Wanted By the Cursed Alpha king

Author: : Penpal_writes
Genre: Werewolf
Rated 18+ There's a rumor, that the Alpha king of Night Shade Pack was once a human. Wilder Reagan, was a child cursed from birth. It was said, that Wilder would die on his sixteen birthday. His parents Mr and Mrs Reagan couldn't accept the heaven wills, and so Mr Reagan sought the help of his brother, Hershel the sinister(as many would call him). To save the boy, Hershel the sinister conducted a ritual and according to the stories, Hershel pulled out the souls of the four legendary four wolves and put them into the body of Wilder Reagan. This wolves, were not just any kind of wolves.. they were mystical wolves. Now years later, Wilder became the most powerful werewolf ever to walk the earth. It was said, Wilder alone... could fight a thousand armies of werewolves and still win. A whisper of his name, is enough to make one shiver in fear. Now, just when everyone thought there wouldn't be a thing that could kill Wilder Reagan, it turns out... that his human body couldn't contain the wolves anymore, and to do that... he needs the power of the blue flames. He needs me.

Chapter 1 He's coming

Blue's POV;

"He is coming, he is coming to get me. I don't know who he is or what he is. But I know, he would come get me. You should leave Sarah, run as far as you can get. If you don't, he would burn you together with this temple." I whispered, my voice hoarse.

"And why does this powerful stranger want to rescue you?" Sarah asked, wiping my hands clean with a towel.

She doesn't believe me. I can't blame her for that. What possibly could a blind chained girl know?

"I don't know. I don't know why he needs or wants to rescue me, but what I do know is that he would come. My flames can sense him."

"Do you know what I think?" She sighed. I could picture her frowning as she said her next words, "I think spending thirteen years in a cage, with no one to talk to has messed up with your head, and your flames." She exhaled even more, her hands reaching out to cup my cheeks... but sadly the metallic helmet covering every bit of my face, stood in the way of her affectionate hands.

"I feel sad to say this, but no one is coming. No one is coming to save you. The only person who can, is your father the king, but he doesn't want anything to do with you. You are stuck here my princess, for life."

She stood up, "my time is up, princess. And I'm sorry I couldn't get you the grapes that you love so much. Agnar caught me sneaking the grapes in, last time. He warned me not to do such again, if indeed I want to continue serving you." She paused, picking up the bowl of water. "I can't go back to the palace, if I do... who should look after you? Those scumbags would leave you unattended to, and instead wait for the smell of your dead rotten corpse. Ah! I hate them all!!"

"It's okay Sarah. Soon I will get to eat all the grapes that I want. He is near."

Wilder's POV;

"Sire! My king! My king!" Hershel called loudly, running into the throne room where I lazily sat on my throne... awaiting death. "If you do not have good news for me, Hershel. I will have your head on a stick, and it would be my dinner." I warned grudgingly, tired of his numerous attempts at a solution that would always yield nothing.

"I definitely have good news, nephew." He responded, standing triumphantly in-front of me.

I sat up on my throne, with haste. The only time Hershel refers to me as 'nephew' is when he is indeed ninety nine percent sure of whatever he has to say.

"Spit it out."

"I have found a solution." He grinned from ear to ear.

I groaned internally, "I know that Hershel. So why don't you tell me what I do not know of."

"Blue flames."

"Uncle!" I shouted, standing up from my throne. He gulped moving backwards in fear. He knows that whenever I call him uncle, it means I am about to loose my shit.

"I have four wolves inside of me, and they would burst out of my chest at any given seconds, dragging me to the depths of hell! And the only solution you could possibly offer me, is a flame? Fire?" I walked closer to him as I talked, my hands ready to strangle him.

"This is not just any flame, Wilder. This flame, could kill the soul of a man, bringing its prey to a quick death. And what's more formidable, is that the flame could actually kill a thousand men in a second." He blurted out hastily, backing away from me.

I halted, "And?"

"You don't have a soul, Wilder. What you have are mystical beings, and so... instead of killing them, the fire would subdue them. In simple words, you won't be dragged down to hell."

