Chapter 1 First Time I Meet You

The world is a game of games. If you're not good at playing, You will be played. When playing we need confidence if you are not good at convincing and impressing people with your intelligence. Confuse them with your stupidity, until they feel they have won.

As it is now, in silence fresh blood runs down a woman's forehead. Pain spread all over her body, soft glass shards stuck to her smooth white skin, and the car cabin was shattered in front of him.

The glass that originally served as a protector from danger now backfired injuring her body. With a blur of vision, she saw her lover covered in blood in the driver's seat. She was surprised to find the man's head stuck in the steering wheel. She heart was beating so hard, her body had goosebumps and pain at the sight of blood. Her body became stiff and difficult to move. With a blurry vision, the woman looked at her lover's lips which smiled faintly.

"Is this our death?" she asked softly to her lover. She really cursed her fate.

Someone came to them, "May you rest in hell. Dee..."

The woman's eyes darkened completely after hearing those words.

A woman walked into the meeting room, everyone was looking at her with happy smiles. It seemed so sincere that it made him suspicious. What is going on?

Curiosity welled up in Dea's body, she was forced by her mother to attend this meeting.

"Come here, honey," her father called.

Dea immediately approached Wijaya and sat beside him.

Her brow furrowed, she didn't understand what was going on here. There are several strangers in this room.

"Introducing, this is Dea. My eldest daughter," Wijaya introduced herself in front of everyone.

"Very beautiful sir," said the old woman. Dea just smiled at the compliment.

"What's this, huh?" Dea asked her father. Her heart tickled to see this strange meeting.

"We will match you, Sis. That man will be your husband," explained Wijaya and pointed to a man who was the same age as her.

Dea's eyes widened in disbelief.

"What!?" she screamed. She turned to her father in disbelief. She did not think that she would be betrothed to a man after experiencing a tragic incident some time ago. No, exactly three years ago.

It may sound like a long time, but for Dea, it is very short.

"No, Dad, I'm not ready," Dea whispered. She was embarrassed to let out a scream earlier. Now everyone is focusing on her.

"It's time dear, how long will you live alone," whispered Wijaya. "Do this matchmaking, later you will get a very extraordinary reward from father. Okay pretty?"

"Father..."

"SSsstttt..." Wijaya hissed at his daughter, not forgetting to wink coquettishly.

Dea could only sigh in resignation. This time his father could not be negotiated.

Everyone was talking about this matchmaking happily except for Dea and the man in front of her, Aiden.

The burly man, who had beautiful brown beads, was looking at him flatly. The fine sideburns on his chin didn't detract from his firm jawline. Thin lips, sharp nose, and thick eyebrows show a charming Aiden.

He was quite handsome for a man, but Dea was not at all interested in him.

For a long time, she sat quietly beside his father. Feeling hot and tired of hearing everyone's chatter, she chose to resign and walked towards the park.

"Unlucky!" cursed Dea. She regretted coming to this meeting. How could her father match her without her consent? She felt like wanted to be angry with her parents, but she couldn't.

Suddenly someone's footsteps were heard. The woman immediately roamed the entire garden, looking for an approaching figure.

The figure came into view, and the tall, thin but muscular man drew closer to her.

The eagle's gaze is ready to devour anyone who sees it. The man's hands were crossed in front of his chest with his lips pressed together arrogantly. Dea just stared coldly at the man.

"Do you agree with this matchmaking?" asked Aiden. Yes, that man is the man who will be betrothed to her. Instead of making introductions as pleasantries. But Aiden went straight to the point discussing the matchmaking.

It took her a few seconds to think.

"Do you still need to ask that?" Dea asked sarcastically. She didn't agree, but she couldn't refuse.

Seeing Dea's cold response made Aiden smile cynically at the woman in front of him. Those eyes explored Dea's entire body without exception. The gaze made her opponent uncomfortable.

"When you marry me, your life will not be calm. I'm just looking for profit," replied Aiden.

"Huh!!? As expected, what do you want from my family?" Dea looked at Aiden's eyes sharply. She has realized that where there is a man who accepts an arranged marriage without profit.

