Chapter 1

the bright light shines into my room and my eyes opened .

I couldn't believe it was another day

I tried standing up from the bed and I groaned from the pains I felt .

walking up every day with the responsibility of being an alpha and having a lot of work on you, isn't something to write home about .

I pushed a naked Abigail beside me away as I dashed into the bathroom and quickly took my bath.

walking out of the bathroom I quickly put on my clothes and I rushed out of my room in the pack house ..

"Are you leaving already" her voice stopped me .

" you should freshen up Abigail , I would be back by noon "I replied and walked out .

I know most of you might be thinking Abigail is my mate, but that's a big no, Abigail is just a friend and I would say my personal slut .

well am still doing this because no haven't found my mate yet .

opening the door I found my beta and my Luna standing there .

"morning alpha" they both greeted as I stepped out .

morning " I replied as we all strode down the stairs .

well let me introduce myself to you guys .

am alpha Callum Blain and am just 20 years old, I took over as the alpha just some months ago and I had been working my life off the desk just to take care of my people.

most people think being an alpha was sweet because of the respect and love you got from people but it's far from being sweet .

our pack is know as the strongest pack in the whole district and I must take up that responsibility.

walking up every morning and making sure everyone was safe was something my mom and the beta and delta had trained me to do and am thankful for that .

I never met my dad, well that's a story for another day .

I really do appreciate my two friends who were also my beta and delta ,if I hadn't had them I wouldn't have been here today .

as you all know every werewolf is supposed to meet their mate from the age of 18 but mine was a different case entirely , I turned 20 a week ago but yet I haven't found my mate yet and time wasn't on my side anymore .

I wondered why the moon goddess is being unfair to me, I wanted my mate by my side, she's my power and I hope I met her soon .

"morning alpha " everyone greeted as I walked across them and I just nodded my head In acknowledgement.

we walked into the bush path and with that we tore off our clothes and sprinted into the forest .

I ran with all my might and power and feeling the wave of the cool weather .

we ran close to the cave and with that I changed back .

" take this " thane my beta said and handed me a top and a shirt from one of the tree .

we always had clothes tucked in the tree because we could change at any time .

I walked out of the bush with my beta and alpha behind me .

I saw my guard's walking around the cave restlessly and I wondered what was wrong .

"morning alpha" they greeted as I got to where they are .

"Morning " I replied as I walked towards the cave .

I studied it calmly and I discovered that something isn't right .

"what Happened here ?" I asked turning to face them .

"someone was trying to break the cave open "Elijah my chief head guard said and I understood.

I know they where all Surprise that I wasn't mad like why would I be when I already know what's going on .

"I would advise you to tighten the security here "Chris my delta said approaching me .

"you guys can go do your normal Jobs "I dismissed them .

"yes Alpha "they all replied and walked away .

"it's getting nearer " thane said with a worried voice .

it's not something I should be scared of , instead I should be prepared for it " I told then walking away .

"you should both get to duties "I told them through the mind link and I walked into the forest .

I walked into the forest and I went to sit at the edge of the river ,I would always come to wherever am sad about something.

I wanted so hard to visit my dad grave but that was totally out o point, I couldn't go, not just now .

the thought that the day was getting closer and I haven't met my mate yet made me feel so lost, if I die now who would take over from me .

I know most of you might be wondering what this cave stuff is all about, I would say it's some kind of ritual that had been going on in this pack for centuries .

the ritual is carried out in every blood moon and the blood moon comes out a year after the Alpha had been made .

the past five alphas or should I say my grandfather's hadn't survived this ritual and so was my dad .

the ritual is a matter of life and death and the alpha are supposed to enter the cave and fight some beast, I really don't know if it's true but no one knows what's really in that cave.

when each alpha died the beta and the delta with the Luna takes responsibility of the child because each alpha is expected to have a child before going there .

I wanted so bad to meet my mate and have my kids but I wondered why it's taking so long .

I watched the water flow around peacefully and I wished I had such peaceful life .

. growing up as a kid without a dad hasn't been easy I had only grew up to see his frames and photos, I never met the real him .

the body of the alpha weren't found but a burial was done for them as they where believed to be dead .

my thoughts went to Abigail and I wondered if I could even have a child with her, but I don't think that's going to end well because it's an abomination .