I stared at him intently, his words resounding in my head. I walked back to my throne, and sat on it. "How do I obtain this blue fire, Hershel."

"It's not just a blue fire, your majesty. It's a woman." Hershel informed me, "her name is actually Blue Flames."

Okay... I was not expecting that.

"Okay, Hershel. How do I acquire this woman? Blue flames."

"She's at the southern temple. The temple is actually under the protection of Lucian Greymark, king of crescent moon pack. Rumors has it that Blue Flames, is actually his daughter."

"I don't care for gossips, Hershel." I mumbled in annoyance. "We set out tomorrow. Get the night walkers ready."

"I don't think you heard me clearly, Hershel. The girl, she's in a secured temple. I can't even use my power in there, because I would be noticed quickly." He paused, eyeing my body a little bit... "forgive me nephew, but you are not actual really that strong at the moment."

"Get the Night-walkers ready, Hershel. I would get her, even if I need to burn the entire world, to do that."

************

"Who are-"

I watched as the warrior halted in his steps, his head hitting the ground in a thud, blood spluttering of his now opened cut neck, never to be able to complete his sentence.

"Spare no one! Blue flames, she is coming home with me!" I yelled, drawing out my sword from my scabbard.

"Yes, Sire!!" Night-walkers responded back.

Night-walkers, they are my personal warriors, trained to be deadly assassins. Fifteen in numbers, but can actually take out an entire army.

"Hershel, lead me to her."

"Yes, sire." Hershel walked over to where I was, and together we walked through the chaos that was erupting around us.

"What are you-" a guard was rushing towards us, but before he could get closer, I super sped to him, grabbed his neck and flung him across the long hallway.

"Ah. If I still had my strength, his brain would be plastered across this walls. What a shame." I shook my head, then signaled for Hershel to lead the way.

I killed some more guards on the way, and finally after walking down a lot of steps, we finally got to the underground dungeon where Blue Flames is being held.

"Ahh!" A lady in her twenties screamed, dropping a bowl of water she had on her hand to the ground.

Ignoring the screaming lady, I walked past her to the big cage standing firm at the middle of the dungeon. There's a lady in the cage, her hands and legs were chained. On her head, she had a helmet- one that covered her entire face. The helmet didn't look like an ordinary one, it looked like a mystical helmet, I could feel it's magic.

I reached out to the cage, ready to break it open, "do not touch the cage, only Agnar can. If you do touch it, you will die." The screaming lady warned.

Why would such a precaution be taking on such a fragile being. I'm intrigued, what is her story?

"No magic can stop me girl." I smirked at the screaming lady, took hold of the cage door, then broke off the cage and hurled it across the dungeon.

Slowly, with careful steps I walked into the cage, my eyes taking in the appearance of Blue.

Why was she locked in here? And why is she guarded so heavily?

I crouched down in front of her, took off the helmet and the moment her blue eyes met mine... I was reeled in.

Right then, I knew I would set fire to the eyes of anyone who dared to stare at her twice.

The side of her lips morphs into a smile, her hands reached out to my face and caressed it softly. "You made it, Wilder Reagan."

Chapter 2 Our destiny's meant to collide

Wilder's POV;

"How do you know my name?" I asked, shocked that she knows my identity.

"My flames, they told me." She answered, her eyes staring into mine. Then I had a realization, "you can't see me?"

"She's blind. And.. you are the man she's been talking about. You are real." The screaming lady said, standing right outside the cage. "I thought she was going mad."

"What? You didn't tell me that she is blind." I uttered, staring at Hershel ignoring the lady.

"I had no idea, sire." He responded, bowing slightly.

"Someone is coming, we should leave." Blue muttered, and I carried her up in my arms immediately, and together we walked out of the cage.

We were about leaving the dungeon when the screaming lady said... "I'm coming too."

"No, Sarah. You can't. Go live your life. Be happy." Blue countered, as I turned around to face Sarah.

"No princess, I'm coming with you. How can I live my life, without knowing how you are faring or if you are being treated well. Besides, I do not trust him." She expressed in distrust, her eyes staring at me in an unsure manner.

