Chapter 9 Get Out Of Here If You Can't Do It Well

"You should ask the CEO about this. Zoe is always bold. I don't know why Mr. Benjamin has to be troubled with this." Farley couldn't help but criticize angrily and emphasized his tone.

He kept shaking his head. Lily clenched her fists. Was she going to be inferior to Zoe in the future?

"Damn it. I won't let Zoe be the special assistant of Mr. Benjamin so smoothly." Lily said through gritted teeth. The anger in her heart had been spreading, and she hated Zoe more.

She was a fool who knew nothing. Why could she suddenly become the special assistant of the CEO? Someone must be helping her.

Farley took a deep breath, stood up from the chair and went to inform Zoe.

"Zoe, where have you been in the early morning?"

Her colleague, Vivian Wang, had already walked up to Zoe. Zoe smiled bitterly and shrugged. She walked to her seat and began to pack up. Everyone was curious and thought that she had been fired by the CEO.

"Is the company going to reduce the staff? Why did Zoe pack up her things? " Seeing Zoe's expression, Vivian Wang began to worry about herself.

Everyone sighed and looked at Zoe with confusion. Farley and Lily had walked up to them and reached out their hands. They clapped their hands hard to attract their attention.

"Dear colleagues, now I want to tell you a good news and a bad news." Everyone turned to look at Farley. A mocking smile appeared on Farley's face. He said, "I just received a call from our CEO. Our colleague Zoe is about to be transferred to the CEO's office and become the special assistant of Mr. Benjamin. The bad news is that we are going to lose a good colleague."

All of a sudden, someone sighed. No one had thought that Zoe would have such a tremendous change in two days. It was really surprising.

Zoe closed her eyes and took a deep breath. Then she looked at Farley again and asked sarcastically, "You know what happened, but are you still making fun of me here?"

"Zoe, it's your good luck to work in the CEO's office. Your words will make the CEO sad." Farley narrowed his eyes and didn't believe that Zoe really didn't want anything from the CEO.

Farley sneered. Judging from Zoe's expression, he was sure that she was not willing to come to the CEO's office this time. Did the CEO take a fancy to her?

"Excuse me, please." Zoe packed up and left at once.

Farley and Lily narrowed their eyes and looked at the receding back of Zoe. They also wanted to know how Zoe could stay in the CEO's office.

"Manager, is that how you let Zoe leave?" Lily was unwilling to see Zoe leave so smoothly, so she said to Farley coquettishly.

As soon as Lily's voice came out, Farley looked at her face and sneered. He turned around and walked into the office. Lily was so angry that she began to stamp her feet. She didn't expect that Zoe could be so capable.

Seeing the door of the elevator open, Zoe walked out resolutely. Hanley had already lowered his head and looked at the watch on his wrist, with a smile on his face.

"Here you are." When Hanley saw Zoe, a kind smile immediately appeared on his face.

With her things in her hand, Zoe stared at Hanley and asked in confusion, "Where should I sit?"

"This is the position Mr. Benjamin has arranged for you. You just need to work here from now on." Hanley smiled and led her to the seat he had arranged.

Suddenly, Benjamin came out of the office with a thick document in his hand. Zoe's face had turned pale and she stood up angrily from the chair.

"Are you deliberately making things difficult for me? There are so many documents. How can I finish them all at once? " Zoe's face turned pale when she saw the documents all over the table.

"There is a dinner tonight. These documents are the most basic information. If you can't read them well, you will take the responsibility if anything happens tonight." After saying the last sentence, Benjamin turned around and walked into the office.

Anger flashed across Zoe's face. Hanley took out a candy from his hand and handed it to Zoe, encouraging her to hold on and not to be easily knocked down.