I liked Abigail but knowing the fact that my mate was waiting for me somewhere made me withdraw from that thought.

the hard thumping on the floor made me realize that I was been surrounded and looking behind I found out I was surrounded by two rogues .

rogues had always been the problem of our pack .

I quickly changed into my big black wolf as I howl angrily ,am angry and so was my mate .

the first one launched towards me but I quickly tore. it apart with my just a hold, that was how powerful I am .

the second one saw what just happened and tried to escape but I wasn't taking such risk, I linked towards it and holding it back I tore it apart .

a loud howl came out of my mouth and I ran into the forest

Chapter 2

I sped off speedingly into the forest not even minding where I was running to .

I ran to a particular spot and I knew that I wasn't in my pack anymore, this was alpha Eros pack .

I stopped and changed back to my human form and with that I picked up a shirt from one of the trees after I had changed .

I looked around and made sure no one was seeing me .

this pack had always been at war with out pack and going there right now wasn't a good thing .

I stood in a high place as I watched the activities going in the pack .

I sat there for a while just then a sound caught my attention.

I wondered where the noise was coming from and with that I hurried down .

I followed the voice and I saw a guy trying to force himself on a girl

the girl could be 18 or Below, I didn't know why I felt so angry right now, I just wanted to tear him off .

"please don't hurt me please " the girl begged crying .

I stood watching at a long distance because I couldn't risk been seen .

"I don't care Lina , all I know is that am having you here and right now "the guy growled and pinning her tightly to the ground.

I watched helplessly but seeing him tear off her clothes I rushed towards him and quickly pulled him off her and Landed a punch on his face .

the guy groaned and the floor groaning in pains .

the girl quickly stood up shaking and crying at the same time .

"how dare you try to force yourself on a lady ,have you no respect "I yelled at the guy Angrily.

he wanted to turn to his wolf because I when he saw me, he stopped immediately and a smirk appeared on his face .

I took a closer look at the guy and I discovered it was alpha Eros brother .

"how about I tell my brother that you crossed the border and came to our pack "he said smiling.

" you know you shouldn't force yourself on a maiden "it's against the rules of your pack ,then imagine what people would say when they gear about your dirty act," I replied Smiling.

his face fell and all his smile vanished.

"she's a fucking maid and not anyone important "he growled Angrily.

"well we would see about that, now get the hell out of this place "I yelled at him angrily .

"don't think you escaped am going to have you tonight "he replied as he walked away angrily.

immediately he left, the girl began to cry and shiver at the same time .

"it's okay "I told her as I bugged her and she sniffle in my arms .

this was the first time I was consoling someone and am even surprised at how good I am .

"I think I would get going now, I don't want to get into trouble with the alpha ,thanks so much alpha Callum,tho they only say bad things about you here, but meeting you here today and with what you just did, I tend to love and adore you, thank you so much for not leaving him to have his way with me ,I really do appreciate "she said smiling..

I smiled at the blonde looking girl in front of me , she had. wide hips and blue looking eye and to be sincere she's too pretty to be a maid, she's supposed to be a Luna .

"what's you name ?" I asked even I finally found my voice .

"Lina "she replied shyly.

"Lina you should get going now, maybe we would meet some other time " I told her .

"no you should get going now "our pack guards are coming "she said urging me to go .

I looked and I didn't see anything .

"you won't see them but I can, just go "she said pushing me away and with one final stare at her I sprinted off into the forest .

I ran into the forest faster and her scent and thought filled my head and I could tell my wolf was kind of excited and I really wondered why .

the thought of how the girl knew the guards where going still shocked me because only Luna from our pack had such gifts, they could tell if people are going or if something bad is going to happen and they also had this healing power .

I ran straight to the field and I could see my beta and delta doing their duties .

I changed back into my human form and after putting on my short I walked out .

the first person that saw me was Abigail and she quickly approached me .

"where did you go ,I had been so dead worried about you why didn't you tell me where you are going " Abigail Said.

"Am the alpha Abigail and I can take care of myself, you don't have to worry about me" I told her and with that I started approaching my beta who was training them and his too busy to even notice that I was approaching him .

I stood behind him and just then be stopped.

"where the fuck are you coming from Callum because I could tell someone crossed the border, don't tell me you left me the pack ?" he asked me through the mind link .

I walked away from the training ,and started walking towards the border patrol, I really needed to tighten it after the rogue attack .

"alpha " all my warriors greeted as I walked towards them and I just nodded my head in acknowledgement.

