Vampire's Triplet Alphas

Author: : Rose88
Genre: Werewolf
"Alphas, are you sure that you are willing to take this risk? It could easily backfire and she could die" Marique said. I just stared and Alexa, I knew right then and there that we needed to make a decision, not only for the better of this pack and for the better of her. I knew that this decision wasn't going to be one that we could take lightly. I knew that this decision would ultimately shape the future. I looked up and I saw Aris stare at me. I could see the worry on his face, but I knew this look as well ... he was looking at me with eyes, wanting approval. I just sighed and moved off to the side, nodding at him. I constantly tried to keep my eyes on Alexa and Aris. I couldn't let anything happen to her. I can't afford to lose her, not now, not when we had finally found her. Marique inserted the needle into Aris's vein and allowed his blood to flow into a small tube. She connected the tube to Alexa and I knew there was nothing we could do now, but wait. Alexa was just a normal vampire, who accidentally stumbled across her triplet mates on her way to school. She led her life normal, living next to the forest, thinking that vampires were the only supernatural species left alive. She soon discovers that she was mated to Triplet Alphas from a neighboring pack, close to her home. When the triplets came to know the news that Alexa would have to undergo a life-changing transformation, would they be able to cope with the risk that they might even end up losing her forever? Will they be able to adjust to life in their pack with, or without her by their side?

Chapter 1 Coffee

Alexa P.O.V

I was born and raised like the normal vampire typically would. My parents raised me to know that we were the only supernaturals in the world. Werewolves, warlocks, and witches were just fairytales and the humans were the bad guys in the real world. That is what my world has been about, until about six months ago. Now ... now my knowledge of the world out there is completely unknown. Let me take you back.

My name is Alexa Dermusk. If you haven't already noticed what I am. I am a vampire. A complete fool to believe everything my parents tell me. I was always raised to be the best in everything that came my way. I was always best in class when it came to my school work, I was always best in class during sports and I was always a daddy's girl, a "Goody two shoes" as my cousins would refer to. Whatever, they were just jealous since I beat them at literally everything.

I was a good seventeen and eleven months old, and I would turn eighteen years old soon. Usually, at the age of eighteen, our parents will finally let us go and allow us to see the real world for what it is ... a 'blissful' place. I laid there in bed, thinking about everything that I had planned for the day. I saw the rays of sunshine start to peep through the window and realized that I had taken off my ring last night and never put it back on again. I sighed as I knew what needed to be done in order to live. I never really questioned where we got the rings from. My parents told me that each family had a set of rings and that it was passed down the generations. The one that I got belonged to my great-great-great-great grandmother ... or was it five greats?

The rings protect us from the curse of the sun. I made the mistake once of not wearing my ring when the sun was out and I was literally almost roasted meat.

Ever since that happened, I always made sure that I had my ring on my finger whenever the sun was out, even if the curtains were closed. A knock on the door brought me from my thoughts. A few seconds later, my mother came into my room. I smiled as I looked up at her. "Honey, I just wanted to make sure that you were up. How did you sleep?" my mother asked. I always admired her beauty. My father denied the fact that he married her for her good looks but he rather married her for her kindness. He always said that in a world full of darkness, she was always the ray of sunlight to him. I admired their relationship and hoped that when I meet my destined, we would be exactly like my parents are.

"Yeah, I slept fine that you" I said, smiling up at her before quickly putting on my ring. "You know, I had a dream about you" my mother said as she came to sit down next to me on the bed. I looked at her questioningly, waiting for her to tell me what she dream about. We always had a close relationship and it felt like she was more my best friend than my mother. We could talk about literally anything in the world, except boys ... my parents didn't want me to date and said that I have to save all of my experiences for my destined.

"In my dreams, it was today and you met your future destined" my mother said excitedly as she took my hands in hers. I loved the way she got so excited when it came to my life. Usually, her dreams were quite on point and accurate, so I knew for a fact that I would definitely be meeting him today. "Exciting!!" I squealed as I literally jumped out of bed and ran over to my closet, looking back at my mother. "What do you think I should wear?! How about blue, it makes my green eyes pop!" I said excitedly and my mother just laughed at my giddiness.

"Calm down, my love. How about you wear a black dress? Vampires love looking at women that wear black. You can say that it is some kind of pulling power" my mother said, laughing as she stood up and left me alone with all my excitement. I looked back at my cupboard and took my favorite black dress. It looked like a small upside down tulip on me. I quickly showered before getting dressed and blowdrying my hair, making my red locks fall down my shoulders.

