Wings Of Destinies, The Fairy Wars

Once upon a time, there was two kingdoms called the "fairymonia and fairymerica". These kingdoms were owned by two sisters fairies, they are fairies born of the same parents. Their mother Queen Malia died when they were little and their father , king trident was the king of fairyland.

After the sudden death of their father , they were next in line for the throne. Merica the eldest sister disagreed with the idea of sharing one kingdom with her sister so she called the war general of fairyland their father's good and closest friend. She said to him that she don't want to rule one kingdom with her sister but the war general warned her not to depart with her sister.

He said; she is your only sister and together you are both powerful if you depart with her , your enemies will have their way to destroy both of you. But merica didn't listen to what the war general had said to her instead, she insisted on sharing the kingdom into two.

The war general said to merica: remember that I warned you never to depart from your sister because together you girls are both powerful."

But she didn't listen to the war general's warning and he the war general refused to share the kingdom. And this led to a serious fight between merica and her sister which merica promised to deal with her own sister if her sister Monia or the war general refused to share the kingdom.

The fight became more serious than expected because merica couldn't let her dear sister be. She frustrated her sister and always find a way to oppress her.

Monia seeing how her sister has been treating her has no choice than to pleaded with the war general to share the kingdom into two if that will make her dear sister happy.

The war general insisted on not sharing the kingdom into two and warned princess Monia of the consequences that will follow after splitting the kingdom.

Princess merica continued oppressing her dear sister and threatening her life. Princess Monia couldn't take it any longer and she went to meet the war general for the 5th time to please share the kingdom into two so that her sister will let her live in peace But the war general still insisted on not sharing the kingdom into two.

Many days has passed and the war general still didn't share the kingdom . Princess merica then went to the war general and said.

"war general, this is the last time I will talk to you about this (in a command tone) and if you still won't share the kingdom, I will do something terrible."

The war general became scared because he knew what princess merica was capable of doing , so he has no choice than to obeyed her command , He only was scared of the outcome because the twin fairies were strong together.

So he gathered all the other generals and told them what he was planning to do,

But the other generals didn't welcome the idea, they were all against it They told the war general of the consequences.

The generals were all scared of what will become of the two sisters if the kingdom is split into two. Everyone in the kingdom knows the type of power the twins were born with., since the twins were born , their powers has been protecting the kingdoms from the evil witches and wizards. Their powers keep the kingdom safe from any harm that will befall the fairies in the kingdom.

The generals kept on debating on whether to split the kingdom or not but at the end after listening to the war general and princess Monia over her sisters threat, they all agreed to share the kingdom among the sisters .

The kingdom was shared to the sisters at last . Princess merica now Queen merica named her kingdom " fairymerica" while Queen Monia named hers " fairymonia".

The people in the kingdom were not happy when the generals announced to them that the kingdom will be shared into two and that include the people living in the kingdom. There was only one person who was overjoyed on hearing the generals announcement and her name was " Angelina".

Angelina (Angie as she was called by the people) is the younger sister of the late Queen ( mother to merica and Monia), She was very pretty but not as pretty as her late sister the Queen. Angelina was a woman who detest the Queen her sister because she was once in love with the king when he was still the prince but the king only love her sister the Queen.

When the Queen gave birth to the twins , Angelina seeing that the twins were born with magical powers which only work when the twins are together was looking for a way to separate the girls so that she can take her vengeance on what her elder sister did to her by marrying the man of her dreams.

When Angelina discovered that among the twins merica was the toughest she was so happy that her dreams will soon come true. The Queen discovered Angelina's plan to separate her girls through one of her maids ( Angelina's maid) so the Queen tried all her possible best to see that Angelina's plan didn't work.

When Angelina also discovered that the Queen has known her plan and she found out the maid that told the Queen, she threatened to kill the maid if she didn't do as she said. Angelina gave the maid some herbs to poison the Queen or else she kill her ( the maid).

The maid was scared of loosing her life and she was also scared to kill the Queen but she didn't have a choice than to poison the Queen. After poisoning the Queen, Angelina also killed the maid .

The Queen died the day she was poisoned and there was mourning and wailing in the kingdom. The people of the kingdom were so sad because the Queen was a very kind and gentle person, she always help the needy and nobody that came her way go home empty handed. The king wept for many days and night , Everytime he remembers his dear lovely wife he cried and Everytime he sees the twins he wept.

The Queen have two sisters which is "Angie and Regina".

Regina is the oldest of them all and she's just like the Queen very kind and gentle, she raised the twins in the palace after the death of the Queen.

Regina knew all the plans of her sister ( Angie) and she knew what her sister is capable of doing so she tried her best to protect the twins.

Many years have passed and the princesses have grown up. Among the twins, Monia is the most kind and simple while merica is the toughest.

Merica always bully people in the palace especially the maids including her sister. There father before he died always talk to merica to stop bullying people because one day she might need their help but merica wouldn't listen to anyone.

So, the kingdom has been shared among the sisters and Monia named hers "FAIRYMONIA" while merica named hers "FAIRYMERICA".