"you,you,you ,you and you" I said pointing at some of my best warriors, I would want you two to join the north patrol while the rest would go to the east, is that understood ?" I asked.

"yes Alpha "they replied and I nodded my head .

I was about walking away when thane got to where I was .

"what's are you coming from alpha ?" he asked looking at me .

"we would talk about that later" I replied and with that I walked away.

Chapter 3

Alpha Eros .

I stared at the stupid maid angrily and I fumed waking around .

I had gotten a report from my brother earlier that alpha Callum was here and in my pack and he was seeing this girl .

only the moon goddess knows how much I hate that so card blood moon pack that claims to be more powerful than the rest pack .

I had tried fighting them but I found out it was of no use as they keep getting stronger each fucking day .

I decided I won't back down, do how I have gotten something good on my side .

I wanted so much to ripe off her throat and make her confess how long she had been seeing him, but the bitch had refused to say a word and that was annoying the hell out of me .

I wondered why this Lina girl have to look so beautiful even for the that fact that she's just a maid .

"Lina are you going to start talking or you want me to force it out of your mouth "I growled Angrily at her .

"Am saying the truth alpha ,this is the first time am seeing him "she replied crying.

I wanted so much to believe her, but my heart was saying something else .

"why don't you just let her go " my Luna said walking into the cave I had kept her, how the fuck ,did she know that I was here .

" I know you would always be here , because I heard her cry , you should let the innocent girl go " Chloe my Luna said .

I looked at the girl crying and blood coming out from her body , my boys ready did a nice job flogging her .

"you are lucky, she begged on your behalf or you would have yourself to blame, let her go "I told the guards as I walked out with Chloe .

"Eros don't tell me you still have plans of attacking the blood moon pack "she asked as we walked into our room.

I never wanted her to know about this, I wondered my Luna have to be this kind hearted.

"you aren't answering me "her voice broke me out of my thoughts .

"come on Chloe, I already told you that I won't do anything stupid or don't you trust me anymore ,I asked trying to act cool.

"I know you too well Eros, I know when you are planning something but I really don't care anymore be because you know no matter how hard you try to fight them you can't defeat them, they are the strongest pack ever and I hope you don't go planning your doom "she told me and sat on the bed .

"can we please stop fighting about irrelevant things and talk about ourselves "I said as I kissed her stomach and she giggled.

Chloe is already carrying my baby and we would be expecting him soon, well I think it's high time I but my plans behind and take care of my pregnant wife and Luna .

"what are you thinking?" she asked breaking me out of my thoughts.

"just thinking about how our baby would look like "I replied and she blushed smiling .

I held a sign of relief immediately I was released out of the dungeon.

I wondered what would be my fate if the Luna hadn't come on time .

"I rushed out of the pack house because I was already told to go home because of my Injury .

A soft smile was in my face as I watched my skin heal back immediately.

well don't be surprised, I have some healing Powers, at first I was so scared and felt different but right now a. loving having it .

I greeted everyone I came along on the way and soon I got to a small cottage house I lived .

my little brother Bryan was placing outside, but on seeing me he sprang up immediately to come hug me .

"sissy why are back from work so early "he said tangling my hair .

"I got into some kind of trouble Bryan but not worry, am sorted out "I told him ruffling my hair and he giggled.

you all might all be wondering where my parents are, don't be surprised the last alpha killed them for a crime they never committed and am just left with my little brother Bryan .

I wonder if the moon goddess sat up there and watch us differ this way, I just want be happy I would place my past Behind just like I have been doing .

"sissy are you sure you didn't get into any trouble "Bryan my little brother asked as I dropped him on the bed in our room .

"you worry too much "I replied and playfully dragged his checks and that made him smile .

I rushed into the kitchen to prepare something myself and my little bro .

we both are our little good in happiness Eve. thought we didn't have much, we are both satisfied with the little I had .

"sissy I enjoyed your birthday party can we have more of it more often "Bryan said grinning stupidly.

I smiled and my thoughts went back to my last birthday party, it was just the two of us as usual and I don't even have a friend.

we had gone to the lake and swam from morning till evening and when we came back I prepared s little dish for us, Bryan couldn't stop taking about it .

"i would be back soon, just want to go get something "I told Bryan who was too busy playing to even notice your presence.

I walked into the forest and just then a ranging sedation came out .

I could feel my body Almost and I knew instantly knew what it was