I mean- I would not even trust myself, so why should she trust me?

"No, Sarah. I can't let you do that. Because of me, you abandoned your friends and family at the pack. You haven't had a moment of joy in your life, I can't let you.. do more damage to yourself."

"But, princess.." Sarah protested, walking to where we stood, "Serving you is my greatest joy, my only joy. There's no damage, princess. None."

"Sarah, no. I really-"

"Just let her tag along." I sighed, already tired of their back and forth squabble.

"Pleassssssssess." Sarah begged, clasping her hands in front of her face, even though Blue can't see her.

Blue sighed, "Fine. You can tag along."

"YESSS!!!" Sarah squealed in joy, and together we all left the dungeon, Hershel led the way once more.

And when we arrived at the temple, dead bodies were scattered everywhere and my Night Walkers weren't in the premise. They are probably waiting for us outside the temple.

"Stop! I can't let you take her." A voice yelled from behind us, stopping us from exiting the temple. I ignore the words of the man and made to step out the doors of the temple, but then.. the doors suddenly shut close in a loud bang.

"Agnar." Blue and Sarah uttered at the same time.

"If you take her, it would cost you your life." Agnar said once more.

"Then I guess I won't be dying, because I am taking her so she could save my life." I replied, arrogance dripping from every word I said. I turned around to face the 'Agnar guy.'

Agnar is an old man with grey hairs, and if I didn't know any better I would have thought he is nothing but a weak old man.

"That is what you think now, but soon- I'm afraid you would think in a different way." He stared at me intently, then added... "But anyway, regardless of what choice you go with, I cannot let you leave with her." He stamped his staff on the ground, standing tall.

"You think you are capable of stopping me?" I huffed, dropping Blue and Sarah quickly came to her aid.

Agnar whispered some words, rose his staff high up and then pointed it at me. A bright light flashed out of it and hit me hard on my chest. "Argh!" I screamed out in pain, ripping off the piece of clothing over my chest.

"What the- there's a black hole in his chest." Sarah shrieked in fright.

"Those wolves, they want to come out and I will grant their wishes today." Agnar declared, and the volume in which the bright light drilled into the black hole in my chest, increased.

I fell to my knees, the pain I felt increasing in tenfold. The claws of the wolves digging my chest from the inside. If the wolves gets out, I will die. I can't die.

Hershel can't help me, his magic doesn't work in this temple. What should- "Arghhhhhhh."

"Stop resisting, and LET THEM OUT!" Agnar roared.

"Let him go, Agnar." Blue voiced from behind me. She stood beside me, her eyes staring at Agnar intently, even though she couldn't see him. Or can she?

"Why? Would you kill me if I don't. Are you going to prove that your parents were right about you becoming a monster."

She cackled, "No actually." She shrugged, "I would prove them wrong." She crouched down, placing her right hand on the ground... and then blue flames emanated from the ground, forming a straight line to the legs of Agnar. "I would prove that I have always been a monster."

"No! You shouldn't do this Blue. The both of you are not meant to cross paths, your destiny's should not collide." Agnar cried out, as the flames engulfed him.

But... it didn't burn him from the outside, but from the insides. I could see the blue flames inside of his eyes, but not outside.., I can't.., I can't explain it.

"Both... both of you... are... are a danger.. to..." He slumped to the floor, he died. And somehow he looked liked how an empty tortoise shell would, if he was a tortoise.

Blue turned to stare at me, a smirk gracing her lips. "My flames were wrong, you won't be the one burning down this temple. I would."

With both her hands on the ground, her flames spread across the building walls, burning everything on their path.

"We should leave." She stood back up, and stretched out her hand to me.

I thought I was the only monster this world had, but I was wrong. There's two of us. "You can see?"

"Nope. I can see a person's heat with my flames. And that's all." She explained.

"Hmm."

I claimed her hands and she pulled me up. "Agnar was wrong, our destiny's were meant to collide." I chuckled, carrying her off the ground and into my arms. "Shall we. The world out there is waiting for you."