Monia was not happy that she's going to separate from her sister, she tried to talk to her sister but she didn't listen. Monia was so sad and she said to her maid

"Lisa, do you think I can rule my kingdom without the help of my sister?" Then Lisa ( Monia personal maid) said to her

"Your highness of course you can rule us all just like your father the king did. He ruled us with one heart and your mother the Queen also was so kind with everyone"

"But I'm different from my late father and mother" said Monia. "Your Highness don't said that because you are just exactly like your parents"

The people where asked to choose any kingdom they want to stay and the Queen they want to rule them, Majority of the people followed Queen Monia and that made Queen merica so angry. Queen merica vowed to deal with her sister and her subjects .

Angie was among the people that followed Queen merica and She was made the Queen's special adviser while Queen Monia made her aunt Regina her special adviser. Angie was so happy. " finally I can take my vengeance . But first , I need to poison Merica's mind over her sister. "

So Angie ordered one of her maids to stay in Fairymonia and spy on everything that is going on in the kingdom. And that was what the maid did because she got a job in the palace as one of the Queen's maid.

Monia was ruling her kingdom perfectly just like her late father the king and her late mother the Queen ruled. Her subjects love her very much and they where happy to have make the right decision by following Queen Monia to her kingdom and they where happy that the kingdom was divided because they don't want merica to rule them because of her attitude.

Merica was ruling her kingdom the way she want because she always follow all the advise her special adviser ( Angie) tell her. She always do whatever Angie tell her to do . Some of her subjects where regretting why they followed Queen merica because she made their life so miserable and treat them as slaves in her kingdom.

AA year after the kingdom was shared to the sisters, Queen Monia is seen sitting on a chair in a garden fill with flowers of any kind. She is disturb and concern with what is happening in her kingdom, she feels like she's not the right person to rule the people.

For the past 2 months the kingdom has been suffering from an illness which no one know where it originated from. Many people where suspecting and pointing an accusing finger to Queen merica ( their Queen's twin sister). This is the handiwork of Queen merica, said jack .

Yes you are right because Queen merica can do anything to hurt her dear sister, said Lizzy.

She's so wicked and evil , said jack. Then Lizzy said to jack: you know what jack, I don't put all the blame on Queen merica because she's been control by her aunt Angie, she do anything the Aunt ask her to do and I'm suspecting her Aunt to be involved in the sickness in FAIRYMONIA.

Queen merica is lost in thought and confused so she beckon on her personal maid to Go and call Sir Derek for her and so , her maid went and call Sir Derek.

Sir Derek:

( Bowing) your majesty, you call on me

Queen Monia:

Yes sir Derek I call on you. I'm confused and I don't know what to do

Sir Derek:

Good heavens your Highness, what is troubling you?

Queen Monia:

What should I do Sir Derek? There's an unknown sickness in my kingdom and all the physicians couldn't find a cure for it.

Sir Derek:

Your Highness this shouldn't trouble you

Queen Monia:

It's troubling me i don't want to disappoint any of my subjects , they trust me and believe in me that's why they chose to be in my kingdom. If I fail to find a solution to their problems and the sickness , they'll all be disappointed in me.

Sir Derek:

(Sigh) I'm sorry your majesty but this isn't your fault. Dont worry your Highness I'll talk to the physicians to try their best in finding an Ailments to the sickness.

Queen Monia:

Thank you Derek. Hope you are hearing from your Step brother?

Sir Derek:

It's been a year since I heard from him your highness . What about your twin sister Queen merica , have you heard anything from her?

Queen Monia:

(Sighs) No Derek .

Enters The Queen's personal maid with a tray of coffee and cookies behind her is Cassandra ( Angie's maid that was sent to spy on the kingdom) they dropped the tray on a table and Lisa ( the Queen's personal maid) left living Cassandra to serve the Queen and the Knight . Cassandra continue listening to everything the Queen and the Knight where saying while serving them.

Queen Monia to Cassandra:

I don't seem to know you , what's your name?

Cassandra:

My name is Cassandra your Highness (bowing)

Queen Monia:

For how long have you been in the palace?

Cassandra:

Almost a year your Highness

Queen Monia:

Your face look familiar ( looking at Cassandra's face). Have we met before?

Cassandra:

( Bowing her head and terrified) N..n..no your Highness

Queen Monia:

Ok you can take your leave

Cassandra:

Thank you your highness ( bowing)

Queen Monia to Sir Derek:

Thank you sir Derek, it's been long we have time to discuss like this I'm looking forward to hear from you.

Sir Derek:

The pleasure is mine your Highness (bowing)

Exit Sir Derek and enters Regina (the Queen's aunt and Adviser).

Regina:

I can see that you two have a great time together

Queen Monia:

Yea, we talk about the kingdom and my sister

Regina:

Is that all (smiling)

Queen Monia:

(Blushing) yes Aunt . Why do you ask?

