Chapter 4 Training

It's been a while since Arthur started to stay with the people in the wasteland. Today they will start training so, Arthur is heading towards a place called The Stardust palace where there is a place for them to train as the place is gifted with a high amount of magic.

Celia and others are waiting for Arthur. ''Why is he taking so long ?'' asked Albert. '' Late newbie '' remarked Noir. '' Now now there must be a reason why he is late '' Celia tried to console them

'' I will go take a look at him '' said Stella. '' No need he's coming '' said Albert pointing at the figure that is running towards them. - '' I am sorry '' he said breathlessly'' Out of breathing'' Noir remarked.

'' No need to say sorry '' Celia consoled him . '' So can I start ?'' Arthur asked. '' Yes, we can '' said Adam. '' First, we need to train your magic for that you need to build your mana or energy '' said Celia.

'' For that imagine that you are trying to build up your energy than try to release it out of your body '' said Noir. '' Imagine that there's the magic within yourself as you can't use magic the magical particle in the air will give you mana now try '' said Adam.

'' I will show you '' said Celia. She turned the tree in front of her into a little tree using her wand. '' Concentrate the magic within your body at the tip of the wand and release it here '' she said and the tree grew up again.

'' Can I do that ?'' Arthur asked '' Yes you can try it '' said Noir. '' I will show you '' Noir said going behind Arthur's back and coming closer to him and touching his hand with hers '' Hey what are you doing ?'' he mumbled.

'' Bear it for a while now try to feel the magic that I am giving you feel it '' she whispered. Arthur did that. '' Can you feel that ?'' she asked '' Yes it's like the flow of water '' he replied.

'' Now try to release it now '' she remarked. '' Yeah '' said he. Suddenly the power was released within his body and the tree broke down '' You did it '' exclaimed Celia. '' Yeah,'' he was surprised.

'' Too soon to celebrate let him try himself '' remarked Albert. '' Yes, I will try '' said Arthur. '' Feel the magic within yourself and release '' the moment he did that a golden light emitted from his hand and the tree was frozen with gold.

'' Hey, what happened ?'' Noir asked. '' How did the tree get all frozen up ?'' asked Adam. '' I don't k-know '' Arthur replied. '' It must have been a fluke '' said Stella. '' Try again '' said Adam.

'' Okay I will '' he replied. But after that no matter how many times he tried he failed. He tried and tried and it was near afternoon now. '' Stop for now '' said NOir.

'' No I will try again '' said Arthur. '' Take a break we are all going to get lunch '' said Adam. '' Good luck '' said Celia while leaving. '' I will stay '' said Stella. Albert also went away.

''Are you okay ?'' asked Stella. '' Yes I am '' Arthur replied. '' Don't push yourself too hard '' said she. '' You will be able to do it don't worry '' said she. '' Hope I can they are trying to teach me so well '' said he.

'' NO need to feel down I can tell you a secret of mine '' she said. '' What is it ?'' asked Arthur. '' That is I am eighteen years old and I couldn't fly because my wings were short before but eventually, I was able to fly when I believed in myself '' said she.

'' Do you think I can too '' said he. ''' YEs just have a little bit of faith within yourself and bang you got it ?'' said she. '' Thank you, you were of great help to me now I have the courage said he.

'' Now I can go on I will try again '' said he getting up. After trying for a while he was able to shoot the light from within his hands and the nearby trees they all froze up in gold.

"I did it, Stella! I did it" Arthur hugged her excitedly. "Yes you did it" she hugged him too.

Meanwhile, Celia has come back along with Adam and saw them. "What are you guys doing instead of training?" is she asked.

"Celia, look I did it" and Arthur said excitedly. " Wait really? All of this?" Celia asked.

"What kind of a genius are you?" she asked. "You succeeded," Adam said.

"I am glad for you but can you try it without any training?" Adam asked. "I probably can't" Arthur replied.

"You need to get used to it as breathing is to you understand?" Celia told. "I understand" Arthur replied.

"Guess the newbie did it," Albert said. "Good for you newbie your powers seems to have risen a bit," remarked Noir.

"Still I need to train," Arthur said. "We are with you no need to rush," said Noir. "Eat this" Albert gave one packet of bread to him.

'' Hey newbie don't you have to go back to the human world ?'' asked Noir. '' Why ?'' Arthur asked. '' Cause tomorrow is an important day in the human world Christmas '' Noir remarked

'' Christmas '' he was surprised. '' But I have no one to spend Christmas with this year '' said, Arthur '' Why ?'' Adam asked. '' Cause the one he loved is dead now ''said Arthur.

'' Poor you '' Celia sighed. '' I see, is that the reason you want to learn alchemy ?'' Albert asked. '' Yes, to resurrect her '' he replied. '' Hey I have an idea, we can celebrate Christmas here along with us '' Noir suggested

'' Hey, good idea '' said Celia. '' Not a bad idea I guess '' said Adam '' But I don't feel like celebrating '' Arthur said '' there's no one in my family now no dear ones ''

'' Who said you don't have a family we your family ?'' Noir asked '' But '' Arthur paused '' I don't want to cause any trouble for you I am already causing trouble for you all ''.

'' It's not a bother at all '' Adam replied. '' We will be happy to celebrate human Christmas '' Celia said. '' Yes, we would be very much happy tout we have a problem '' Noir commented.

''What ?'' Albert asked'' How do humans celebrate Christmas can you tell me that '' said Albert. '' Today is the night huma celebrates Christmas '' said Adam.

'' We need to hurry up and make the preparations then '' NOir said '' What do we need ?'' Celia asked' But what about our training ?'' asked Arthur '' That can wait ''' said Albert.

'' What do we need ?'' asked Celia. '' Bells, decorations he fig tree and Christmas cake that's all and some presents to give your dear ones '' said, Arthur

'' Where can we get all of that ?'' Noir asked. '' Maybe we can arrange by asking Richard or Guild master we can all celebrate at the guild '' said Adam' Hey that's great '' said Noir.

'' Let's go and arrange to come with me Arthur ''Celia said. '' Wait I think we should divide into groups '' said Arthur. '' I will go arrange the decorations and the tree along with Adam and noir and Celia and Albert they will prepare the cake and tell guild master to arrange the party '' he said.

'' Okay then ''said Celia .'' Do I have to work too ?'' Albert grunted. '' Yes you have' Noir said '' Let's got then I know the place where we can get all the decorations there's a shop nearby '' Noir commented.

'' We are going also '' said Celia dragging Albert. '' Guess this will be an exciting Christmas together with the people here '' Arthur thought to himself.
