Chapter 4 Is this Fate

Finally, we are all done with sumptuous dinner. Minel is ready to pay the bill, the cashier said, its taken cared of by Sir Ari. Wow, that's great! Thank you Ari, we do appreciate this unexpected dinner treat. Ari just smiles and looking lovingly to Hannah who's scrolling her phone.

Ari, we have to go to our cottage now and rest, its a very tiring day. Thanks for the dinner, we can continue talking tomorrow. Hannah said to Ari.

Can I see you in the morning for breakfast Hannah?

Yes, of course! One second I need to ask our itinerary tomorrow. Hey Menchie, what's our plan tomorrow?

Rest in the morning, then we will visit a farm con hacienda in the afternoon, Menchie responded. I'll be there before you even open your eyes....Ari jokingly teases Hannah.

Ari, maybe you can check our cottage first so you'll know where I sleep then you can stare at me like the old times hahaha.

I thought you'll never ask.

The road is dimly lighted but cemented. The entrance of the resort cottages are well guarded and lighted. Ari and his friends are following Hannah's group van.

Finally, were here in our crib for 5 days.

The cottage is clean, equipped with cooking utensils, coffee maker, refrigerator, oven and bbq griller.

Couples occupies the bedroom and the singles occupies the couches in the living room. Menchie, Ernesto, Yolly, Erline and Me will be in the living room couches. The management provides us foldable bed, I always go to the couch. I love sleeping in the couch.

Are you okey sleeping in the couch? Ari ask. Eversince we travel together I always sleep in the couch, being single, its always been my place.

Hannah felt that Ari is not comfortable seeing her sleep in the couch. She assured him that she will be okey. It's always been their arrangement, single sleeps in the couch.

Chito took out beers and started distributing the cans to the guys and started the karaoke party.

Hannah's stuff are in Susan and Rico's room. She excuse herself to Ari and his friends to start unpacking when her phone rang. Her daughter on the other end. As she is talking to her daughter, Menchie notices how Ari keep on looking at Hannah while she is on the phone. She thought, Ari is a jealous type of guy.

Hannah talk to Ari that she will be in the bathroom and if they would like to leave before she's done, its okey to leave, don't wait up for me.

Hannah took her time taking a bath, drying her hair, reorganizing her clothes and other stuff. She is a very organize person, orderly and neat. She thought, probably Ari left already. She put on her jammies and lounging robe and out the door and so surprise that Ari and his friends are still there drinking beer.

Okey guys, time to go home. I need my bed, I am so tired. Hannah jokingly announce that they should leave now.

Ari doesn't want to leave yet but they have to. He caressly touch Hannah's hair and hug her goodnight. He whisper that maybe I could get you and the singles a room in the hotel so you all can rest. She said, its Okey, we are used to this kind of arrangement. You should go home and rest too. Tomorrow's another day. We will be busy, you should go to work, we can manage here.

Ari kiss her on the forehead and pat her shoulder. He ask Hannah, do you believe in fate? Hannah is speechless, I believe in fate but sometimes there are coincidences. Ari just looked straight to her eyes with full of love and smirk. Goodnight my love, Sleep tight and ill see you in my dreams.

At 11 oclock, the light in the cottage are off, sound of snoring, crickets and water splashing from the nearby swimming pool can be heard. The night is still young for some but for Hannah and her group, its time to retire.

The next morning....Sound of footstep and opening of the door in the kitchen woke up Ernesto. Who are you? Sir, we are here to cook your breakfast.

Ernesto: Really!

I didn't now that we have a chef now. Hey, Yolly [yawning] is this part of our arrangement here or we need to pay extra. I don't now Erning, ask Minel. Erning knocks on Minel's door so loud that all the single occupants woke up. Erning what's wrong with you, its 6am, so early why are you knocking at Minel's room. There are 2 chef's here to cook our breakfast, I don't remember Minel' mentioned that we hired a chef.

Hannah put her robe on and went to the kitchen.
