Chapter 3 Episode 2

Sophie POV

And now it has happened..

What a huge TV!!" I exclaimed.

I didn't noticed it until now, it was so huge that thought ran through my head, what if this got spoilt?

Well, what do I expect of a billionaire's house but the problem right now is that Miya keeps slapping the TV.

I run towards her because I ain't ready to be jailed.

" Hey, stop it! " I yelled making her flinch.

I moved closer to her.

" What are you doing to the Tvm " I asked not sure of what her answer is going to be.

" It's not showing Barbie and friends" she burst into tears.

This girl is really funny, so now because the TV isn't showing Barbie and friends she wants to send me to jail.

Why am I even emphasising the word Jail?

He'll definitely not send me to jail because of a TV, I thought with a hard smile.

"Come here baby girl? " I held her hand and wipe her tears and sat her down on her Barbie chair.

"Thank you Sophiey" I smiled, she looks so cute and I love the way she calls me.

I crouched down to the TV and changed the channel to where her favourite show is on.

After which I switched off the light and we're currently watching Barbie and friends.

Time went on, after 3 episodes of the show, I'm being woken up by Hardin.

I could see him staring at my thighs whilst waking me up.

I quickly pull down my skirts that's almost showing my whole thighs and stood up.

" You're back" I used my hand to squeeze the edge of my hair.

" Of course I am, It's time to go home now isn't it?" He asked while trying to carry the sleepy Miya.

" Yes, I'm done for the day" I replied shyly and rushed to get my bag from the table.

"Let me take Miya to her room, I'll be back" he uttered and left for upstairs.

He was back after 10 minutes, God knows what kept him so long.

"Okay, do you want cash or straight to your bank account?" He asked while moving closer to me.

"I'll, ummm take cash for today" I had to think for some moment.

He dug his hand into his pocket and gave me two hundred and fifty dollars.

" Two hundred and fifty dollars" I exclaimed as I watch him in amazement.

"It's for your perfectly well done job, well you deserve it" he smiled with his eyes and mouth

" Thank you" I blushed really hard but turned away from him.

I brought out my hands for a handshake but, he pulled me into his body for a hug instead.

I was caught off guard, my heart was racing rapidly and I felt so safe in his huge built, the scent of his cologne was mesmerizing my brain.

After some minutes, he drew away from me and walked me to the door, how I wish that never ended.

"I would have loved to drive you home but I have a lot of work to do, take care and call me when you get home" He says but stopped immediately.

"Tou don't have to worry about that, someone is here to pick me" I said and while patting my bag.

"Oh I see, your boyfriend!" I grin at his sentence

" He's my friend" I uttered in a whisper.

"So a boy is your friend? " He questioned like he was my father or some kind of an overprotective brother

I just smiled at him, Finn walked up to us after parking his car.

"The address you gave me isn't that easy to locate" he says to me then waved his hand at Hardin when he notices I wasn't standing alone.

"Fool" I whisper and slapped his back making him flinch.

"Be on your way then, we'll talk tommorow" he sounds really jealous as he closes the door but I'm not too sure about that.

But he said to call him when I get home and now we'll talk tomorrow, no wonder his daughter really has his feature.

" Let's go" I wrapped my hands around Finn's neck and we walked to his car.

"So how was it?" He asked looking so worried about me.

" Two hundred and fifty dollars in a day!!! " I screamed as if I've just won a lottery.

"Really?, What a great job but something seems off about that man I saw earlier" I slapped him again the moment he finishes talking.

"Ouch!" he whimpers, he started the engine and drove off.

"It's a great job, I'm so happy I got the job and that man you saw is my boss" he was shocked.

"I didn't know, but why would he hire a nanny? doesn't he has a wife ?" He asked me.

" I don't know " I replied whilst slapping my hand together.

"You're such a fool, you don't know the details about the person you are working for" he countered.

" Well he didn't pay me for knowing his details, my job is to babysit his daughter, so, focus on driving me safely before I smack your face" I snarled playfully.

After driving for about 15 minutes, we arrived in front of my place and he zoomed off immediately I hopped down from his car.

I walked towards my door with a very excited look but then my thoughts rushed to my bag, I hurriedly checked to search for my keys.

*FLASHBACK*

Switching off the lights and we continued to watch her show not untiI Miya said to turn it back on.

"Sophiey, I want to turn on the lights" she hummed.

" I'll help you with it" I was about to stand up when she stopped me with her hand sign.

" I'll switch it on" she says as she drag the table that has my bag on it to the switch.

" Be careful" I watched in wonder.

She turn on the lights and pushed the table back but didn't come back to watch TV.

She was busy playing with my bag and I think that's when she dropped my key or took my key....

*FLASHBACK ENDED*

" Oh God!! " I exclaimed in shock.

My key is at his house, I dipped my hand in my pocket and brought out my phone as I dialed his number.

I dialed for the sixth time yet he doesn't pick up, I crossed the Road and waved my hand at any taxi that passes by.

I waved for about 10mins before I finally got one and I hurriedly hopped into the car after informing the driver about my destination.

It's around 10: 30 and the road is less busier which makes it so easy for me to get to Hardin's house in just 10 minutes.

I paid the taxi driver and opened the gate to his house.

Rich.people.doesn't.really.care.much.about.security.

I rushed to the door and smiled when I remembered how I was when I first came here, I pressed the button numerous times I was about turning back when I heard the deep and sexy voice again.

" Beauty, Come in, it's always open for you" I heard him and pushed the door to go inside.

Before I could even closed the door I saw his shadow.

Oh my God! I couldn't stop myself from blushing.

He came closer to me and he almost hugged me but I stepped back and I could see the disappointing look in his eyes.

" Is Miya awake?" I smiled as I quizzed him.

" She isn't awake yet, anything wrong?" I felt annoyed for a second.

" I think she was playing with my key when we were watching TV, and without that key I can't get into my house"

"Oh what the heck! , Even if I should wake her up now she might not be able to know where she puts it " he says, obviously faking his consoling.

I could smell this man is up to something.

"Oh my goodness!, What am I going to do now?" I stamped my feet angrily on the ground.

" It's not up to that beauty, Why don't you just sleep here?" I couldn't believe my ears.
