He really didn't expect that Emma Rosy would dare to commit suicide!

The doctor said, if he had found out later, Emma Rosy might have died!

Emma Rosy smiled lightly, and her pale face looked a bit more spirited, "Okay, I promise."

At least ...... she has been desperate to survive.

After her father's heart bypass surgery, she can find an easier job and take care of him while raising her baby.

As soon as she finished speaking, Alex Brown left the room with a sullen face.

After that day, Alex Brown did not come to see her.

Aarn Richard engineered a car accident for money that killed both of Alex Brown' parents ......

Emma Rosy frowned, she trusts her father, he is certainly not that kind of person ......

She had to wait for her father to wake up and ask him about it.

She takes care of dad during the day and goes home at night.

Emma Rosy had just applied for a good job in the past two days, although the salary was not very high, but its good for her.

Emma Rosy lay on the bed ,She closed her eyes and rested her hand on her stomach.

Emma Rosy slept well this night, but was awakened by a phone call in the early morning.

"Is this Miss Richard? Your father, Aarn Richard, had a cardiac rejection this morning ......"

"Mr. Aarn Richard passed away suddenly due to his old age and severe aging of his body functions ......"

"Miss Richard, I'm sorry, you have embezzled public money from Richard Group without permission, and you are now under arrest." The police gave the arrest warrant, and the confusion in Emma Rosy's eyes dissipated.

Emma Rosy froze,she saw Marisa Miller.

Hearing Marisa Miller's words, Emma Rosy froze and then quickly stepped back alittle, "What are you doing here!"

Marisa Darcy smiled faintly and did not answer, she said to the police officer, "May I meet Miss Richard alone for a chat? We know each other."

"Yes, yes, of course." The policeman hurriedly made way for Marisa Miller, "I'll be right outside."

"Thanks."

Then the police officer left, and closed the door behind him.

The detention room was brightly lit, but very cold

Marisa Darcyt ook a step closer to Emma Rosy, with a smirk, "Emma Rosy, you didn't think you'd feel so down and out, did you?"

Emma Rosy lifted her head, and although she already knew the outcome, she still asked softly, "Where's Alex Brown?"

"Ha, you were expecting him to come until now!" Marisa Darcy mocked grimly, "Don't you get it by now?"

"What are you talking about, I don't understand." Emma Rosy felt that some kind of truth was very close to her, but she simply did not want to believe it.

Marisa Darcy laughed coldly and looked at her contemptuously, "your father's died , and now you are arrested again, all of this is done by Alex Brown himself!"

Emma Rosy shuddered violently, and her whole body felt like being immersed in icy water.

"No, no, that's impossible!" Emma Rosy didn't want to believe it, her eyes revealed determination as she stared at Marisa Miller, "He promised me!"

"Heh, you still believe him even now!" Marisa Darcy sneered, "Then I will show you the truth."

Marisa Darcy took out a recorder from her bag and tapped the play button.

"Aarn Richard?Heh, he's never going to live, I'm definitely going to let him die! ...... I just want him dead ......"

Emma Rosy couldn't hear the rest of the sentence.

She remembered clearly, that was Alex Brown' voice, exactly the same.

But! Why was he so cruelss!

Emma Rosy's heart was aching.

Marisa Darcy looked at her,feeling more .

Emma Rosy's mind was now in turmoil, and she sat down wretchedly on a chair with a plea: "Can I see Alex Brown for a moment? I want to hear this from him ......"