"Should I tell you? You don't even deserve to know that," Aiden replied arrogantly. He looked down on Dea, as low as a woman. Because he knows, if the woman he will marry has a dark past and tends to be very troublesome if he lives with Dea.

"Huuhhhh..." a sigh escaped Dea's mouth. The man in front of her was truly arrogant, even daring to look down on her. He saw her as a useless street dog.

"I already have a lover, if you agree to this matchmaking. Read this contract." Aiden threw a piece of paper that was stuck together.

Without fighting back, Dea immediately read the contract written on the paper.

"The guarantee is not much," protested Dea. Like Aiden, she also wants to get a lot of profit from this matchmaking.

"How much do you want?" asked Aiden. He is very confident to fulfill the request of his future wife.

"Add 10 million dollars." Dea steadied Aiden without blinking. The man smiled stiffly. Quite a lot.

"I'll give you 15 million dollars. Are you satisfied?" Instead of protesting, Aiden added a guarantee for his future wife. "On the condition, do not interfere with my relationship with my lover," continued Aiden.

"Okay," agreed Dean. He was satisfied with this deal.

Aiden took his cell phone out of his jacket pocket.

"Mr. Lastro, revise the contract now. The guarantee was changed to 15 million dollars. And immediately bring it to the garden next to Mr. Wijaya's house." The man ordered someone to revise the contract agreement.

It didn't take long, a middle-aged man came up to them and gave Aiden a bundle of paper.

Aiden immediately gave Dea a pen so the woman could sign their marriage contract.

"Nice to work with you, Dea," said Aiden with a satisfied smile. The woman didn't react.

It only took two years to become Aiden's wife. It turns out that he is a CEO who owns a company in the field of staples. No, it's not just basic ingredients, the company that is sheltered by her future husband has many other fields such as the electronics, fashion, and food sectors. Who would have thought that her husband would be a man who was targeted by many important people.

A few days later, Dea and Aiden held their wedding in private. Only attended by family and some important people in the country.

Her parents and in-laws looked very happy. Aiden looked very happy, but Dea knew it was just a charade.

She had been standing on the aisle for a long time. Everyone was busy talking to each other, while Dea was silent alone.

The woman chose to rest on the balcony, looking at the stars scattered in the night sky.

She thinks about her fate, being married to someone else without love as we write on a blank white paper using a white pen. Unseen and still empty.

Before she knew it, her cell phone rang several times. When the third ring, Dea immediately saw it.

"Who?" Dea's mind was curious. There is no contact name listed there.

Dea ignored the call, but the number kept calling her so many times that it made her disturbed.

Annoyed, Dea replied, "Who?!" she said curtly.

"Why to shout?" asked someone on the other line.

"Just go ahead, say what you want." Dea doesn't want to bother dealing with this unclear person.

"Look at your chest," the man ordered.

"Why am I looking at my chest? You are a very perverted person!" shout Dea.

"Take a look, you'll be surprised!" press the person on the other side of the phone.

Finally, Dea saw her chest.

"Fuck!!! What is this!?" Dea was very surprised to see infrared like a gun flashlight.

Chapter 2 Legal Wife

"Hahaha, are you surprised?" asked someone on the other line. Dea was furious to see infrared stuck to her white dress.

"Crazy! What do you mean by doing like this?" Dea asked excitedly. How could it be on her wedding day to be given a terrible shot of a gun. Her heartbeat was working fast.

"Hahaha..." The person laughed giddily, he seemed to enjoy seeing Dea's emotion.

"You laugh at people's suffering?!"

Dea sighed roughly, these few days there were many unexpected things. However, today was even crazier.

"Ekhemm..." the person cleared his throat after being satisfied with laughing at the woman he called.

"Are you satisfied?" asked Dee.

"Of course I'm satisfied. The day after tomorrow meet me at the location I shared in the message."

Ting! There was an incoming message on Dea's cell phone. And that is the share location that was just notified. The woman rolled her eyes, feeling embarrassed to respond to such an unknown person.

"At 15.00 WIB, we must meet as soon as possible. This is very important," explained the figure.

"I refuse. Bye." She immediately hung up the phone.