I decided to quickly grab a cup of coffee before heading to school. I was thankful that I was in a small private school only for vampires. I knew that the humans were scared of us, but honestly ... I was scared shitless of them. Our rings not only protected us from roasting in the sun, but they also made us appear more like humans. I walked into the coffee shop and almost moaned at the scent of freshly ground coffee infiltrating my senses.

I smiled at Marie, the lady who was behind the cash register every morning when I was here. "Hi Marie!" I greeted her. Even though she was a human, I still found her to be nice. Everything about her completely contradicted everything that I was taught to believe about humans. "Hi Alexa! Let me guess, the usual Double Espresso Cafe Late?" Marie said, repeating the order that I took every morning.

"As always! Here you go, and then keep the change!" I said with a smile as I paid and gave her a huge tip. Money was never really a problem for us as our whole clan basically sat on a landmine of dollars. I waited for my coffee until my order was finally called out. I walked over to the counter and got my coffee and started sipping on it. As soon as I swallowed, I almost threw up from how sweet it was. I looked up at the barista behind the counter.

"Why would you put sugar in this?!" I said as I looked at the cup and then back at the barista.

"I believe that it was mine, you were sipping on" I heard a deep voice say. I spun around and looked up at a well built, tanned guy. He had the most beautiful blond hair I had ever seen with blue eyes that pierced right through my soul. I visibly gawked at him. He wasn't a human, he didn't have the scent of a human, but he also didn't have the scent of a vampire. I looked at him confused before looking down at the cup, and seeing the name "Harvey" written on it. I looked up and had to blink about five times as I saw two more of him standing behind him.

"Harvey?" I whispered, my voice barely above my breath. "Harvey, as I live and breathe" he said with a chuckle which I found so incredibly cute. The other two of him also started laughing and it made me want to go weak right at the knees.

"Alexa?" the barista said as he handed me the cup. I stood there like a total idiot with two cups in my hands. I looked up at them, still completely at a loss for words about what to say and what to do.

"Alexa, would you mind if I can get my coffee back? You know ... the one with the sugar in?" Harvey said with a chuckle. I passed him his cup, still not saying anything and just looking up at him.

"I ... I, uhm ... I need to go" I said as I quickly lowered my gaze and stormed out of there. I couldn't handle all of that electricity and uncertainty anymore!

Chapter 2 Being called out

Alexa P.O.V

I was staring at Mrs. Kristen busy explaining some or other equations about trigonometry, but I couldn't stop my mind from drifting to those three I saw this morning. I struggled to place their scents. They weren't vampires, nor were they humans. I felt incredibly confused and most of all, I couldn't understand how three men could look so damn fine! I just sighed as I looked down at my page. I noticed that I unknowingly wrote down his name. I wrote down Harvey in my book.

"Alexa, what is x?" Mrs. Kristen asked me, quickly snapping me out of my sinful thoughts. I quickly tried to scan through all of the contents that she had written on the board, trying to figure out where the hell we were in the sum. I knew that there were two other unknown values that we still needed to get. "I, uhhh, well ... x is ..." I started off. All of the other kids in the class turned around and stared at me. I saw some of them snicker and I knew that I was done for and this was most likely the most embarrassing moment in my entire life. Mrs. Kristen just looked on at me with the ruler and chalk in her hand.

I sighed before looking back down at my papers. "I don't know, ma'am" I honestly admitted and I heard all of the other kids in the start to giggle and laugh at me. I hated this part and inwardly I cursed Harvey and his two other doubles for making me loose all of my attention in class. I was never like this. I was usually the one who thought straight and rationally. "That's what I thought. Now, if you would like to stay on in my class for the rest of the semester, I would suggest that you pay attention in the class! Eyes front everyone!" Mrs. Kristen scolded everyone. Ugghhhh! Whatever.

I got home and it was pretty late, I didn't want to tell my mother about Harvey and his brothers, even though I knew that she would likely start firing question after question the moment she sees me. I quickly peeked inside the kitchen and saw that my dad was busy doing paperwork and my mother was nowhere in sight ... thankfully!

