Zara's Destiny

Zara gazed towards her phone which was ringing continuously. Seeing the caller she smiled and attended to it.

"Hello....bro...what's the matter...?" Zara asked Zaid with a smile on her lips.

"Princess....come fast to the address which I messaged you...I have a gift for you..." Zaid said and hang up the call.

Zara wrapped up her designs and headed towards her car. Quickly she drove away to her destination.

As the sky is dark and the moon soars leisurely. The clouds floated in the sky, which seemed to hide the beauty of sparkling stars.

Soon the clouds turned black. A soft cold wind blew everywhere.

Zara in her red car moved over the highway with lights on full beam. A tapping sound on the windows of the car can be heard.

As the clouds spat out their beads of water the rainfall became heavier. The roof of the car danced with water droplets and It sounded like the buzzing of angry bees.

But it didn't even distract her drive. Soon the car halted near a huge gate. The guards bowed and opened the gate, seeing their lady boss.

The car entered straight to the parking lot of a huge building. A gang of bodyguards lined up to receive her.

Soon Zaid came out of the crowded guards and opened the car door. Zara came out wearing a beautiful red knee-length frock with red high heels.

Zaid scanned her with a light smile on his lips. Quickly he directed the way to the elevator. They entered the elevator along with Zaid's assistant Mr. Mike Wilson and left to the top floor.

Reaching the top floor and getting out, the bodyguards noticed their lady boss who is a gorgeous yet cold-hearted woman.

Instantly they bowed their heads in panic and greeted her with respect. Soon they reached near a glass door.

Zaid opened the glass door using his fingerprints and direct her the way. Entering the room they sighted a man who was tied up in a chair.

Her face glowed with a huge satisfactory grin for a second but within a fraction of seconds, it turned into a cold one.

Mike and the bodyguards find the changes and a shiver went down through their bodies. Zaid pulled her to him by side hug and whispered," Zaraa...dear....calm down...".

Hearing Zaid, Zara composed herself and walked towards the man. The man was beaten brutally, blood was oozing out from his head and he is still in an unconscious state.

Zara ordered guards to wake him up by pouring cold water.

The man was petrified and wake up with a loud shout," who the hell.....dare to pour cold water on me...?...I will kill you all..." letting out the words he gazed at his surrounding, he shocked to see a young beautiful girl around 20 or 21 years standing near to him.

The man was confused, seeing the unfamiliar face he asked "Who are you..".

Soon Zara let out dangerous laughter, the man and guards trembled with fear seeing her devilish laugh.

Zara slightly bends towards the man and whispers something to him, instantly his eyes widen with shock.

Zara left out a victorious smirk, walked to her chair and ordered the bodyguards to continue with their torture.

All this time Zaid stands beside Zara as a shield who will protect his sister with his own life.

Mike witnessing the scene and a merciless coldblooded sister of his boss decided not to offend his lady boss in any matter.

After 20 minutes of torture, the man died. All this while not even a single second passed for Zara without seeing the whole deathly torchers. Zaid noticed a tear appearing in her eyes.

Before Zaid could console her she cleared her eyes and gave a sweet smile to him like an adorable sister.

Zaid too noticed it but he too smiled back. They both went out and reached near the car. Zaid opened the car door for Zara.

Soon Zara hugged Zaid," Bro...am so blessed to have you in my life...love you...".

Zara tiptoed and gave a kiss to Zaid on his cheeks. Zaid felt happy seeing his sister's happiness.

" I'm going now...I need to go for a long drive bro...see you...bye...". Immediately Zara speeds up in her car, smiling at her brother.

By the time Zara arrived out of the gate the rain stopped.

It seems like everything went back to normal. But here Zara's mind wandered through endless thoughts.

Hi readers... Here are the main characters in this book. Yet a lot more characters are there. I will introduce them later on.

This story mainly revolves around Zara, a young beautiful girl with bold character in the world but a sweet, humble, loving sister to Zaid.

Let's dig into the book:

Zara sped up her car and headed towards her favourite lake view. The view of the lake calms her soul.