She was annoyed that she had been toyed with by people she didn't know. The infrared that was previously in her chest had now disappeared. Somewhere, it seems that someone is not aiming at her anymore. Dea breathed a sigh of relief.

PYARRR!!! suddenly the glass behind her shattered. Dea immediately lowered her head, the tragic memory she had experienced earlier resurfaced.

"Hahh... hah... hah..." her breath hitched. She felt that no oxygen could enter her nostrils.

"Dea!" cried Aiden who immediately ran to the balcony. The man immediately carried Dea inside. Everyone looked panicked, except for Wijaya and Kusuma.

"I'll take Dea to a safe place first, Pa," Aiden said to Kusuma.

Aiden's father nodded and immediately pulled out a gun from under his jacket. So is Wijaya.

Dea's situation is really messed up, she is now unconscious.

Everyone in the ballroom was in a panic. Some of the guards that had been prepared were already in alert mode.

Aiden and several guards ran to the room that had been rented. There were Lusi and Rita at the door of the room.

"Come on in," said Lusi, Aiden's mother-in-law.

Everyone entered, and all seemed calm. They had predicted this would happen, so there was already planning to deal with it.

On the other hand, Wijaya and Kusuma were on alert. This all concerns their families, especially Dea and Aiden. Being the golden child in each family, makes everyone have to protect them.

"Don't be careless, sir," said Wijaya.

"Well. However, I've never used a gun like this," complained Kusuma.

"Relax, I'm here. If an enemy is approaching, just shoot it, whether it is in accordance with the aim or shot, it doesn't matter, "said Wijaya calming the man his behind.

They stood guard until 20 minutes later.

Ting! Wijaya's cellphone notification rang, indicating an incoming message.

[I've done it, Sir.]

Write that message.

"Ekhemm..." Wijaya cleared his throat. "Everything is fine, you can go now," he ordered. One by one people left the ballroom. Leaving Wijaya and Kusuma.

"Is it really okay?" asked Kusuma.

"Alright, let's go to the kids first. My daughter might relapse because of this incident," said Wijaya who immediately walked quickly to Aiden and Dea's room. Kusuma followed the man's footsteps in a hurry.

Rita and Lisa are now accompanying an unconscious Dea. While Aiden was busy with his cell phone.

"How is my daughter doing?" Wijaya asked breathlessly. He ran far enough to reach this room.

Lusi suddenly turned to her husband, "Unconscious. It seems she was too shocked."

Wijaya approached Dea, he looked at his daughter with pity. There was guilt spreading in his heart. He regretted letting Dea go to the balcony.

"Ugh..." Dea groaned, starting to wake up.

"Honey," Wijaya called and immediately sat his daughter down so she would wake up and not fall asleep again.

"Father, what happened?" asked Dea confused.

"Nothing, everything is safe. You're not hurt are you?" Wijaya stroked his daughter's hair gently.

Dea researched her whole body, "Nothing."

"I'm grateful." Wijaya looks relieved.

After the situation felt safe, everyone came out of the bridal chamber. Leaving Dea and Aiden in one room.

All this time Aiden was only busy with himself, and so was Dea. They treat each other like strangers.

The next day they all returned to their respective homes. Now Dea and her parents have to separate because she has to go with her husband.

"Be careful, honey, don't forget to tell Mom and Dad," Lisa advised her eldest daughter.

Dea just nodded her head, and with tears in her eyes she hugged her parents. Wijaya was already crying sobbing to let go of his favorite daughter.

"Dea goes first, Dad," said Dea to her father. Wijaya just nodded his head, letting go of his beloved daughter felt very heavy.

Dea smiled at her parents, then she got into the car.

Her parents waved to accompany the car that was getting further and further away. Without realizing it, the tears fell.

Srobb... Srobb... her nose was full of snot from holding back the tears.

Aiden handed his wife a tissue without saying a word.

It feels very hard to live without parents, especially since Dea is not ready to get married yet.

It took several hours to make the journey to their home. Now Dea is in her private room, alone. Aiden asked to separate the beds so they were in different rooms even though they were on the same floor.

Drrttt... drttt... Dea's cell phone vibration wakes up the building. She immediately looked for the source of the vibrations around her body.

