Chapter 4 A celebrity wants your number

Who's she talking with? They can't talk about hurting my girlfriend. I can't tell her about this. Caleb took his phone and screenshots it. He was about to jump out of the window. Suddenly he heard footsteps. He hid under the bed and the door slowly opened revealing Becca's face.

" I will be there, Tiffany " she's talking on her phone and approached the bed. Caleb put his phone is silent and stayed silent. Soon she walked near the window and closed it.

At last, without a doubt, she left her room. " Phew, " he got up from the bed and escaped to the backside of the house through the window. Someone touched his shoulder all of a sudden. A shiver ran down his spine when he turned to see that's Caroline.

" What the hell are you thinking? I told you to wait there." he scolded. He usually told scold her older sister especially not Charlotte whose middle name is angry.

"It's been half an hour. I thought you got caught. So everyone came here." she answered leading him through a short cut. " Wait a minute. I saw something." he told her about the chats and all Caroline said was " Don't tell this to ruby. She will be worried." They reached the others.

After some hours ruby walked away to her home alone. She heard their conversation. ' Iam so weak. I always need protection. I don't like this life. I can't even able to talk bravely in front of anyone. Why am I being like this? I will do anything to change myself. But can I do that?' she thought to herself with a single tear in her eyes. She heard some wolfs howling. There are some wolfs in this town and no one is safe at night. She walked as fast as she can and entered her home.

Caroline walked to the caffeine in the bright morning seeing all the bright kids and students. Clary is looking at a magazine and left all other work untouched while others are working sincerely. "Hey, back to reality. Keep the magazine down and do the work" Care ordered.

"Nah, come and see this." Clary grabbed her arms and showed the front cover. It's daniel's next movie announcement. He's bright gorgeous face is everywhere on the magazine pages. Care blinked at it without a reply.

" Aren't you excited about this? " Clary raised an eyebrow.

" Iam...Iam not" she stammered and kept the magazine on the backside so she won't see his face. Who can hate an actor like him? Well, she is trying to do that from the moment she slapped him. " There's still more to know, " clary started again. " oh please, can't you stop, "

" About Becca, " Clary said at the same time. "What about her? " care got interested. "She is going with Daniel to new york for his movie. It's so romantic right?" Clary lost in her dreamland. " nope. She is the worst girlfriend. You don't know anything about her."

" I agree, Care." a voice came from behind. "See for yourself. Bill understands me better." Care broadly smiled at him. He returned the smile while Clary ignored both of them.

Care saw the next order of falooda." who's gonna order a falooda in the morning." she laughed and walked out to the table. "Oh my goodness, " she stuck in her place in a shock. "It's Daniel. I can't go. I can't go" she turned to give that to anyone but all are busy.

" I know you will come, "

"Caroline." daniel spoke. "Okay. Here's your order and Iam sorry for slapping you." she apologized without seeing him. " Fine. but I won't accept your sorry if you didn't sit here with me now, " he demanded her, hoping she will see him. She just nodded and sat with her heads down. He started eating it for a minute.

Care noticed some security guards around them and all the people's eyes on her and him. She hates attention. "I got to go. I have work" she rushed to get up. He grabbed her hands at the moment. Shiver danced down her spine when he touched her. " sit down " he ordered furiously this time.

" I don't know one thing. Nobody disrespected me, not even once and when you did I don't feel embarrassed or angry. It's weird."

"I asked sorry and I don't wanna talk with you again." she let out the words without thinking. She doesn't want to say it. She looked up, both of them locked eyes. " If you mean it then I will go. You don't wanna talk with you?" she blinked a few times and someone intruded by taking a notebook for an autograph.

"Please, Iam a big fan of yours. One autograph and handshake." a young Roshord girl pleaded him. " Iam glad to do that." he signed and shook her hands. She blushed and seemed to be the happiest girl in the whole town.

Another girl appeared behind her and pleaded to take a selfie. He did what they asked and glanced at Caroline's unguessable expression. She once dreamed of meeting him like this. When they were gone she begin again " umm...I... "

" Whatever you want to say. Look at me. Iam here sitting in front of you, not on the floor " he said with slight irritation.

" I can't... omg. You are driving me crazy, " she told in a nervous tone.

" Excuse me, sir, please I need her in the kitchen right now." bill intruded this time. " she will come after ten minutes" he replied and Bill was slightly pissed off seeing him and care together.

" I got to go. but I need your number now. Give it to my security or they won't leave." he ordered and walked away glancing at his watch.

" I...I ..." She is out of words. The security looks make her want to run away. She told them and they finally left the caffeine. 'seriously, what's wrong with Daniel? Iam just a simple girl. I got nothing special in me and he wants to talk with me. All I did was trying to ignore a person like him. What if this is one of Becca's plan to fool me for spilling the coffee?' a million questions going on her mind without a single answer. The rest of the day she stared at her phone waiting if he calls her. But she was disappointed by no response. 'A celebrity won't have time to talk with me. I should not expect it' she confirmed the words to herself like a mantra. She can't even concentrate on her job.
