Chapter 5 Office...

'What is wrong with Mr. Rude, at least heard me out once'

After exploring whole mansion, I got bore Mrs Johnson doesn't allow me to help her in household chores, so I decided to make a lunch then suddenly an idea pop out in my mind.

Let's prepare lunch for Mr. Rude and I will take it to him by myself so I can return his card back to him.

"Mrs. Johnson what's Daniel favourite food"

"Oh dear, call me Marry please and Daniel love indian spicy food"

I grin, when I heard Marry because that's my favourite food too, I can make western, Indian and Italian food thanks to all internet.

I start preparing some special indian chicken dish while listening one of my favourite song 'Mad at Disney' by Salem ilese, because I am totally agree with her on that.

After done with all stuff I properly pack a lunch box with some decoration which gives mouthwatering look to dish.

I quickly went upstairs refresh myself add some lipgloss on my lips, honestly I am not fan of makeup, after taking my sling bag from dressing table making sure that I put his card in it, I head back downstairs.

'Mark' one of Daniel drive help me to carry lunch box till car, seating inside the car I am having second thoughts, what if he got angry by seeing me in his office?, What should I do go back or continue my journey?, Then I also don't want to waste my all hardwork.

After twenty minutes of driving, Mark announced our arrival, infront of us there is huge glass building around 20 to 30 floors, taking deep breath I calm my nerves. 'go ahead zoya you can do it, it's not big deal' I muttered to myself for confidence.

Taking out lunch box bag with me, I enter in building, after security check, I start stepping towards reception desk.

"Excuse me"

The receptionist who was busy in her work look up and ask me with professional smile.

"Yes! How may I help you"

Before I could ask her anything someone called my name.

"Z-zoya"

I turn my head towards owner of the voice, only to find jack standing over there with group of people maybe employees of the company. He walk toward me with smiling face.

"Hey" he greeted,

"Hi" I greet him back,

"What are you doing over here" we ask in unison.

Then we burst out in laugh, after composed ourselves he explain.

"Since childhood me and Daniel is partner in crime so we decided to became partner in company too because that sounds fun, but trust me it's not fun at all to work with Daniel" and continue laughing.

I chuckled at his reaction, then he ask me again.

"So what are you doing here 'Mrs. Zoya Grey' " he emphasized the word Mrs Zoya Grey. I blush on it.

"Uhmm, I bring lunch for Daniel"

"Ohh! Lucky man I am starting envy to him" he said with playful grin.

"Oh you can also join him, if you want, I brought enough for you two and I made special indian dish you should surely try it"

"Sure, I am going to join you guys, my mouth start watering already before I couldn't control myself, I gotta go I have meeting with clients, meet you soon, bye"

"By, bye" I waved at him,Before he go back, he commanded to receptionist.

"Miss Ella, take Mrs. Grey to Daniel office" then he left.

"I am really sorry Mrs. Grey, I didn't recognise you before because yesterday I can't attend your wedding due to some issues, by the way Congratulations" she said.

"Please call me Zoya, and that's all fine, and Thank you"

Walking in private lift, we stop at 28th floor, Ella walk by my side after we few second of walk in long corridor we stop at Daniel personal assistant desk.

"Mrs beganza, she is Mrs grey, she want to see Mr grey" Ella said,

"Ahh! I know hello Mrs grey, nice to meet you but Mr grey is busy in meeting" Mrs Beganza said.

"Hello to you too, No problem I will wait for him"

"Okay, let me show you his office" then we walk toward his office.

Opening big door of his office Mrs Beganza give me way to walk in, I 'thanks' her, she turns to go back not before telling me to call her if I need anything which I respond with small nod and smile.

The office carry classic and modern combination with desk, black couch with tea table and huge glass wall window behind the desk through which we can see whole city.

After waiting for 15 mins, uncle Matt call me to meet him soon, so I decided vist him, walking towards his desk I pull out his card from my purse and put it in first drawer so he can easily find out.

Walking out from his office, I bumped into someone and her file's fell down , all the paper spread over the floor.

"Oops! I am so so sorry I didn't notice you" I apologise and bend down to pick up the paper.

"You-- oh Mrs. Grey, I am sorry, I didn't know it's you" she said, I don't know how she knows me, may be she attend yesterday wedding.

After I pick up all the paper, I notice it's company financial report and me being me start to analyse it,

"Uhmm, Mrs grey reports, I am getting late for meeting"

"Oh I am so sorry, here take it" I handover her all the paper.

"What take you so long 'Miss Anna' " He said.

" I am sorry Mr. Grey, I bumped into Mrs. Grey"

"W-what did you say?" He asked.

"Mrs. Grey, your wife, I was in hurry to come here so I didn't notice her coming from opposite side " she explain.

What the hell that women doing in my office, who give her permission to enter in my company. What's she upto.

"Did she saw this paper"

"Yes! She was--- "

"Okay, let's continue this meeting" I cut her off,

because I know what she upto now my money, doesn't one million is enough for her or she want more than that, oh god how can I live rest 364 day's with such a gold digger.

After ending the meeting, I walk in my office sitting on my office chair I push some of my important files in first drawer and close it with bang. clench my fingers in ball fist, taking breath in and out to control my anger.

How can mama do this to me, how can she got me marry with such a big gold digger, actually I don't blame her I am sure that women emotional blackmail my mama.

After few minutes, office door flew open and revel my best friend jack,

"Hey dude" he greet with cheerful voice.

Making himself comfortable on my office couch, he rub his palm against each other and said.

"Get ready to attack" just then I notice lunch box on tea table.

"Who brought that" I asked in confused.

He look at me with raised eyebrows as if I grow two head.

"Obviously dude your wife, who is married over here" he said while rolling his eyes on me,

"She brought lunch" I asked in disbelief.

"No she brought dinner, don't you know it's already night we are working at night like owls" he said in sarcastic tone.

Oh don't mind him he is always like this, sometime I wonder why I became his friend at first place,

After serval bites he moaned like a girl.

"Mhmmmmm, dude I never had such a delicious food ever in my life, dame man you're so lucky to have a wife like her, I mean she cook your favourite food taking care of you already" he said in amusement tone,

"Your mama was right she is really special"

"This all is just a trap" I said in annoy tone, why people call her special can't they see her real face.

"What do you mean by that" he asked.

"She came here for getting information about our financial report" I explain him.

"And, how do you know that" he interrogate me.

I walk toward him, settle myself next to him and seized spoon from him.

"Mine" I said and savor some food into my mouth, 'mhmm it's really delicious, I will really appreciate only if I don't know, what she is upto'

"She international bumped into Miss Anna, for getting information about our company financial report" I said while controlling my anger feeding my mouth with different types of delicious food which only thing kept me calm.

"And how she knows Miss Anna carry our company financial report at that time, and how the hell she even know that Miss Anna is are assistent manager of finance" he said in annoy tone.

"Why are you taking her side, who is your friend here" I asked him while raising my eyebrow.

"Oh hello, Mr Daniel Grey I am talking about facts" he said in defending tone.

"But that doesn't mean she is not a gold digger" I said getting annoy.

"Then prove it to me" he said boring tone.

"Just wait and watch, I will show you" I said with smirked.