"Hello?" she said hoarsely.

"Did you just wake up?" asked someone on the other line.

Dea rubbed her eyes, she felt very dazzled by the sun.

"Yes, what do you need?" asked Dea in a state not fully aware.

"I already said yesterday that the day after tomorrow, we will meet at the place I have shared," explained the person.

Dea's eyes widened, she was very surprised to hear that explanation.

"Oh, Lord! You really are such a perverted terrorist. I don't know you, please stop calling me!" said Dea who immediately turned off her cell phone. She was really annoyed by the phone call.

"What will happen after this?" Dea thought. She remembers what happened during her wedding. After disconnecting the call, suddenly there was a shot that caused the balcony glass to shatter.

The woman's body shuddered, and Dea quickly rushed out of her room. Run to the dining room.

"Hahh... hah... hahh..." Trying to keep her breathing steady, Dea realized that Aiden was watching her.

"Are you okay?" asked the man with knitted brows, he felt strange about his wife's behavior.

"Ah! I'm okay, no problem. Take your time," said Dea. She walked straight to the dining table.

Her position was a bit far from where Aiden was sitting. She tried to be calm and graceful.

The man just watched Dea from a distance. And back to being indifferent.

Dea is still busy adjusting her irregular heart rhythm.

Bik Asih, the butler at Aiden's house, carefully prepares food for her mistress.

"Thank you Bik Asih," said Dea.

"You're welcome, madam," answered Asih with her head bowed respectfully.

The woman ate her breakfast voraciously, suddenly a voice came from Aiden's mouth.

"I'll be home late because I have to have dinner with Wendy, so you stay home. Don't go anywhere," Aiden ordered.

"I didn't hear it," said Dea.

Chapter 3 Father's Job

"Listen to my orders, Dea. This is for your safety, don't make me angry, "said Aiden. The man's face looked grim because he was holding back anger at his wife.

"I also have important needs outside, you can't just order me like this Aiden. Remember the contents of our agreement," said Dea. This woman does not want to be controlled by anyone, even though it is her husband.

Aiden just exhaled roughly. Dea is stubborn. Even though Aiden did this to keep Wijaya's daughter safe, Dea couldn't be controlled.

"It's up to you, if there is a problem you bear it yourself," said Aiden who immediately stood up from the dining room.

After Dea finished her breakfast to the end. Then, he returned to the room and cleaned her body.

When she was about to do her makeup, her cell phone rang again. Her father's name is listed there.

"Did dad miss me already?" the woman thought. A sweet smile plastered on her face.

"Hello?" said Dea.

"Hello dear," said Wijaya excitedly. "How are you darling?" the man asked his daughter.

"Okay. What's the call? Di dad miss me, huh?" tease Dea. They had only been apart for a day, but her father had already contacted her.

"No, a father will give you an assignment, dear. Please visit someone who is at this address. Father has sent it on your cellphone," Wijaya ordered. Dea pursed her lips, there was disappointment in her heart. Just relaxing, she was immediately given an assignment by her father.

"Huft, I'm still tired. Well," the woman moaned helplessly.

"Hahaha... have you and Aiden done it?" Code Wijaya laughed hearing his daughter's story.

"Not! Father, don't talk carelessly!" annoyed Dee.

"Hahaha... That's no problem honey. It would be better if dad could carry the first grandson quickly," the man chuckled on the other end of the phone.

"Is that all I have to do?" asked Dea to end this conversation.

"Yeah, that's all. Hurry up and visit him, dear. That's my father's old friend, he will help you when you get into trouble in Solo. I can't protect you directly because we are in different regions," said Wijaya.

"Yeah, then I'll turn off the phone, okay?" Dea's permission. The woman wanted to finish her task as soon as possible so that she could relax freely.

"Yeah, take good care of yourself. Daddy loves you," said Wijaya.

The phone line was cut off, and now Dea continued her makeup which was delayed because of a call from her father.

When everything was in order, the woman went to the first floor to meet Bik Asih.

"Bik Asih!" call Dee. The middle-aged woman immediately approached her employer.

"Yes ma'am? Is there anything I need help with?" asked the butler.