Regina:

Nothing, it's just that your are blushing

Queen Monia:

(Covering her face) oh Aunt stop teasing me

Regina:

I'm not teasing you baby you two are both cute together ( laughing)

Sir Derek is the eldest son of the war general. He and his step brother john has been friends with the twins ( Monia and merica) since from childhood they were best of friends untill the kingdom was divided.

Since they turned 14 , Derek has always love princess Monia which the princess also love him but non of them confess to each other. Merica in the other hand was also in love with Derek but he only love Monia.Derek step brother (John ) has always Admired princess Monia and he confessed to her but princess Monia Rejected him and told him that it's his brother Derek that she love and not him. John was so angry and vowed to deal with his brother.

When princess Monia found out that Derek was in love with her twin sis she was also angry and she also vowed to deal with her sister in any way. That was why princess merica insisted on the kingdom to be divided with the help of John and her aunt Angie.

After the kingdom was divided, Derek followed Monia to her kingdom and he was appointed as Sir Derek the Queen's knight .

FAIRYMERICA

Queen merica is sitting on her throne and facing her on the opposite chairs are John and Angie, Cassandra is standing next to Angie .

Angie

Welcome our dear Cassandra, it's nice seeing you at this time and I hope you brought a gist for us ( laughs )

Cassandra

Yes ma'am, I brought a lot of gist

Queen merica

That's so thoughtful of you Cassandra. Have a seat please ( gesturing to a chair next to Angie)

Cassandra

(Sitting down ) thank you your highness

John

Good , we are listening Cassandra

Queen merica

(In a mocking tone) So Cassandra, how is Fairymonia and my sister the Queen?

Cassandra

Fairymonia is not doing well and for the Queen , nothing has changed

Queen merica

So, what is happening in FAIRYMONIA?

Cassandra

FAIRYMONIA is suffering from a sickness that have no cure. All the physicians couldn't find an ailments to the sickness and that made the Queen so sad.

(Angie , John and Queen merica started laughing )

Queen merica

I love your work Aunt Angie

Angie

Of course your Highness, I told you I can handle that.

John

that's Good Aunt Angie I love your work Thank you . Now my brother will know that he messed with the wrong people.

Queen merica

So as my sister ( All of them laughed)

Angie

Cassandra you did a good job by carrying out your duty well and your parents are going to be rewarded

Cassandra

(Excitedly) thank you ma'am thank you your Highness ( bowing to the Queen)

John

Is the Queen and my brother still love birds Cassandra?

Cassandra

Yes Sir John , I left them in the Garden before coming to this kingdom

Queen merica

So they are still playing the lovebirds (hiss)

John

(Angrily) Derek will surely pay for crossing my path

Queen merica

So will my sister

John

I need to get rid of Derek in any way ( turning to Angie) And I'll need your help Aunt Angie

Angie

Of course John, I'll be glad to help the both of you ( John and merica) to get rid of the love birds

John

The pleasure is mine ( chuckle)

Queen merica

How are you going to get rid of her, Aunt?

Angie

Just leave it to me dear I'll tell you when the time comes

Queen merica

Cassandra

Ma'am, your Highness, I need to get going now before they discover my absence

Angie

Yes Cassandra you should go

Queen merica

Thank you Cassandra and keep an eye on everything

John

And make sure you keep an eye on my brother and his love. I want you to give me everything about them when next you visit.

Cassandra

Cassandra left the palace living The Queen , Angie and John discussing.

Merica is lying down on her bed thinking of what her aunt is planning to do to her sister Monia and Derek .

I wonder what Aunt Angie is up to this time (thinking aloud) , whatever it is I know there will be no good in it. It's not as if I care but I need to find out what she's really upto this time because my lovely Aunt Angie can be evil sometimes especially when it have something to do with Monia.

I need to visit her in her chamber to know what she's really upto but I know my Aunt very well, she can't tell me ( sigh). ( Gets up from the bed fast as if she remember something) yess this is exactly what I'll do ( happily) I need to assign a smart person to spy on my aunt but it should be someone so close to her (thinking) maybe one of her personal maids . First I need to go to her chamber now and see the maid to use .

Queen merica got up and head towards her Aunt chamber.

ANGIE'S CHAMBER

A maid was attending to her when Queen merica entered, they all get up and bow to her.

Angie

Your Highness

Queen merica

Hi Aunt I just stopped by to greet you ( looking and observing the maids)

Angie

(Giving her maids the signal to go out) oh I'm so honored,

Have a seat your Highness.

Queen merica

(Sit down)

(A maid come in with a tray of juice and cookies and placed it on a table bowing to the Queen and goes out)

Queen merica

( Looking at the maid and smiled evily ) so Aunt, can you tell me what you intend to do with Merica and Derek?

Angie

( Sipping a juice and smiling) oh dear merica , I see you are eager to know what I'll do to your beloved sister

Queen merica

Oh Aunt I only want to know and nothing else ( sipping a juice)

Angie

Do you think I'll harm your sister ?

Queen merica

Of course not Aunt , I know you can't harm her ( suspecting her aunt)

Angie

Thank God you know (smiling evily)

Queen merica

(Smiling) I need to go now Aunt, see you later
