It's like he know all the top people on this contract, they are friends and as we are looking at it. It's him that will win the contract!" Second man that next to Director said.

"We even went to meet him yesterday in his company, that he should let us do this contract together. Divide the money into two and two of us should work on it but he didn't agreed!" A lady said.

"He doesn't even agree to do it together with us?" Said with smile on his face.

"He said that he doesn't need partner in this contract at all!" Second lady said.

"No problem. Even me too don't want to do it with anybody. Is that all?"

"Yes sir! That is what we are here for!"

"Good day then. Have a lovely day and you! Director work on that target!"

"Yes! Sir" Said with lower voice, all of them stood up and going out. Sound of the door closed.

He rest his back on the chair, took his phone and making a phone call.

"Hello! Tell you boss that I want to see all of you here now!" Said with loud voice And hanged up. Somia's uncle was a hard and wicked man. Any contact that he lay his hand on must be given to him and it used to. And any of his competitors that didn't wanted to step down he knew what he used to do.

At the back of his mansion, inside the house at the back. One of the guys that he just called put the phone down and faced other. Inside the living room that they were, was dirty with cigarettes and bottle of wines. He was the one that was to feed them and provided shatters for them.

"Boss and other!, chairman want to see us now. It's him that called me!"

"Okay! What are you waiting for, carry go!" Their boss said with loud voice and all of them stood up. There were five in numbers, very huge and tall.

They were the one that used to follow Somia's uncle like bouncers but there was secret job he was using them for. Even that was why Somia's mother was fearing for her children not to go and comforted him because she knew what he could do. So, that was why she was struggling and taking care of her children since four years back that he had collected all the properties.

He gave birth to four children and all of them were in London. It was him and his wife that were in Nigeria, one of his children whom was a girl had got married and others were still there single .

It was London that Somia and her siblings were before their father dead and came down to Nigeria, so that was why people didn't knew them physically.

The guys got to the front, opened the door and entered. He was still in the living room waiting for them, his wife was sitting at the dining room waiting for the time that he could eat.

"Good afternoon chairman!!" All of them said and sat down on the chair.

"Tiger! Check your phone now, a picture will enter on it now!" Talking to their boss and he checked his phone.

"Yes Sir!, it has entered!" Looking at the picture.

"That man! I don't want him to the sun that will raise tomorrow morning. Mean, I want him kill!" Said with loud voice and his wife shook her head at where she was sitting.

"His name is Coker, search for his address and his current location. Go there and carried out the mission. I want you to to very smart and no traces!"

"Okay! Sir, I heard what you said!" Their head said and looked at others.

"Don't use gun at all, don't want you to use gun. Think of other way and carry the mission out successful. I hope you get me?"

"Yes Chairman, we heard you!" All of them said in chorused.

"Now go!, don't take any of the car and it's different tax you should enter!"

"Okay Sir! Yes, chairman!!" All of them stood up and going out.

"Waiting for the alerts of the contract to enter!" Said with smile. It was his opponent that he ordered them to go and killed for the contract to be given to him.

"Set my table now!!" Talking to his wife, she stood up and entered the kitchen. Came out after few minutes with one of the lady, set his table and her went upstairs back.