"Alexa?" my father suddenly asked, making me stop dead on in my tracks. I took a few deepbreaths, not actually wanting to make conversation because I knew that the longr I would stay in the kitchen, the easier it would be for my mother to eventually corner me about what she saw in her dreams. Nonetheless, I spun around on my heels and turned back to the kitchen.

"Yes, pappa?" I said, smiling up at him. He put down the papers and took off his glasses. He leaned back in his chair and had the signature look on his face. The look which meant that he wanted to ask me something, but he was unsure of how to go about it all. I smiled at him patiently waiting for him to ask whatever it was that he wanted to ask me. "Your teacher phoned me today ..." my father started off. Shit! Now, I knew that I was definitely in trouble. Mrs. Kristen always loved to exagertate everything when she phoned parents.

However, me being one of her star students, meant that she usually never phoned my parents unless it was to talk about my grades and how proud she was that she was my teacher. "About what?" I asked him, trying to look confident and not knowing what she actually phoned him about. "I know about your behavior in class. You know, it is completely unacceptable!" my father scolded. I just sighed and hung my head low in defeat, trying to show him how sorry I was. "I know, pappa. I really am sorry about it. My attention just got snatched away for a few moments by the things that mamma said this morning. It just made everything a little harder and yeah, when she asked me to answer the equation and I couldn't ... she already let me have it in class and I have learned my lesson!" I said to my father, hoping that by admitting to everything, would somehow get me out of trouble with my father.

"Alexa ... just ... just don't let it happen again please I'm begging you if your mother comes to hear of this ... I even dread to think of what she would do or say!" my father said to me, giving me a stern look and going back to his paperwork.

I knew that I had narrowly dodged a bullet with my father and I also knew that if I was staying here any longer my mother would surely come into the kitchen. "Pappa, can I please be excused I asked him he just nodded his head and gave me a wave of his hand I quickly ran up the stairs and to my room. I quickly shut the door behind me and walked over to the bathroom needing to run myself a quick bath and just let off some steam.

***

To not was probably the worst night for me I have ever had since hearing about getting you distant when you get older I never really gave much thought to a distant I never thought that I would even be feeling this way but I think what accepted me the most was the fact that I didn't know from what species or what kind they were one thing I knew for sure was that they were definitely not vampires nor were they humans I just sighed and turned on my side again I kept on tossing and turning through the night and I got I rolled over on my back and quickly looking over at my alarm clock I already saw that it was 4:00 o'clock in the morning I knew that I would most probably have to get up for school in the next hour or so ... so sleeping would definitely be out of the question.

I decided to rather quickly go and get showered before taking off on a morning run around the smaller parts of the forests that were close to our house. I knew my father wouldn't complain too much as he always said that I needed to get out a little bit more. I never really was one to have friends, therefore, I chose to spend my life on my own, stuck in my room and probably reading a book or doing something academical. Maybe that was why I was always first in class with about everything. I quickly got dressed after my shower and put on my running shoes. I tied my hair up in a ponytail and quickly grabbed the jacket as I knew the air was a bit nippy.

I zipped up my jacket and made my way downstairs. I knew that everyone was still in their rooms and I was thankful for that, it meant that I was yet again able to dodge my mother for a bit. I wrote down a quick note for my father, just in case he comes downstairs a bit earlier than what he usually does. I took the magnet and stuck it on the fridge. I walked out and slowly closed the door behind me. I turned around and stared at the forest ahead of me. The mist was thick in the air and I knew that it was going to be a tricky morning on the trail.

I was about ten minutes into my jog when I decided to take a small break and take a sip of water. I saw an opening in between all the trees. The grass looked so lushesly green that I instantly fell in love with it. I admired that small patch of grass and I couldn't quite get it how on earth have I never seen this piece before. I walked over to it and in true fashion and my style, I fell down flat on my ass, spread my legs out straight and just leaned back on my one arm while I sipped on my water. I allowed the morning sun to shine right onto my face. This was one thing I hated about being a vampire, I couldn't fully admire the sun just like any other normal human being could.

I heard someone clear their throat behind me and I almost jumped straight out of my skin at the sound. I instantly jumped up and turned around. I looked around, trying to see who made that sound. I looked around but only saw the trees. It wasn't until I saw something move from the corner of my eyes that I saw them standing there, arms crossed around their chests and a smirk plastered straight across those handsome, knee weakening faces of theirs.

Chapter 3 Alexa!

