Chapter 3 Encounter A Scum

As she stood in front of the exit door and watched the people coming and going, Michelle seemed to be a little lost and in need of help.

"Richard, where should we go now?"

"Call a taxi. We'll stay at the hotel for today and then try to find a house and a job tomorrow." Richard was already the one calling the shots.

"Okay, let's go to the hotel first." She pushed her luggage and grabbed a hold of Richard's hand as she tried to hail a taxi.

Forty minutes later, almost all the people around them had gone already, but Michelle still hadn't managed to get a taxi. She was so eager to grab a taxi that she ended up walking further and further with Richard without even noticing it.

Suddenly, the screeching sound of brakes caught everyone's attention.

Everyone saw a pure blue Lamborghini pull over on the side of the road. Just a few inches away from the car, a young woman was sitting on the ground, holding a five-year-old child in her arms. Her luggage was scattered all over the ground, and Michelle's mind went blank. Just now, they managed to avoid an accident.

"Damn it!" Daniel Jiang whispered under his breath. From afar, he saw the woman walking across the road, with a child following closely behind. At that moment, he thought that they were one of those people who were trying to blackmail him.

"Are you blind? You're being too reckless!" Michelle furiously said. 'It feels so great to have a damn car, doesn't it? It was a good thing that I was able to react quickly. If it so much as grazed my Richard, I would definitely fight him to death!'

"What are you doing? You... You..." Looking at the flying money, Michelle wanted to give him a mouthful, but she hadn't sworn for so long. After living in Germany for five years, she had completely forgotten how to curse in Chinese.

"You're just a scum of society, a scumbag in the top class, a peacock, a pollution in the air. At worst, you're not using your head. And you know what? "Richard, you're awesome!" As she watched the fearless young Richard help her reprimand that man, she felt so proud again. It was so great to have a talented son! She didn't expect him to be so good at cursing!

After he heard this, blue veins popped out on Daniel Jiang's temples. Clenching his fist, he tried his best to hold back his anger. If they really pissed him off, he was afraid that he would beat them up.

In the end, he closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He couldn't afford to waste him time on these people now. Today, his father was flying back from Switzerland and he was asked to pick him up. He had no idea what was going on inside his father's head right. All he knew was that he couldn't be late.

"Ridiculous!" With that, he rolled up the window, stepped on the gas and drove away!

"Bastard, you just think too highly of yourself because of your money..." Michelle yelled out from behind him. She had never come across such an unreasonable man in her life.

"Mom, don't stoop down to the same level as that jerk. Go ahead and grab the money. Let's go to a five star hotel," Richard said, trying to comfort Michelle. In fact, he wasn't willing to let him go so easily. "AC1234!" He memorized the license plate number!

"Yes, the money!" Michelle thought of the bills scattered all over the ground. She was a bit of a penny pincher. When she arrived in Germany, she suffered so much from being poor. At that time, her money had been stolen, and she neither had relatives nor a place to live. Richard didn't even have milk to drink... It should go without saying that she was so pitiful back then.

As for Richard, the little boy also seemed to be very curious. Blinking his big bright eyes, he looked around the magnificent hall and couldn't wait to give it a try.

"Let's go!" Michelle led the way, walking in with her luggage.

A beautiful lady walked up to them and asked, "What can I do for you?" She had such a sweet voice.

"We would like a presidential suite," Richard replied with a sweet smile, and then looked at his mother who seemed so out of it. He had to take charge during such a crucial moment!

"Okay! We'll book a room for you. This way please." The pretty lady looked at the strange pair in black and couldn't figure out how they were related. She showed them the way to the front desk to book a room.

While Michelle was booking a room for them to stay in, Richard looked around leisurely.

From out of the blue, a small commotion came from the otherwise peaceful entrance.

It was the man who almost ran over him and Michelle at the airport. Looking at the old man and the beautiful woman beside him, Richard's eyes sparkled with excitement as he tried to assess the situation.

On the other side, Daniel Jiang had a deep frown on his face. He knew that his father couldn't wait for him to get married so he could give him a grandson as soon as possible. However, he wanted to be the one to decide when it came to his marriage and didn't want anyone to interfere. What was more...

He turned his head and glanced at the daughter of the Xiang Family, who was trying so hard to act like an elegant lady. Needless to say, he didn't want to marry her at all, nor was he interested in having a simple date or dinner with her.