The stars glittering are reflected beautifully in the lake. Now the gloomy clouds get cleared after rain as Zara's mind too.

Today a small stone was lifted from her heart which was implanted years ago. Yet a light stone didn't erase her pain, sufferings and nightmares.

But she should be happy for her brother who gave her a new life, treating her like a precious gem.

Somewhere she feels good and the place to calm her stormy mind is her favourite lake view. After calming herself Zara drives back home.

There she has a strong arm to hold her and wipe her tears. That's her brother Zaid. She loves him a lot. He is the one who gave her strength. He changed her from a naive girl to a bold and ruthless woman.

Returning to his mansion Zaid waits for Zara impatiently. He knows that Zara suffered a lot in the past. So he should protect her and be with her in every step of her revenge.

Zaid made sure that his sister was a capable young lady and he also made sure of her security too. A lot of bodyguards follow her everywhere.

He knows she went to her favourite spot which calms the storm inside her. Waiting for her arrival, looking out to the front door from time to time Zaid continued his work.

Parking the car Zara went inside the mansion. There she spotted Zaid who was engulfed in reading his files.

Zara's inner self is soothed by spotting her brother who waits for her. Soon a tear appeared in her eyes but she gulped it and smiled.

Zara walked towards Zaid and sat near to couch.

" So...Mr. Zaid Anderson are you busy? Can you spend some quality time with your sister now...?" asked Zara.

Zaid lifted his head, immediately a smile crept on his lips.

Zaid removed his spectacles and raising his eyebrows asked her "hmm.....Then shall we have some butterscotch ice cream"

Zara clapped her hands together and laughed out. hahaha... brother...you know what your princess needs..." said Zara happily.

Zaid knows his sister is fond of ice creams, chocolates and cakes too...

Zaid sighed and said " okay.... get ready princess...Let's go...".

Zara kissed his cheek and went to her room to change her dress. She wore a simple yet elegant white lace top with pink jeans.

When Zara entered the living room Zaid was already waiting for her wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans. They both headed towards their car and drove off to a nearby ice cream shop.

Reaching the shop Zaid ordered 2 butterscotch ice cream for Zara and vanilla for him. Zara waited for him to get ice cream near their car leaning towards it impatiently.

After an eternity (only for Zara) came back with 2 butterscotch ice creams and handed them to Zara. Zara jumped and snatched the two and started to lick her icecreams.

Zaid gave a helpless look towards her. He went back to get his ice cream. While Zara licks her ice cream unaware of her surroundings, failed to notice a pair of eyes watching her.

A black luxury car parked near a road adjacent to the ice cream parlour. A young man watching the girl with full attention.

By seeing her selfless appearance a small smile crept in his lion. But soon it vanished by remembering those memories.

The driver gets stunned by seeing his boss with lots of emotions. He's totally confused and shocked to see his boss witnessing a young beautiful girl every time he visits the city.

But never he approaches her. After a while the man turned to the driver, finding his driver watching him, he instructed the driver in his usual cold voice " Drive to the airport..".

After having a sweet lovely evening of ice cream, Zaid and Zara went to their mansion.

While Zara was moving towards her bedroom Zaid said, " Zaraaa....you know that I will support you every decision that you will take... I believe you...So be careful in your steps. Don't make me regret it...Love, you Princess " Saying those words Zaid walked towards Zara and hugged her for a while.

Later by giving a peck in her forehead he bid good night to her and walked towards his bedroom.

After Zaid left, Zara moved to her bedroom with lots of thoughts in her mind.

The next day Zara woke up done with her morning exercise and took a shower. Later she dressed up in black pants and a white striped top with a formal coat.

Heading towards the dining hall she spotted Zaid who was waiting for her. Hurriedly she took her seat and had her breakfast with Zaid.

They had some random talks about upcoming business projects and left by bidding goodbye to each other.

Zara drove her car towards ALLENDA Designs and headed towards her private car parking area.