Alexa P.O.V:

This couldn't be real, there is no way in hell that this could be real?! How on earth are they like ... like ... like EVERYWHERE?! Everywhere I go, I manage to run into them. At least I know now that I wasn't crazy when I met them in the coffee shop and that, indeed, they were triplets. Were they stalking me or something? The four of us just had a stare down. My hands started to feel all clammy and I could feel everything inside of me was starting to melt away as I stared back into those blue orbs. The one in the front just looked on at me with so much emotion in his face. Only when I blinked a few times and allowed reality to come back to me, I realized they were standing there in just short and running shoes, no shirt on those abs ... those abs!!

I turned around in order for me to try and gain the upper hand in this situation and to keep my knees shut. "Don't the three of you own shirts?!" I managed to say, even though I wasn't regretting the image of them standing there without their shirts on. I just heard them chuckle. I rolled ym eyes, needing to get my shit together in my head. Was my mother really sure that they would be my destined? I have never heard of a vampire having three destineds, how would that even work? I still couldn't place what they are, they were definitely not vampires and they weren't humans. I seriously needed to talk to someone about this ...

Harvey P.O.V:

My brothers and I went through the usual morning routine that we had at the pack. Wake up hell early and go to train with the warriors. My father always believed that all of the ranked males needed to train with the warriors. No matter what rank you held in the pack, you needed to all have the exact same skills. Our head trainer was a true lover of the traditions that my father had set out for the pack to follow. Hein was also in favor of making examples out of the ranked members to show the rest of the pack that we are not as invincible as the rest of the pack perceived us to be, and goddess have mercy on us the moment we failed or managed to be late for the training session.

My brothers and I decided to head out of a 'cool down' jog after we finished with training. As always, Hein managed to drill us to merely inches away from our deaths. He knew he couldn't kill us, likely leaving the pack without its Alphas, but he sure knew exactly where to push us to make sure we would remember whatever technique was taught to us. Hein wasn't originally from the Blackstone pack. He first came to our pack when all of the wars in the South ended. Hein had seen all types of fighting maneuvers and he knew exactly how to anticipate each move that one's enemy could make.

"Do you smell that?" Heath asked. I looked up at him, before I came to a standstill, needing to figure out what exactly he was smelling. I could catch the faintest smell of green apples, but it was far away. This was an unusual scent to have in this part of the forest. I looked over at Harry and saw he was stumped about the same scent. The scent was so familiar, but I couldn't exactly place where I had found it before.

"Let's go then!" Heath said, seemingly taking the lead on this one. That was what I loved about us being triplets ... we did and acted exactly the same, our thoughts were in sync without us even needing to say it out loud. I was the eldest, then Heath, followed by Harry. The three of us were Alphas together, but when we couldn't come to a full consensus, I was always the one who had the final say in the matter. We ran for what felt like forever to me, trying to catch up to the scent, but each time that it got stronger, the scent went away again. I sighed as it felt like we were going in circles. "Come on guys, each time we catch up, it disappears again!" Harry complained again. I just rolled my eyes at him.

"The only reason why you would want to go home is to grab a cold beer and a good fuck with ... wait ... who is the flavor of the week again?" I asked Harry, mocking him for being such a manwhore and giving us, as Alphas, a bad reputation in the pack and our neighboring packs. Harry, true to his fashion, gave me the middle finger, that was until something grabbed my attention, the scent was getting closer and closer.

I immediately started running east. I knew that the scent was strong now and we were unlikely to lose it again. We finally got so close to the scent that it had managed to intoxicate me completely. We finally managed to get so close that I knew we were just a few feet away from it. We finally managed to get into the clearing and there she was ... sitting on the ground in between all the flowers and grass, looking up at the sky. The three of us looked at each other, needing to find a way to handle this situation ... seeing as she practically ran away from us at the coffee shop. I looked at Heath and Harry and we nodded our heads, in agreement that I would be the one to take the lead on this.

I cleared my throat as I leaned back against the tree. I couldn't help the smugness from spreading across my face the moment she jumped up and turned around to face us. I would have thought she would see us immediately but she looked around the forest, trying to see where the sound came from. I instantly knew that she was a vampire when we met inside the coffee shop. But, I wasn't going to let that phase me. The moment her eyes landed on mine, I could see her face scrunch up as she looked at me, not knowing what to do. Did she even know that we were werewolves?