Chapter 3 I want you to see me

Blue's POV:

"I don't like him. Princess. He is dangerous and I can tell." Sarah expressed worriedly, pacing around restlessly.

Wilder had taken us to his pack, Night Shade Pack. And a maid led us to the room, that Wilder prepared for me. "How many stairs did we had to climb down, before getting to this room?" I asked, sitting up on the bed, ignoring her restless chants.

She halted, "About four. Why do you ask?"

"Does this mean our bedroom is like- underground?"

"Yes it is." She answered, unsure of where I was headed.

"What! We are underground???"

"Yes we are,. What's wrong with that?"

"I don't want to be hidden, Sarah. I have been hidden all my life, and I am not about to continue living that way. I want to be out there in the open!" I declared frowning, folding my hands below my chest.

"Are you not listening to me, Blue? We have been taking by a man who we don't even know, what he wants with you, and he has a freaking black hole in his chest!" She paused, "And if he's truly the Alpha of Night Shade Pack, then we shouldn't be associated with him. He is a monster!"

I crossed my legs, sitting properly at the edge of the bed. "Is that how you see me? A monster?" I asked, my voice low.

"No. No I don't. I do not see you as a monster, Princess. And you will never be one to me." She replied softly.

"So, why do you see him as one?"

She rubbed her hands against each other nervously, "there are rumors about him, Blue. He is not a werewolf by birth, he is a human. He was born a weak human. To make him strong, his father caught the legendary four mystical wolves and put them

Inside of him." She paused, making sure that I was following.

"Okay..."

"That man, Blue. He is neither a man nor a werewolf. He is a monster." She finished off.

"And I ask again, Sarah. Why do you see him as a monster?" I asked, unfazed by her story. If it wasn't Sarah... if it was another person in her stead, I would have lost my cool already.

"I.... I ... I heard... I heard he killed the last Alpha of Night Shade Pack to take over the throne. He has also murdered a lot of people." She stammered.

I shrugged, "So? I killed Agnar. I burnt down an entire temple, making sure there would be no survivors."

"After... after what they did to you, your actions are justified."

I laughed, and laughed even more. "My pack, the people of Crescent Moon Pack, they all hated me. I was bullied by them, pushed and beaten by them. I was five, Sarah." I stood up, walking over to where she stood, "So tell me Sarah, if I decided to burn down my entire pack, killing children, women, men, my parents and everyone who dared bully me..."

I inhaled, then exhaled as the memories became vivid. "If I kill them all, would my actions still be justified?"

She moved back, her body shaking in fright. "I.. uhm... I.. I.. don't know."

"You don't know? I need an answer, a yes or a no. IF I KILL THEM ALL, would my actions still be justified?"

She went on her knees immediately, "please forgive me princess. I am sorry." Her body vibrated in fear.

"I will let it go, this time. Next time, I won't be so merciful." I walked back to the bed, and laid on it. Covering my body with the blanket... "I want to sleep, don't disturb me."

It's been so long since I last slept on a bed. For thirteen years all I have ever known is hard concrete floors, and with the magical helmet over my head, I couldn't sleep properly.

*******

"Before we talk about why you had helped me escape from the southern temple... First, I want you to know that I won't be staying in that underground room. I want to feel the sunlight on my face, so I want a room up here." I said, standing before Wilder in his throne room. He called for me, and I answered.

"And if I don't adhere to your wants?"

I shrugged, "then I will leave and oh... I also need you to cure my blindness. Lastly, I need a position in your palace, maybe your Luna... you don't seem to have one."

Definitely, no woman would want to marry a man that is consider a monster.

To my surprise, Wilder started laughing, his laughter resounding loudly in his throne room, bouncing off the walls of the room and back to my ear.

"Tell me Blue..." he stood up from his throne, walking over to me in slow steps. "Why in the world would I so graciously... tick all the box on your to do list?" He towered before me, his aura giving off intimidation. But I cannot be intimidated.

I moved backwards, feeling a bit... just a bit intimidated, "you saw what I did back at the temple. If you don't comply with my wants, I will burn down you and your entire pack to nothing but ashes."

