Chapter 4 CHAPTER 4

He went down and was not surprised to see some unwanted guests at the basement.

"Wahh are you guys the men in black? You all wear the same color. Don't your uniform get exchanged with others?" asked Robert.

They didn't respond to his 'joke' and started to act. They all were very skilled fighters, but Robert was far more skilled than them. Within minutes he finished them off and let out a huge sigh.

"Haah...you guys are not bad. Is this the very first movement he made after all these days? Haha very lame. I expected something "suddenly something strikes in his mind.

He ran crazily to his room. Once he reached his room, he found Flora was struggling with someone while holding his hands. Robert screamed Flora's name and ran towards him. To release his hands from Flora, he swayed the knife at her hand and caused bleeding. Flora let him go and Robert got panicked looking at her blood. The guy pushed Robert and get away from there. Rober's focus was on Flora's hand. He ran towards her and hold her hands.

"Flora! Flora! Are you okay?"

She started to cry as she bleeds more. He gets more panicked and hurriedly washed away her bleed in running water and bandaged her immediately using first aid kit.

"Okay okay... don't cry. It won't hurt anymore okay?" he was consoling her while bandaging her.

When her bleeding stopped, she quit crying and looked at worried Robert.

"That guy was stealing something from your laptop. He didn't notice me. Once he was about to leave, I tried to get the pendrive from him. Sorry Robert. You asked me to be brave, but I make you to worry about me. Sorry. But I successfully took the pendrive from him." she said slowly and put the pendrive on his palm.

For a moment Robert just keep looking at the pendrive.

"Are you insane?" Robert got angry.

"Huh?"

"I'm asking you are you insane?!!" he screamed and threw away the pendrive.

She got startled. She got scared looking at his face. During this 1 year, she have never seen him getting this angry.

"Are you so dumb? You care about the pendrive? If I lost the pendrive I can recover it by working on it. But what if I had lost you? What if he had swayed the knife at your neck? Do you think I could have saved you?" he stood up.

He run his hands into his hair. He couldn't control his anger when he thinks of the possibility that she could have died. He turned back at her. Her body trembles and silently the tears flow like river from her eyes. But still he couldn't take it.

"Why the hell you wanted to fight back?!! Why were you asking sorry? What if you are weak? Did I ever asked you to become stronger?! I asked you to be brave not to fight with him! I asked you to be brave so that you don't have to worry about me! You have me! I will take care of you!!!" he screamed.

He left the place with full of anger. He scared that he will scream more at her, if he stayed there more longer. He went to the balcony while remembering the scene where she was struggling with him. His heart beat stopped for one moment when the guy took out his knife. He just couldn't control his anger. He let out huge sigh and tried to calm down.

In the meantime, Flora couldn't stop her tears and left the place while crying. She couldn't even walk. Her body trembles from Robert's anger. She went to the staircase, collapsed at the corner and cried loudly.

After few seconds, Robert found the pendrive near his foot. He took it. He realized how proud she was just now for saving the pendrive for him. She was so happy that she did something that can benefits him. If he was in her place, he would have done the same thing. Realizing this, all his anger gone away in seconds. He felt bad and guilty for screaming at her and made her to cry. He felt terribly bad, his heart ache so much. He ran into the office. She was not there.

He got panicked and run crazily to look for her.

He kept calling her phone.

"Flora! Answer Flora! Please answer!! I'm sorry please answer!!"

Her phone was on silent mode and she didn't realize his call.

Literally, he went to few floors down looking out for her. Then, he came across his floor and heard crying sound.

He slowly opened the staircase door. He found her, sitting at the corner and crying loudly. Looking at her in that condition, he felt terribly bad and sad. His tears started to flow out. He went near her. She looked at him.

"Why are you sitting here? Come let's go to the room" his face was filled with sweat and tears.

She just kept quiet.

"I said come let's go to the room" he pulled her hands.

She took away her hands and stood up. Looking at him with teary eyes, she passed by him and walk out.

"Where are you going? No one gave you the permission to go back. Come here! You are wounded!" he screamed while chasing after her.

She kept crying and continues to walk ignoring him.

"Flora, I said don't go!!" he hold her hands and pulled her towards him.

"Where are you going? Come to the room with me" he said gently.

She struggled to set herself free. Knowing that she is still angry with him, he just carried her and place her on his shoulder.

"Robert! What are you doing? Let me go!!" she screamed while crying.

He totally ignores her.

"Robert, I hate you! Hate you!" she punched his back while screaming.

Still he ignores her, entered the room and threw her on the couch. She continued to scream.

"What are you doing? I want to go back!!" while screaming she tried to get up from the couch.

Before she could get up, he closed his room's door and sit on the couch pinned her legs to the couch.

"Robert what are you doing? Let me go?" while she was screaming, he leaned towards her.

He moved very close to her face. Her voice started to slow down. As he gets more nearer to her, her voice become husky and gave him an angry look.

"Now you know how to keep quiet, don't you?" he smiled.

"Let me go, I don't want to talk to you!" she avoided his eye contact.

"Flora look at me"

She ignored him. She was very angry.

"Please look at me" she still ignores.

He held her chin and kissed her on her cheek. She quickly turned at him.

"Finally, you are looking at me" he gave her a warm smile.

Her eyes become teary in anger and embarrassment. He gently wiped away her tears and clear her face from her messy hair bangs.

"Flora I'm sorry. I didn't mean to shout at you. I was just worried....aahh(he sighed) I know no matter what reason, it's still wrong for me shouting at you. I will never yell at you anymore. No matter what mistake you do, I will never get angry, okay?" he said in calm and gentle voice.

Her anger starts to melt without her permission. Her anger melt and flow out as tears from her eyes.

"Do you know how..how scary was you just now? I was really scared to see you like that" her voice trembled.

Robert felt guilty. He embraced her in his arms.

"I'm sorry ... sorry please don't hate me. I won't scold you. The thought of you hating me, gives me more pains than anything else. Sorry" he whispered in her ears.

She just stayed still in his embrace and cried loud as she can. After a while, slowly she calmed down and looked at him.

"No actually it is my fault. I'm sorry. I shouldn't have made you worry. It's all my fault. You were just worried about me. If I were you, I would have done the same thing. I'm sorryyy" she hugged him back like panda.

"No...not at all. Don't ask sorry and don't talk for a while. I just want to keep hugging you" he just smiled and gave her a forehead kiss.

He leaned on her completely and they both cuddle each other. They slept off on the couch in the cuddled position. They were too tired to realize that they were sleeping together. They just wanted a peaceful rest after their first big fight.