ALLENDA Design is a four-storied building with elegant interior designs. She parked her car and entered the private elevator which directly leads to her cabin.

A large room with an office table and a big design studio only for Zara is on the top floor of the building.

Approaching her table she made a call to her secretary Ms. Jeny Wilson informing her arrival.

Jeny and Zara were friends for the last five years. As Mike joined with Zaid, the girls used to catch up frequently.

Soon they two made their bond strong. For Zara, Jeny is like an elder sister as Jeny is two years older than Zara.

Three years back when Zara decided to start her own company both Jeny, Mike and Zaid supported her and helped her to set up her own company.

Zara likes to enjoy her freedom. She is not used to the media attention that's why she's hidden from the outside world.

In these 3 years, the company's growth has been tremendous. The designs of ALLENDE will always be the talk of the city.

During a crisis period, Zara introduced a Brand named "Alfaz D" to the world which changed the trend-setting of the fashion industry.

The designer Alfaz of these brands is still a mysterious one to the world. Many international models and rich people were fond of these designs.

But only a limited number of people can gain these designs in their wardrobe

Now, this brand has become a trend and the only source of having this collection in anyone's wardrobe is through ALLENDA designs.

ALLENDA designs promote many brands designed by them but the collection and designs of "Alfaz D '' are still showcasing the best in the whole world.

After the call, Jeny entered and greeted Zara with a professional smile. They are friends but in the company, they behave professionally.

Jeny informed Zara of her pending paperwork to be completed and left the cabin. Zara is too engaged in her work.

Two days later ~

One Evening around 4 while Zara was working on her new designs, she received a text message on her phone. It's from Zaid.

MEET ME AT BRIDGET'S SQUARE AROUND 7 PM ~Zaid ~

Seeing the time Zara soon completed her work and informed Jeny about her departure. Then she drove towards Bridget's square.

On the way, she stopped her car when she saw a red signal. At the same time, something caught her attention.

An old lady was searching for something on the pathway. Zara noticed that the passersby were not even helping that old lady.

Soon Zara parked her car to the side of the road near the lady and approached the old lady.

Feeling a presence near to her the old lady raised her head. The grandma was surprised to see a beautiful young lady. Soon Zara kneels beside the old lady.

The lady can't see Zara's appearance clearly because she dropped her specs somewhere on the pathway.

The lady is shocked to see Zara's action. A young girl whose clothes itself screams her richness sitting beside her.

Without even noticing the gaze of the lady Zara asked with a sweet smile " Oh... grandma... What are you searching for?...Tell me...I too will search for it".

The old lady composed herself and said " Miss I dropped some cash here. While getting it I even dropped my specs too. I am searching for my specs. Miss. Could you please help me to find it.? "

Zara nodded. Picked up the specs but she couldn't find the cash. Zara understood that someone would have taken her cash.

So soon she took some cash from her purse without giving any chance to be figured out by the grandma.

Then she turned towards grandma and said " here grandma.... Your specs and cash.. ".

After receiving specs grandma hurriedly wears those to get a clear view of the young lady's face. She's mesmerized by Zara's beauty.

"Thank you miss for your kind help.."

Zara smiled and kept her both hands around gramma's hand.

" Oh grandma.... You are elder to me don't call me to miss.. Call me Zara... It's my name..".

Immediately grandma's face tightened up. Soon grandma raised her hand and put it in Zara's cheeks and said " oh... You are looking so beautiful my dear...". Zara giggled.

Then Zara insisted to grandma that she would drop her. After a lot of struggle, the grandma agreed to her resistance. Zara helped the grandma to enter the car and later she drove off.

While a little far inside a cafe our Dustin Walker witnessed the whole scene.

He was stunned to see a breathtakingly beautiful young girl whose looks shows that she is not an ordinary girl.

The cute innocent girl gave her money without even thinking twice.

He can't forget her beautiful smile. While thinking deeply about an Angel he forgets his surroundings.

Someone tapped his shoulder to make him release from his dreamland. Dustin jerked off from his thoughts.....