He laughed. He laughed again!

Do I look like a joke to him.

"Now I'm wondering if I should add you to my courtroom, as the king's jester. You are the only one who has been able to make laugh, in a very long time. Probably twenty five years ago."

"You find me funny? Me? Funny?" If I wasn't blind, I would definitely be glaring at him. Or can a blind person glare? I mean I won't know.

"Yes Blue. I find your feeble attempt to threaten me, funny." He chuckled.

"Well you won't find me funny, when my flames burn you from the insides, dragging you all the way to hell." I stomped my feet on the ground maliciously.

"You see Blue, your flames. Ah, they are very interesting, in-fact I was a bit smitten by them." He closed the gap between us, lowering his head down, his lips on my ear, I shuddered. Whispering, he said..., "But I have got to ask. How do you intend to kill a man that has no soul?"

"No souls?" I repeated.

Sarah told me he had the legendary four mystical wolves inside of him, she didn't say anything about him not having a soul.

"Yes Blue." He answered, walking back to his throne, then he sat on it. "You see Blue, from the day I was born, my destiny was already set for me. I was the boy meant to carry the sins of my ancestor on my shoulders, and die with it. But my father Reagan, bless his soul- did not want such destiny for his only son. And so when I died and went to hell, my father caught the legendary four mystical wolves and with the help of his brother, caged them inside of me. And I was reborn..." he spread his arms wide, cackling in a sinister manner.

"And this is why you can't kill me, Blue. The mystical wolves inside of me, cannot be killed by your flames. But-" he paused, I could tell he was grinning. "Your flames can subdue them."

"The black hole." I mumbled, remembering what Sarah had said. The wolves are responsible for the hole in his chest, and if they get it any more bigger, they would be able to escape and that would leave Wilder with no soul. And no soul, means death.

"I can see you can already tell the part you are to play. The reason I rescued you."

So what if he has no soul? He can't make me work for him without granting my wishes. I am not afraid of him!

"I won't help you, unless you carry out my request. You need me more than I need you, Wilder."

He laughed, AGAIN!

"Do you have a death wish?" He stood up from his throne once more.

Wrapping my hands underneath my boobs, I responded. "You can't kill me Wilder Reagan, and you don't scare me either."

The only reason I was able to live for thirteen years with no food or water, it's because my source of life comes from my flames. I have regenerative powers.

He walked over to me in slow strides, then stood before me... and for a second I couldn't breathe. Why ? I don't know. "Who said anything about killing you, Blue." His hands reached out for my face, and he caressed my left cheek with his finger.

I forgot how to breathe again!

His caresses gave birth to a feeling I never thought I was capable of having.

"Don't you think there's one thing you have that I do not have, Blue."

"And what is that?"

He lowered his lips to my ear, and whispered... "Sarah."

"Don't you dare touch her! I don't care if you don't have a soul, the moment you lay a finger on her I would find for a thousand ways to kill you, Wilder Reagan."

He withdrew his finger from my cheeks, then placed it underneath my chin, raising my head up. "You are cute when you make baby threats. Very cute, there's fine line between cute and annoying. So don't you ever threaten me again." He voiced, in a low growl.

I said nothing.

"So tell me Blue, do you still want to bathe in the sunlight?"

I bit my lower lip, wishing I could really burn him. "No."

"Good. Now that we have come to an agreement, I would advise you blue..." he paused, then continued, "don't you dare act out of place, ever again. I might have been intrigued by your existence, but..." his right hand left my chin and encircled my waist, bringing me closer to him. We had no space in-between us, and my breathing... i couldn't breathe properly.

"Hmm, I think returning your eyesight won't be a bad idea. I want you to see me as much as I see you." He mumbled, his earlier sentence left unfinished.

Why does his words affects me in a weird way? He wants me to see him as much as he sees me.

I could feel my heart beat accelerating, something it has never done before.

In that moment, I was super aware of every thing he does. His breath fanning the brink of my nose, his hand laying just above my butt, and his lips an inch away from my lips.

"Maybe... maybe having you as my Luna, won't be such a bad idea."
