Chapter 5 THE ATTACK 1

The evening sunset is exquisitely perfect for a stroll. Bumi Alessia and Arslan wave their parents farewells as the duo walking away down the sloppy mountain. The duo walked through village heading into the forest. Bumi has dark eyes, white hair and a pale skinned making her body looks almost white down to her slender body and always on red hooded cloak over her head down to her body. The market bustling with exciting activities and people. The duo visits a sword vendor shop.

"Today, we are not going to make use of a real sword to fight. Your training has Improved quite smoothly with magic and little with the wooden sword and so I have come to reward you as promised. A real sword" Bumi said to Arslan

"Coool," Arslan said excitedly. " So when are we going to use a real sword to fight?" Arslan Questioned excitedly selecting a sword and swinging it around his hands. Arslan dressed on black sleeves, brown pants and a combat boot. He sheaths the sword into his leather belt strapped around his waist.

"That's for me to decide. I will train you with the wooden sword. Your combat skills are still quite low." Bumi replied. The duo move deeper into the mountains. They carried some woods for cooking from the forest putting it down by a tree. Bumi is holding a long wood in her left hand breaks the wood in half forming into twins wood sword then she tosses a long wood towards Arslan.

"Pick it up" Bumi speaks as she poses for an attack. Arslan picks the long wood from the ground. Smirking.

"Are you ready?"Bumi said to Arslan.

"Yes." who promptly replied taking a defensive position without a moment of notice. She bolts rushing towards Arslan in a flash. She suddenly appears before him and struck at Arslan with her blade.

He blocks the twin wooden blade made by Bumi however the sheer amount of force accompanied with a strike made by her causes him to slide backwards loses his footing, Alessia bumi didn't give him time to breathe as she follows him and hit him with another strike. Bumi eyes begin to seriously gleam in ruby red as she dashes towards him. Her face reveals a serious amount of concentration. She intensely sends more consecutive swings from her blade left and right as Arslan could only swing his sword in defense.

"If you were attacked by an unknown enemy is this how you will lose your footing Arslan. "

"Pathetic," she runs climbing a tall tree and acrobatically spinning her body while swinging her wooden sword hard while in the air.

"I am not pathetic" Arslan swings his sword from below ascending upwards with great force.

"Kkkkyyuaaaa!! " Arslan applies a little golden mana energy into his sword. It rotates around its wooden sword.

The Duo wooden swords colides smashing into pieces of wooden shards with shard scattering in the air. Without further delays, Bumi throws her broken shard blade aiming at Arslan eyes Who promptly covers his eyes. When he squeezes his eyes open. A kick to the side of his stomach. The force sends him flying backwards falling on his kneel.

Arslan spat out blood

"That fighting dirty," Arslan grunted.

"When you are in front of an enemy, and the enemy pours dirt into yours eyes. Are you going to tell him he is fighting dirty? " Bumi replied

"Number one rule" when you in a fight always use your surroundings against your enemies.

"Well I dont have enemies." Arlsan grimaced.

Suddenly the air shifted, Bumi drops her two wood swords on the floor then draws her twin pointing blades out from her sheathe. She poses for an Attack.

"Arslan, get behind me this instant," she whispered in a low tense tone as she spots dark figures silently slunk through the towering forest trees moving so smoothly as if they were not there. They move in such agility and speed that they were blur. Not a keen observer could see them. They were trained for this with such agility and grace of a cat. Their five senses were five times more than a human senses with cat vision.

"We are totally surrounded" Bumi speaks as her eyes gleaming bloodshot red in the dark with her eyes roaming and scanning the surrounding towering trees swiftly. The evening fades further into a sea of darkness with the moon hung in the night sky completely and the wind rustling the trees and tall grasses. Suddenly, lurking red and colours eyes in the dark trees stares at the duo in the middle of the forest. Sounds of groaning.

"Vampires, no from their numbers, they are a pack of were wolves and we are completely out numbered." Arslan draws out his steel sword from his sheathe and quickly stands in front of Bumi, and he speaks.

"I will protect you sis" Bumi Eyes twitching "Oh, how nice of you" She swiftly swings her blade at the back of Arslan's neck knocking him out.

"You are the one who needs protection. They are after you and not me and you will only get in my way" she drags his body to a near by tree close to her and then walks out standing with her blade in her red cloak. Large fangs instantly begin to jolt out from her mouth. A black wolf walking in front shape shifting into human and he speaks

"Vampire, why is a vampire with an half-ly. A hybrid Werewolf. Give us the kid and we let you go. You are out numbered by my pack, and you know that."

"No, can do. If you are here. That means Arslan's parents are under attack and if that be the case. I must finish here quickly and go to help them." Bumi shifts her leg back standing in an attack pose.

"Get her," The leader commanded and instantly. Two werewolves ran swiftly after Bumi. Bumi begins to walk slowly towards them without any sign of fear rather an intimidating glare and her eyes flash red gleaming more brightly. She bolted in supersonic speed and in an instant the two were wolves running towards her shock to see Bumi vanishes from sight and appearing in front of them. She swiftly thrust her blade into the wolves jumping in the air and violently rams them crashing to the ground accompanied by a sheer amount of force. The ground cracks breaking farther into the ground. Bumi lifts her head up looking at the commander and the packs.

"Young Beta, you are hundreds of years too late to defeat me. Surrounded, think Again. The other werewolves howls and the pack swiftly rush for an attack. Bumi bolted towards them