"No, I'll go out first." Dea immediately walked towards Aiden's car park, and Bik Asih swiftly followed her from behind. There are many models to choose from.

"Can I use all these cars?" asked Dea.

"Yes ma'am." The baritone voice suddenly made Dea turn around, she only knew that there was Bik Asih behind her. It turned out that a well-built man who looked younger than her was staring kindly.

She furrowed her brow at the man.

"Who are you?" Dea asked curiously.

"Introducing, I'm Toni. Mrs. Dea's driver" explained the man.

"Are you from Aiden?" asked Dea again. Toni stepped closer and whispered.

"I was indeed recruited by Mr. Aiden, but this is the task of Mr. Wijaya," Toni explained slowly, he doesn't want other people to know about their conversation.

The woman understood and just nodded her head.

"Okay, I want to get in that car." Dea pointed to a small black car that looked worn out in the corner of the parking lot.

"Are you sure madam?" asked Toni surprised. In this parking lot, there are many cool cars that they can use. But the woman chose a car that seemed cheap and dirty.

"Yeah, let's hurry!" Dea ordered and walked towards the car she wanted. Toni immediately ran to Dea to open the door. It was quite far from where they had been chatting just now, so there was still time to find the car keys.

"Please madam," Toni said kindly and invited the woman in.

"Please give me your cellphone QR code, I will send the location I want to visit," asked Dea.

Toni gave the QR code, and Dea immediately sent the location.

"Hurry up," the woman ordered. Toni quickly drove the car into the street.

The road conditions were quiet, This deserted street is probably because they go during ordinary working hours. So they got to their destination faster.

When you arrive at your destination. It looks like a weathered house there, but it has a very large yard with a broken gate on one side. The car that Dea and Tino were riding in entered the yard. There was no one, Dea looked around.

"I'll get off for a moment, madam," said Toni, who immediately got out of the car.

The man searched every corner of the yard. Toni took a long time to walk around the area of the house.

Dea, who couldn't wait, finally chose to come down from the car.

She knocked on the door.

Knock... Knock... Knock...

"Excuse me! Is there anyone?" shouted Dea. Toni stood guard behind his mistress warily.

There was no reply, the two of them waited a little longer. They expect someone to answer in this house.

Because there was no answer after the third knock. Finally, Dea gently pushed the door which was slightly ajar earlier.

Dag... dig... dug... her chest was beating wildly. Fear that something bad will happen.

The woman's eyes roamed the surrounding room.

Her eyes widened when she found the old man lying on the floor.

"Oh, Lord! Are you okay sir?" she asked frantically.

"Ton! Quickly take him to the hospital!" shouted Dee. The two carried the old man into the car. Toni quickly drove the car to the hospital.

"Hold on, sir, we'll get to the hospital," Dea shouted, feeling sorry for the person beside her helplessly.

When they arrived at the hospital, Toni immediately got down and ran for help. Several nurses and doctors were pushing the stroller.

Dea was dismissed to fill in the administration so that the patient was immediately treated by the medical side.

After the doctor examined the old man, he called Dea as the guardian of the patient.

"Mrs. Dea, can you come to my room?" asked the Doctor.

"Yes, Doctor," replied Dea, who immediately followed the male doctor.

In the room, Dea received various explanations about the patient's illness.

"So Pak Hando has a mild stroke? And as a guardian, I have to keep his emotions calm?" Dea repeated after listening to Doctor Richard's lengthy explanation.

"Yes, ma'am," corrected Doctor Richard.

"Okay, but can Pak Hando recover from this disease?" The woman was really curious about the condition of her father's old friend.

"Yes ma'am, but the chances are not great. Plus there are a few things to note." Doctor Richard explained it understandingly.

Dea nodded her head in understanding.

After the conversation was over, Dea immediately returned to Pak Hando's room. With unsteady steps, she forced her weak body to keep walking.

When she arrived at Pak Hando's room, suddenly at the entrance there was a commotion between Toni and a foreign man whom Dea did not recognize.

The woman quickly walked over to the driver.

"Why are you guys making noise in the hospital hallways!" murmured Dea who could not contain her emotions.
