Chapter 34 THE TWO WITNESSES.

Woman, thy haughty pride shall fall-

Thy very soul shall quake and quail.

Those words are weaving shroud and pall,

And truth itself may not avail.

To save the life thy sin has taken-

To save thy father's whitened head-

Thy soul to its proud depth is shaken-

Say, canst thou raise him from the dead.
